• David (10/5): Plenty of space with all the comforts of home. - Location was excellent. Close to the train station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. Place was warm and cosy and the beds comfortable. Bob and his daughter, Hanna were very helpful in transporting us to and from the slopes each day. Nothing really.

• Thu Anh (10/5): We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and would highly recommend. - Located approximately 5 mins walk from Hakuba Train Station. Separate one bedroom apartment was well equipped, with heating and double glazed windows which kept the place warm and comfortable given we went during winter. Very spacious for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. We had views of the snow capped mountains and ended up cooking the 5 nights we were there (the only time we did during our entire 3 week trip) as there was a supermarket within walking distance. We went skiing everyday and Bob and his family were very accommodating and drove and picked us up at our desired snow field. This was extremely helpful and appreciated rather than having to catch the local bus in our snow gear and equipment. There is public onsen approximately 13 mins walk from the accommodation which was clean and provided indoor and outdoor options. Nothing.

The host Bob went above and beyond with his hospitality and drove us to and from the slopes for our three days of skiing. Will definitely be booking again for our next ski trip!

The apartment was perfect for our family with the most incredible views. Bob and Hannah dropped us to the ski fields each morning and picked us up at the end of each day. I couldn’t rate the service they provide high enough. Noting. It was perfect.

He met us at the condo and gave us a tour. He also took my family to and from the different ski hills each morning and afternoon. There is a restaurant under the condo that Bob runs and his daughter assists with. The pizzas were yummy and he makes the sauce himself with his own tomatoes. We are already planning another trip back!

The apartment is large with comfortable beds and couches and all the amenities in the kitchen that you need. The location is great - close to train/bus station, supermarkets and some great local eateries. Bob and his daughter Hannah were amazing hosts - provided shuttles to the ski resorts and even have a bar/restaurant downstairs in the apartment block which serves great pizzas. The kids also enjoyed the table tennis in the basement room. Overall, could not fault our stay and hope to visit again in the near future! Nil

The host and his family were incredibly kind and even took us to the slopes in their car. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommended. No negatives to point out.
• Jody (10/5): Perfect place to stay in the winter wonderland of Hakuba made all the better by the friendly host. - We stayed as a family of four including a 16 year old son and a 19 year old daughter at the Ski Condos for 6 nights in January and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is only a 3 minute walk from Hakuba Station and easy to find. Our condo was clean, super comfortable and the perfect base for our week of skiing. The host Bob was incredibly friendly, helpful and he and his lovely family made our stay more enjoyable with their wonderful care and hospitality. They drove us to and from the ski fields of our choice (there are 10 ski resorts to choose from in Hakuba) at the time we selected with smiles on their faces and a willingness to share their local knowledge. The bedding was super comfortable, heating was spot on and the location was excellent in relation to access to the station, local shuttle and an easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets. We made use of the kitchen and the facilities were of a high standard. We enjoyed playing table tennis too! Make sure you visit the property's bar and restaurant while you are there. It is called Kozuku Bar and is located at the ski condos. We loved their delicious pizzas and affordable drinks so much that we went twice during our stay! We played darts and soaked up the warm atmosphere of this great bar. Highly recommend a visit and make sure you order the Genovaze pizza - delicious! We hired our ski clothes and equipment from a local rental place called Woody's who were super helpful. Bob kindly transferred us to and from this hire venue when we needed to collect and then return our gear. I couldn't recommend this property more - we will be back! One tip - take the bus to and from Nagano to Hakuba rather than the local trains. It was much easier and quicker. Make sure to book in advance in busy holiday periods. Thanks for hosting us Bob! Nothing to complain about - this property is excellent.

• Belinda (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Hakuba Ski Condos. The condo has a beautiful view to the mountains (there is also a rooftop terrace) and is perfectly positioned, with easy access to Hakuba train station, 5 minute walk to supermarket and 25 minute walk to Echoland. The apartment was cozy, warm, and comfortable, ideal after long days on the mountain. Having a kitchen was a huge bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals. What truly made the stay exceptional was Bob, the host. His hospitality went above and beyond, including daily pick-ups and drop-offs to the ski fields, which made skiing effortless and stress-free, especially as we were travelling with our 2 children. Highly recommend Hakuba Ski Condos for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Hakuba. We would absolutely stay here again.

