I received a phone call from reception and apologised for their behaviour and disturbance, they were very understanding and informed me it wasn’t a big deal. • Richards (4/5): It was ok. - The host were lovely, friendly Culturally the fridge was in the bathroom as a māri women this is very tapu, you do not take food into bathroom. The door needed to be shaved at the bottom as it hit the floor boards or tiles. The fan automatically went on and this disrupted sleep, while someone would use bathroom.

• Dennis (7/5): - The location was excellent close to the venue we needed to be at. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. The unit itself was reasonable. The kitchen shelves were dusty, the top elements are rusty and appeared unused for a very long time. We never used any of the utensils. The curtains looked like they had not been steamed ever. Parking was tight.

• stacey (3/5): Don’t walk on carpet without protection! Needs - Location Dirty shower and a years worth of crap under the couch pillows. These guys need a kick up the arss. We are motel owners so know the standard. Mill lol we got a very small milk for not even one coffee and to mention coffee Only one per person. Get it together guys , this is like a prison establishment

The added safety feature of a gate was great for peace of mind in the evenings Bit tricky to enter the property when traveling south down Great South Road and navigating the carpark was a challenge at times with how compact everything was

• Andreas (6/5): - Unterkunft leicht zu finden, da direkt an der Straße. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auto parkt direkt vor dem Zimmer, keine langen Transportwege. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung.

• Priscilla (8/5): Definitely would stay again - Excellent service. Absolutely loved the gated entrance into the units. The parking situation for the units needs to be mentioned. It is not ideal for large vehicles if all units are occupied, as one particular area traps a vehicle in if all parks are full. Also, a tea towel, dish cloth, scrubbing brush and a scrap knife would be great within each room

• Cloud (10/5): Awesome n met my need of 4 to 6 hours rest n a formal meeting with my sister. - I managed to rest and catch up with my sister. The space was excellent for us. Privacy n effective communication with the staff who was present when I checked in n on the phone.

• Joann (7/5): - The lady that checked us in was lovely, the bed was comfortable and nice spacious room. It was all we could get for a last minute decision. Very basic so you get what you pay for Place is very out dated, could do with a tidy up and paint inside and out.

Vehicles either side left their vehicles parked out as opposed to fully into their allocated space, meaning I barely had enough space to squeeze my car out when I needed to be on the road again. • Ray (1/5): Purgatory - Nothing Everything! There was a pile of rubbish in the front of the property as you drove in. A button had to be pressed before a door gave access to the office. ID was demanded before anything happened. Then I was asked for my name. My name was in my passport I provided for ID! Then she asked when we would be leaving to which I replied “As soon as possible.” We couldn’t wait to get out of the place!The motel had some sort of fumigant in it that smelled like the tablets used in public urinals!

• Lyn (4/5): Disappointing - It felt old and depressing and not in a safe feeling location. The bed comfort was the best part of the accommodation plus it was quiet during the night. The owner was good with her communication about after hours key entry etc via as we were there after the office had closed but I did not enjoy my stay.
