We even asked them, if we can leave our motocycle at their place, for the time we visited the gili islands. It was no problem for them, we even had to convince them to take money for it, so they are very trustworthy people.

Unterkunft schon sehr veraltet, Ventilator an der Decke verrostet aber funktional. Auch die Lichtschalter sowie das Bad könnte mal instand gesetzt werden aber für den Preis absolut passabel. Frühstück auf dem Roof-Top OK. Die Sauberkeit ist teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig. Handtücher, Bodenhygiene und Flecken in den Lacken.

• Lia (9/5): Sehr nett mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis. - Das Bett war super bequem, die Familie total nett. Das Zimmer war wirklich super zu dem Preis und durch den Balkon mit großer Tür und einem sehr guten Ventilator vermisst man die AC gar nicht sehr. Die Lage ist auch super nur knapp 5min zum Hafen und zu Restaurants und ca 10min zu Fuß zur Blue Lagoon. Mein Highlight war das super leckere und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück auf der Dachterasse mit tollem Blick. Das Bad hätte etwas sauberer und besser ausgestattet sein können. Es gab nur kaltes duschwasser was sehr schwach herauströpfelte. Aber für den Preis… Das WLAN war leider sehr schlecht. Ausserdem sollte man wissen, dass der Blick von Balkon auf einen Friedhof geht.

• Mireille (10/5): Le meilleur hôtel à Bali - Le couple propriétaire est vraiment adorable et souriant. Il est très impliqués dans leur business. On voit que l’hôtel est bien entretenu. Le personnel est également très gentil. La chambre et la salle de bain privative avec eau chaude, sont grandes et très propres, le lit est très confortable et il y a un petit balcon avec fauteuils. L’hotel est situé dans le centre ville, proche du port, dans une zone très calme pour dormir. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau, le "must" c’est le petit déjeuner inclus, avec plusieurs options il est vraiment savoureux. Il est servi sur le rooftop avec une vue très agréable. Les tarifs sont extrêmement compétitifs. C’est le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné à Bali et en Indonésie. Mille mercis à tous !!! Je recommande chaudement cet hébergement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 🙏 Rien

• Adele (7/5): Passable pour une nuit avant de prendre le bateau pour Lombok. - Bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied pour prendre le ferry le matin J’étais au rez de chaussée, ma chambre donnait sur une sorte de zone restaurant puis la rue, assez bruyant. Une fenêtre avec un rideau qui laisse un jour donc on a l’impression que les gens peuvent regarder dans la chambre… confort très sommaire mais pour y rester une nuit et prendre le ferry ça suffit. Personnel pas méchant mais un peu forceur sur le contact et la réservation des tickets de ferry, c’était un peu too much je me suis sentie un peu oppressée même si ça partait probablement d’une bonne intention

• Alison (9/5): A Really Nice Place to Spend a Few Days. - This is a lovely place to stay. Very friendly helpfull staff and owners. Very comfortable bed. Amazing view from rooftop breakfast area and a fantastic breakfast. Lots to do in the area. Worth visiting White Sands Beach, which is a lovely walk and Blue Lagoon, which is excellent for snorkelling and extremely close, to go being a very short walk away. There are also plenty of monkeys to see around the temple area. Also worth a visit is the very early morning market. Best time to visit between 6 and 7am, as packing away before 8am. Just a really nice place to stay. I didn't like all the litter around along the harbour beach. There was also a lack of any public bins along this long stretch of beach. Didn'tsee one. Other than that all good.

• Katja (7/5): - We stayed just for one night because we wanted to catch the ferry in the morning. The rooftop terrace was beautiful for sunrise and breakfast that was included. The room provided all we needed. We recognized a certain smell in the room and it turned out that a lot of small white balls were under the mattress. Those balls are obviously regarded as good smell in Asia but they consist of toxic ingredients and irritate the mucous membranes. We recommend to take those out for a healthier sleep.

The staff is super friendly and it’s shown that they are looking after the place. Amazing breakfast with breathtaking view 🧡 The building is of course already bit old but I didn’t mind it gives it nice authentic Balinese experience. + no drinking water to refill.

