- Gerhauser (6/5): Rude front desk staff tried to not let me have the presidential suite I paid for - Bed Was comfortable. Even on the 9th floor the street was extremely noisy outside. I booked the presidential suite weeks in advance but when I got there they gave me a standard room. When I went back down to tell them the error they said the room was “broken”. Then I asked for a the advertised fee for the standard room and the guy said that they can’t give me the fee for the standard room but he could offer be a massage that was about $40. I told him that wasn’t good enough. And that I paid for that room so I either want that room or I want the advertised price. He talked to his manager and suddenly they said they would have the room fixed by tomorrow. But still charged me the full price and did not give me a massage. The next morning I asked if my room was ready and he said not until 2pm, when I came back at 2 he acted extremely annoyed and inconvenienced that I had the audacity to be firm about the room I paid for. They only tried to clean my room at the very end of the afternoon 4pm-5pm, usually when I just got back from being out all day and was trying to relax or shower for dinner. When I tried to refuse the cleaning because I was showering. The front desk called me told me I had 30 minutes to get out of the room because they “had to” clean. Mind you this was still my first night in the room that I actually paid for so other than some paper, trash and empty water bottles on the counter, there wasn’t much to clean. So I asked for an hour and the cleaning lady knocked on my door after about 40 minutes and told me she had to clean because it was almost the end of her shift. So I allowed her in the room to start cleaning while I finished getting ready when I came back from the dinner. She hadn’t throw away the empty water bottles or paper trash and only had made the bed dining area was right next to the pool and the pool was full of people and children so dining was very loud.

Gracias por todo el servicio que ofrecen y por la cordialidad que manejan todos. Me gustaría mencionar el excelente manejo y servicio de Lucho es el mejor del hotel, David Agudelo como siempre muy atento, José Chacón y Diego Crespo en recepción.
- eles1214 (5/5): No es lo que las fotos "cuentan" - Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear el servicio del personal, el desayuno con una calidad muy baja, la estrechez de las habitaciones (no hay ni un vaso para poder tomar agua) No lo recomendaría, está muy por debajo de los estándares normales de un hotel. Y además, bullicioso.

- DC (7/5): Agradable - La cama es muy cómoda y son muy serviciales y amables en el hotel, además es pet friendly. Esta es la razón por la que lo escogimos. La comida es deliciosa y el ambiente es inclusivo y diverso, queda cerca de los sitios más turísticos de Bogotá. Siento que a la habitación le falta la visita de un diseñador de interiores, y al hotel en general también. Es muy lindo y tiene un gran potencial para verse mucho mejor. La habitación estaba súper limpia y cómoda, de igual manera les recomiendo fijarse más en sedimento que se forma en la puerta de la ducha bajo las puertas corredizas del baño. El Jacuzzi, podrían hacerle mantenimiento también o un lavado a fondo. En general la pasamos muy bien, el personal fue extremadamente agradable y amable. Quedamos encantados con nuestra vista.

- Salamata Simone (8/5): Très bon séjour hôtel bien située quelques petit désagrément mais rien de meurtrier non plus - Le personnel adorable, la piscine la salle de sport et l’emplacement de l’hôtel ! Les chambre n’avaient pas de climatisation extrêmement dommage. L’utilisation de la salle de bain la nuit fait un bruit énormément dérangeant lorsqu’on est dans une chambre partager malheureusement et problème sonore on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors comme si cela ce passait dans la chambre. Le ménage est pas très bien fait un ménage de surface …. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas adapter à toutes les population 90% du petit déjeuner est à base de porc donc ceux qui n’en mangent pas ou sont allergique ce font vite avoir malheureusement…..

Massage for a good rate. Friendly personnel Diego Crespo and Jose Rofoel happy to help you with what you need. I felt very safe there. I booked this hotel due to a view but at first I was provided with the room on the ground floor. After a simple conversation with the personnel about my expectations, I was provided with the room and beautiful view on the Monserrate mountain.

