- Anthony (9/5): I would have rated this a a five if not for the bathroom but I would definitely recommend staying here. - Convenient location, close to restaurants, gas stations and down town. Close to interstate highways. Very clean and new. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very good breakfast choices. Only negative was the bathroom. Toilet seats were very low and no grab bars to help get up.

- Carolina (2/5): Bad choice - The staff is very good. The bathroom doesn't have heater; it's floor is very cold. The heater machine is so loud that we have to close the bedroom's door to try to sleep. If you have anyone to be at the living room, this person won't be able to sleep because of the noise. The shower was completely clogged and almost no water was coming out. The sink and bathtub drains also seemed to be clogged, and the water was draining very slowly. There's a hole in the floor under the carpet in the bedroom. The bedroom wasn't properly cleaned, and the bedside table was covered in splashes. The lighting in the room is terrible. I regretted to pick this hotel. Bridgewater has a lot of better ones.

The room was large and very nicely appointed especially for a corporate type hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. Convenient parking. It is located in a nice area that feels safe and it is within reasonable driving distance of Boston, Plymouth, Cape Cod, and Newport, RI. The hotel was pristine, the breakfast was great, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

- * CHIEF MANAGEMENT (10/5): - The Studio room was perfect for our family of 4. We were visiting the area for my son’s basketball tournament and booked last minute. Price was great. Room was spacious and the pool was open till 11pm and the hotel had an outdoor basketball court. The kids loved it!! My husband and I took a walk outside around 1030pm and were pleasantly surprised to see a lit outdoor fire pit! Chairs were damp but other than that seeing the fire pit blazing was a perfect end cap to our night. The continental breakfast we had in the morning was actually really good! Fresh eggs, bagels, orange juice and a make your own waffle station!!!! Our family had a really nice weekend out! The accommodations here were great, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY CLEAN!!!! Highly recommend!

- Katrina (6/5): - Asked for 1 complete cleaning for an 8 night stay and housekeeping did nothing but leave 2 towels and a roll of toilet paper and pulled up blankets on bed..didnt ask for any other cleaning to be done since i was staying due to a surgical procedure and thats why i only wanted 1 good cleaning mid way so i came back to a clean room..didnt vacum ,clean or anything, had found a rusty tack in slipper from living room took it to front desk and thats when i requested a full clean and good vacum..nothing done and hotel didnt offer any form of compensation for having a dirty room and no upkeep on the 1 day requested..got excuses about being understaffed, but if i only ask for 1 clean half way thru the stay they should have accommodated us and at least cleaned the room/bathroom..

- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for our wedding! Everyone was so accommodating- we had a large group of family staying here. The rooms were very large and clean! The lobby had a fireplace and the bar was open late. Breakfast was included and delicious! We spoke with Meaghan prior to staying here and she was amazing and answered all our questions! Nancy was the bartender and everyone loved her ! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!