• Tanya (10/5): If you’d like space and a nice lounge area, and can do stairs, perfect! - The apartment was spacious for Japan. The American size couch was especially nice. We cooked and it had adequate cookware. The washer is also a dryer, a nice treat. The owner offered e-bikes that I didn’t use. Between the heat and my lack of confidence. The apartment is close to the hakuba station part of town. The air conditioner eventually cooled the whole place, except the toilet and shower. The stairs to the top floor are a lot with heavy luggage. Doable if able bodied. No one else was staying there, I worried we would’ve noisy to floors below if there were. I asked for the beds to be configured as twins, but I think I’d have kept them together and used the bottom bunk- it was very tight to get between the bed and bunk in twin config.

• Julie (9/5): Great Condo in Hakuba - Hakuba ski Condos is conveniently located. It is within minutes walking to free ski shuttle bus and Nagano bus. It's also in walking distance from two supermarkets, other shopping, restaurants and Onsen. The view from our third floor room is spectacular. The apartment is well equipped in both kitchen and bathroom. The washing machine is great help. Bob greeted us when we first arrived. He also drove me to ski field with a few minutes of notice when I missed my bus. He offered to drive my group to the ski field and Yamato to ship our ski bags. Bob's wife prepared lovely souvenirs for us when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay very much! A tea pot will be a plus.

• Sharon (10/5): Faultless - Modern facilities (washing machine+drier built in, humidifier, bidet toilets) were the best models we had throughout our 13 day stay in Japan staying in 5 different accommodations, including a 4 star hotel. The condo itself is older, however we absolutely loved it as it was so homey, meticulously arranged, sparkly clean and well taken care of by the owner, Bob. Kitchen was also well equipped and the five of us enjoyed cooking our meals there. Bob was already waiting for us as he let us check in early. It was a great first impression which carried on the next day when his lovely wife brought us apple cake baked using locally grown apple. What a thoughtful gesture- and it was a cherry on top of our stay in Hakuba. Communication was so easy and quick via booking dot com. I highly recommend staying here. I struggled to think of anything.

The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of activities. The warm hospitality, clean and comfortable room, and the hostess’s delicious apple cake made our stay truly unforgettable. Honestly, everything was wonderful! We couldn’t think of anything that needed improvement.

Kitchen facilities were very good. The stove top worked great and there were plenty of cooking utensils. Not so many shuttle buses from the station to the resorts but Bob was happy to drop us off in the morning which was a massive help..

Access to Happo or Echoland on the shuttle was easy too. Bob was very accommodating, helpful. & prompt with correspondence. The apartment size was very generous with full kitchen & laundry facilities .

It was easy to see that Bob and his wife knew exactly what guests needed when on a ski holiday. So many thoughtful items/facilities were included. Bob was friendly and kind, taking us to the ski slopes and picking us up afterwards. We had broken our trip up to three locations, but once we had seen Bob's place, we wished we had stayed there for the whole 16 days of our Japan experience. We wish all holiday accommodations were as good as the Hakuba Ski Condos. There was nothing we did not like.

The lounge room included TV with streaming services, leather recliner lounges, and the heating in every room made our stay toasty and comfortable The Karaoke set up in the basement was awesome and we had fun singing all our favourite songs. The views were breath taking and the location.was great, a short walk to the train station and some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Bob was the most amazing host, driving us where we needed, giving us tips and info and helping out as needed. His lovely wife baked us an apple cake and gave us a farewell gift pack. It was the nicest accommodation we have stayed in by far. A perfect white Christmas in our ski condo. We will be back. Honestly, nothing.

• Zhihua (9/5): Superb - The room is very big,including one kitchen and a living. Everything is there. It's very comfortable to hold a party. The room is very clean. Perfect 👍 On the roof of the building, it's a BBQ space. It's also a wonderful space. But, if it's getting more tidier and cleaner, it will be perfect!

• po ying (10/5): - The apartment is big, clean, comfortable and very cozy, it feels like home. The view of the mountain was exceptional Great location, close to train station, restaurants and supermarket. The owner Bob was super friendly, approachable and a great sense of humour. He was very helpful and gave us recommendations for the best ski resorts, restaurants and onsen. He love making their guests feel special and went over and above to transfer us to ski resort everyday. His wife baked us a very delicious apple cake on arrival and they showered us beautiful souvenirs. It was the best place ever and gave us the best memories.