Los inconvenientes que encontre en el hotel fueron, al inicio la habitacion que me dieron, pero despues de reclamar me cambiaron para otra. Tambíen el nombre de mi acomãnte, a la hora del desayuno era otro nombre. E pese que reclamos para que alteraram el nombre hasta la fecha que salimos del hotel, no lo hicieron. En la habitación que nos dieron, no tenia nevera, nin tubo en el close para colgar los pecheros con la ropa. pero despues de reclamar, se soluciono de imediato. Pereo valoro, de forma general la muy buena atencion que nos brindaron los trabajadores del hotel.

Personnel pas du tout agréable, les photos ne correspondaient pas à la réalité, la chambre était tellement humide que les draps et les oreillers étaient un peu mouillés, moisissure et poussière partout (dans les équipements de la chambre ça dit que c'est anti-allergique, avec tout ça ce n'est pas du tout le cas). Nous n'arrivions pas à fermer les fenêtres, nous avons dû solliciter 2 fois de l'aide pour que quelqu'un vienne et finalement ils ont été très désagréables et même pas réglé le problème. Le jacuzzi n'était pas utilisable - dès que nous avons mis les jets en fonction, l'eau s'est remplie de morceaux de salé et de moisissure, nous avons dû en sortir rapidement. Petit-déjeuner très décevant, pas énormément de choix et nourriture de qualité très basse. N'allez pas dans cet hôtel, vous pouvez trouver bien mieux pour le même prix.

Diego Crespo Mi habitación tenía una ventana que da a una pared, no teníamos vista a ningún lado y por esa razón, no había ventilación correcta en la habitación por lo que se sentía acalorada la habitación.

- juliana (6/5): - La habitación estaba muy cómoda y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Era un regalo para una noche de bodas. Después de reservar, informaron que no iba a haber restaurante esa noche sin ningún plan de contingencia. Adicional, como hice la reserva con poco tiempo de anticipación pedí ayuda para poder decorar y no hubo ni el mínimo interés en ayudarme, únicamente me decían que no se podía hacer nada porque no había avisado con 3 días de anticipación (Cabe aclarar que se iba a pagar por esto). Ante la negativa, pedí que me vendieran una botella de vino para poner en la habitación y también me respondieron que debía hacerlo con 3 días de anticipación a pesar de tenerlas expuestas en el bar. Entiendo que hayan protocolos, pero si es un servicio de hospitalidad, debería existir el mínimo interés en ayudar a los huéspedes y más en una fecha tan especial porque estos detalles son los que dañan cualquier experiencia. La única razón por que que no cancelé era porque cobraban la reserva completa como multa.

- Marie (4/5): - Die Lage war super Überall waren lange Schwarze Haare aber leider hatte das Hotel kein vergleichbares Zimmer und deswegen würde das Zimmer gereinigt. Und leider musste es nochmals gereinigt werden da nach der ersten Reinigung immer noch Haare da waren.

A pesar de ser sábado, no estaban disponibles ni el bar ni el restaurante, lo que hizo que tuvieramos que salir en la noche por comida y bebida en el centro de Bogotá, que no es muy seguro a esa hora. Esa situación le quitó confort a la estadía y deberían informarlo cuando se hace la reserva. También nos dijeron que había que reservar el turco y sauna con anticipación, cuando la entrada era libre y nadie controlaba el ingreso.

- José Clemente (6/5): Ruido excesivo - La piscina divina. La comida estaba rica. Buena atención del personal. El ruido no deja dormir en la habitación. Ruido de carros, cornetas, habitantes de calle gritando y otros huéspedes con risas silbidos y gritos. De 12 a 3 am no pudimos dormir las dos noches y no contestaron el teléfono en recepción para dar la queja. Deben adecuar las habitaciones para mejorar esto porque afecta directamente el descanso. El restaurante y el bar estaban en mantenimiento justo un sábado tuvimos que salir a comer afuera, también un piano de cola en mantenimiento, hay muchos habitantes de calle alrededor del hotel.
