Ｙuko (8/5): 子供の遊びを目的だったので食事以外満足です。 - 部屋が最高に良かった。期待通りだった。食事が良くない。味付けが和食なのかエスニック系なのか分からない。季節感が無く、揚げもの炒め物など油系が多く感じた。2種類の寿司米も硬く酢が効き過ぎ。子供用の食事もバラエティーが無く、油ものが多い。デザートも少ない。料金の割に満足感が無い。
YOUKO (6/5): 温泉、食事イイ‼️ - 晩御飯、朝御飯の丁寧なお品書き☺️ 細かく時間を割り振りしてもらっていて、スムーズに席に案内してもらえ、食事をすることが出来ました。対面での食事提供も、適量、美味しい、わかりやすい、キッズコーナーも嬉しい。ホロホロ山荘へのお風呂も嬉しい。お部屋の清掃。天井にクモの巣。キクラゲカピカピで、テレビ下にあり少し残念でした。
kyono (8/5): 子ども向けに特化した施設 - 2回目の利用だったが、いつ行ってもスタッフが親身。外国人スタッフも多いけど関係なく親身に寄り添って接してくれるから良い予約した時点では告知が無かったため宿泊前日に遊び場が工事中なのを知った。代わりの遊び場も設けられてたが滑り台などもなく狭さも目立った。また簡易的なものだったためか未満児向けの遊ぶ場が無かった

はぎ (10/5): - 浴室広く　温度別に湯船も多く　露天風呂も心地よく　脱衣場も多く化粧品、ヘアーゴム、シャンプーリンス　ボディーソープ　メイク落とし …など至れり尽くせり自宅から用意せず気軽に利用でき感動しました部屋も綺麗でした館内着が身長サイズでしたが、太っている私にはサイズ小さく着心地は良くなかったです。これだけです。
Kazuki (10/5): 子連れには最高のホテルです - アソボーヤ、プール、ビュッフェ会場の遊び場、ロケーション、部屋の広さ、ご飯のおいしさなど、すべてが子供連れにとってとても良く、最高の宿泊体験でした。また、3泊したため、ご飯は毎日同じものだったのですが、連泊した人には特別な小皿をプレゼントするなど、気配りもとても良かったです。次に登別や洞爺湖方面に行く際には必ず泊まりたいです。ほとんどないですが、ホテル内のwifiだけ弱かったり繋がらない場所が多かったりと不便さを感じていました。また、3泊したため、3日目にはご飯が飽きてしまったので、1日置きに交互にメニューを変えるなどしていただけるとたくさん宿泊したいので嬉しいです。

Chi Kwong Terrence (8/5): - 這間親子飯店大部分都很好，房間很大，有適合大童和小童的遊玩設施。但這間飯店並沒有洗衣機烘衣機，由於我們前一天去玩水，無法處理濕衣服，很困擾，我們只好帶著全家的濕衣服去搭飛機，這很佔行李重量。另外check in 時需要排隊，我們是星期六入住，排了40分鐘，才完成check in 手續。

HIROMI (4/5): - 夫と娘一家と全6人で宿泊しました。プールで遊び、地下の遊び場でもたくさん遊び、夕食も朝食もビュッフェを堪能しました。レストランが広く、数箇所に分かれていろいろな料理が並んでいましたが、全部は見て回るのが大変でしたし、到底自分で食べることは不可能です。そして何より人が多すぎました。部屋は、2家族2部屋が3階と5階に分かれていて、食事やお風呂、プールなどに行くタイミングを合わせるのが大変でした。ベッドはちょうどよい硬さで寝心地は良かったです。ただ、部屋の中の棚や格子、窓の桟とかに埃が積もって汚れていたのが、とても嫌で不快でした。

Stefanie (1/5): Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung - Das Zimmer war verhältnismässig gross. Ich habe das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gebucht um morgens früh mit dem Shinkansen weiterzureisen. Leider war bei den beiden Restaurants die Wartezeit zwischen 66-70 Minuten, so dass wir auch nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption ohne das bezahlte Frühstück abreisen mussten. Das Hotel wirkt wie Massenabfertigung, unser Zimmer war altmodisch und das Onsen war sehr voll.

YAMASAKI (8/5): 子どもが喜ぶ顔をたくさん見られた旅 - 食事がおいしく、レストランがきれい。子どもが喜ぶ施設が多い。スタッフが親切。大浴場が広々していて気持ちがいい。プールがもう少しきれいだといいなと思いました。（虫がたくさん浮いていたり、水が少し濁っていたりしたので）コインランドリーなど、洗濯できる場所があればよかった。

たく (4/5): - とにかく暑かったです。冷房は効いておらず、寝ていても暑くて起きました。案内は不親切でした。どこに何があるのか全部こっちで調べるしかないのかと。食事会場はキッズスペースから埋まります。子どもが食事を取りに行くのが大変でした。連泊したのに、そのあたりは融通がきかないのだなと思いました。

Zhi Heng Caleb (4/5): - If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude. When I tried to gently share some feedback with the reception staff, she simply grunted and ignored me. Of the dozens of Hotels I’ve stayed in across Japan, this has to be the worst.

Nathan (6/5): - Not great for couples / friends travelling unless you have young kids. Basically a mini resort hotel filled with families and young children. Onsen was decent and the outdoor pool is nice. Property is in the middle of nowhere, about a 40min drive to the nearest town. You do get a breakfast and dinner buffet included and while the food is fairly good its the same every day.