• James (6/5): Comfy bed was the best bit, cheap but disappointing - I stayed the night here to take the ferry to Lombok. It was close to the ferry terminal and the staff were all very nice. The breakfast was tasty and large by comparison to other places. I'd had a very long day of hiking, so the comfortable bed was welcome and the room was a good size. There were some nice views from the terrace. The price was quite low, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, it was quite different to the pictures. The furniture in the room was old and tired. The desk was damaged, some of the bedside lights didn't work, there was no power point near the bed for my phone. The shower didn't run very well. There were weird bugs. The key to the door and to the balcony were old and difficult to use. There was no aircon. It felt a bit unsafe accessing the place via an alley. The staff were friendly but hard to find. The desk was never manned. It was quite basic which I should have expected. It was a bit of a shock from the previous place I'd stayed in Ubud which was less than ten dollars more expensive but quite luxurious. That place was down an alley too but I didn't think twice about it. I think the photos of the Celagi gave a different impression to what it was really like and I felt disappointed. I think if I hadn't arrived so late I probably would have gone somewhere else to have a nicer night my last night in Bali but I was too tired and had some errands to run. I think my feelings about the hotel were affected by my feelings about Padang Bai in general. Of all the places in Bali I visited I liked it the least. There's a lot of people touting for business during the day, more than in other places, to the point I felt quite harassed. You must be very careful who you talk to, especially if you've booked something as people will say anything. Then at night it shuts down early and there's no places like the circle k or an apotek open. Only in Padang Bai did I have people actually, blatantly changing prices on me when I went to find dinner or buy a beer. I understand that people need to make money but I felt in this town, more than any other they are out to get you as a tourist, to a level that felt mean and unpleasant, which wasn't my experience elsewhere.

• Cemal (1/5): Bodenlose Frechheit !!! - Nichts es war die schlimmste Nacht meines Lebens als ich am nächsten Tag aus checken wollte wolte ich die Managerin sprechen ich hab 6 Nächte bezahlt war aber nur eine Nacht dort und mochte auch mein Geld für die restlichen Tage zurück das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und ich hatte Flöe danach ich war Ubers all zerstochen als ich die tur auf gemacht hab waren gerade Ameisen damit beschäftigt ein totes Moskito von unter dem Bett auf die Terrasse zu transportieren das Zimmer roch streng nach Chemikalien was mich in der selben Nacht in die Not auf nahme nach klingen kling gebracht hat ….ich erwarte mein Geld zurück ich habe Montag auf Dienstag dort geschlafen und es ist eine Frechheit das sie mir den. Rest meiner Tage berechnen !! Blue Lagoon Beach only around the corner. My room had a nice balcony. Toilet and sink were leaking water but considering the price paid I feel it was all fair. Not a place where I would spend an intire holiday but perfect for easy going traveller on a butget waiting to catch a ferry.

• Ellyn (8/5): Je recommmande pour un transit ou 2 nuits - L'emplacement très pratique, dans le centre et à côté du port. La vue du rooftop. Le matelas, très soft! ( pas dur comme de la brique) Le balcon avec vue sur jardin C'est vétuste et il n'y a aucun équipement : pas de savon, de shampooing, de poubelle dans la chambre. Quelques 🐜, ce qui ne me dérange pas mais pourrait déranger d'autres personnes.

• Bronwyn (7/5): Perfect for 1 night close to Pierre fantastic value for money. - Such a kind and friendly owner who is very humble when explaining your room and facilities. The accommodation is very simple but clean and spacious. We stayed one night to be close to the Pierre for boat transfers. Unbelievable cost per night considering you receive tea on arrival and a very ample breakfast the next morning. Value for money !! Property exactly as advertised nothing to dislike.

Room had no air on and fan on the ceiling was broken, the room was very dirty with dirty sheets and dirt on the floor. Plug sockets were unsafe and wires broken. Shower was a dribble and unsuitable to shower in. Outside was very noisy
