• Homer Iric (10/5): Lovely hotel and rooms, perfectly located in Toyama - Loved the furniture of the solo rooms, with the cozy coffee table and sofa, complete amenities, and the whole hotel feels very fancy and spacious. Love the location too, it’s so close to Toyama station and Kansui Park. Just a nitpick from experience vs previous hotels I stayed in, I would prefer the hotel restaurant had local dishes, but the hotel restaurant was a French restaurant

• ☆ もち ☆ (9/5): - どこの持ち場の方のスタッフの方もとても親切で有難かったです。 駐車場は機械式なのと高さ制限があるので車種によって確認してから行かれると良いです。 東側の高層階だったので立山連峰がとても綺麗に見えて感激しました。 富山駅からもすぐでアクセスが良く、室内の温度調整や備品なども快適でした。 タオルが今治タオルだった事、各部屋にUCCのコーヒーマシンがあったこと、クロゼットの他に帽子や服が立体的に掛けておけるハンガーがあったこと、 枕が2種類あり選べた事、など 大変有難かったです。 部屋の備品は歯ブラシ、ルームウェア、ボディスポンジなどでしたが化粧品など必要な物はフロントで戴けます。 個人的には必要なものだけ取るスタイルが無駄がなく好きなので、部屋には何もない方が良くて、その分、ヘアパックや入浴剤があるとさらに嬉しいですが、こちらのホテルには大変満足しました。 富山へいく際は是非また利用させて戴きます！ 私は気にならない程度ではありましたが、バスルームの壁や浴槽に髪の毛が少し残っていて、清掃の跡がきちんとされていたので許容内ですが、気にされる方もおられるかも知れません。 シャワーカーテンなどは匂いもなく清潔でした！ ですのでビジネスホテルに慣れている方でしたら全く気にならないと思います！

• マデリン (9/5): Excellent. I will always stay here when I visit Toyama - Amenities abound in the room, from coffee, a fancy suit stand, and access to streaming services. Two type of pillows in the room was nice as well. Entrance to the toilet area is flat, nothing to trip over. There was great water pressure in the shower While it is very close to the station, it is on the quiet side. All the night life, restaurants and bars seem to be on the other side. It IS near the canal park , art museum and the famous Starbucks though.

• Yuen Ying (8/5): - The location is wonderful and the room size is good. It is also an economic option. The staff are helpful as well. Some of the toilet facilities are a bit old and lacking of white light / mirror which suits ladies for make up. Also some rack for towels could be added as well.

• ミックス (6/5): - 駅から近くお部屋は広めで良かった。 ジャンプー等揃っていて便利でした。 早めに予約したのでお得でした。 雨だったが天気が良ければ景色も良かったのだと思う。 スタッフの感じも良かったです。 布団の内側が何故かじっとりと濡れていてびっくりした。確認して部屋を変えてもらったが夜遅くに荷物をまとめたり、その部屋変更のせいで自動チェックアウトがエラーになり、色々面倒だった。 移った部屋の電気ポット、すすいでもすすいでも沸かすたびに黒いカスが浮いてくるので4回目で諦めた。