Jasprit (2/5): - very disappointed that this property was advertised at Expedia which we booked from Australia: limited vital information. We arrived to find that dinner was included in room rate. However we soon discovered that there is NO WAY to explore area due to limited transport options For eg only buses leave for airport and Sapporo at 10ish am, Return bus from Sapporo is at 1pm. No other way to get to anywhere if you don't have a car: a taxi to Sapporo or rusutsu could be up to $500 aud. There is NO restaurants around other than hotel buffet dinner. We had two kids with us and there was NO LUNCH options to buy other than hotel shop selling snacks and chips, My kids had NO LUNCH for 3 days. Staff speak no English other than two Nepali and Sri Lankan staff we met, They seemed to know nothing much about how to get tranpsport or public transport. The rooms were stuffy and HOT for 3 nights despite winter: we did not get any decent sleep. Windows didnt open. We complained to hotel and Expedia and checked out 2 days early, Hotel said they would refund as If Expedia sent them an email. We called Expedia multiple times before cancelling to confirm to them the answer from hotel: Expedia refused to talk to the English speaking reception staff when I called them. Then Expedia called us back to say no staff was speaking English. Few days later Expedia emailed to say hotel refused refund: after they had allowed us to cancel saying they will refund. Im still contacting Expedia but no reply

Chiko (6/5): - よかったところは温水プール、食事の遊べるスペースで子供達が楽しめた。ビュッフェま、キッズコーナーのスペースがあり子供自身でとりやすい。施設は休憩スペースもあり快適にすごさたが、コインランドリーがないのは残念😢 あとセルフのチェックインに3時まで長蛇の列を成しているのが不便。スタッフの人数も少なく接客に余裕がない対応だったと感じましまた。

Room is big but dust is easy found, air conditioning not quite function. Great for kids, but most of the activities need to register & pay extra. Good place for dining with free playground, the outdoor onsen beach is nice but better to bring a footwear to protect your feet especially for children, the ground in the beach area is easy to hurt their skin due to they revamp with non-slip sand

Christine (5/5): Passable - There was a wide variety of food options in the canteen. The ventilation was poor inside the room. AC was either not working or too weak that we felt suffocated even after turning the fan on for the entire night.

Verified traveler (4/5): Not for couples and not clean - This is not the place for a relaxing vacation. We knew it was family friendly but this hotel purely caters to families with small kids. If you enjoy being woken up in the middle of the night by screaming toddlers and screaming adults, someone pounding on the floor or against the walls this is the place for you. Unfortunately the place is also filthy and smells gross. Mold in the windows and the bathroom, hair in the shower and on the floor, toothpaste spills from previous guests on the bathroom doors. The furniture in the room is fine but the bathrooms look like something you have in a hospital and not a hotel. The staircase and elevators are disgusting, no one has cleaned there in a long time and the smell is apprehensive. We were lucky to have a car and go somewhere during the day, otherwise you are stuck in your room or the onsen because there is nothing else to do for adults without kids. The food was decent and staff is friendly but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings.
Xin (8/5): Very good - The buffet was great with the only downside is everyday are the same. Good service and helpful staff. Nice indoor playground so kids can play while parents eating. Room Tatami was nice with plenty of size so we can enjoy some nice family time inside room. Location is not that convenient, winter time can be difficult to reach by driving. But that's ok
Wai (7/5): Good for families, not so much for couples - Onsen experience was good. Particularly appreciated the free flow soups during tea time. Large and spacious lobby and room. The children’s pool area was too close to the Onsen, hence unable to enjoy some peace and quiet while soaking in the hot water due to too much shrieking and roughhousing from the children. Some control would have been appreciated. Not a place for couples or singles.
Markus (10/5): Amazing familt hotel with onsen - Our family had an amazing time in this hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner are included and are delicious. The onsen is amazing and the clothing the hotel provides to walk around is extremely convenient. We went on a skiing vacation and drove to Rusutsu every day (about 30 min drive) and didn't expect to enjoy the hotel as much as we did. In the end, it was as memorable as the skiing.
Imee (9/5): Superb - We like the onsen, which provides us a good relax bath after a whole day tour. There's a lot of choices of dishes for the buffet dinner and breakfast. nothing
Verified traveler (10/5): Kitayuzawa Onsen Hotel - Fabulous Family friendly hotel with many large onsen pools. Lots of space & activities for the kids too. It can get a tad noisy at dinner in the buffet hall.

Chih-Huang (6/5): 房間空調不佳 - 我們一家2019年時第一次入住本飯店，對飯店的各項設施感到非常滿意，所以這次的旅遊特別選擇再度造訪，因為其他房型已滿，我們訂的是三樓的無障礙房間。房內設施都沒問題，但空調明顯不冷，開門到走道就可明顯感受差異，第一晚之後我們向櫃檯反應，因為第二晚也無房間可更換，所以只得到一台電風扇，讓我們睡的非常辛苦。另外雖然不是五星級飯店，但櫃檯人員大多只能說日語，溝通上也非常辛苦，要入住的遊客也請特別注意。除了上述兩點，飯店的餐廳、溫泉等設施還是有一定水準，但因為偏親子飯店，會有許多小孩，我們兩次入住也都遇到了校外教學的學生入住，希望能體驗靜謐的溫泉之旅的話，隔壁的綠風（我們也去住過）會是更好的選擇。

Alyssa (10/5): Lovely family resort in the middle of a forest - I love how thoughtful the place is for families esp. preschooling children or younger. They had kids in mind in every aspect of the place. From rooms, to onsen, the pool and even a kids buffet spread. Nothing actually but own transport is expected or you would be stuck at the resort because it is in the middle of the forest.

Tobias (8/5): Very good - The whole hotel is very family-friendly. When the kids are done eating they can play in the back of the dinner hall and the parents can finish their dinner without a lot of stress. The indoor playground in the basement is also great and very helpful on rainy days. The dinner and breakfast buffet is amazing. There should be more hotels like this! The nearest town is a bit far away, going to a drugstore etc. requires quite a bit of driving.
