• Chanadda (9/5): - Great value for money for Hakuba. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A practical, well-equipped, and convenient place to stay. We stayed in April when the weather was fairly mild, so the heating worked a bit too well at times 😄 But it really wasn’t a big issue.

• wian (7/5): Great location, small but cute living space - Location is good. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. There is no elevators but we were lucky our room is on the first floor. There is a small bathtub where u can dip ur tired feet. May fit u too if u are ard 1.7m tall. Else the tub may fit for kids. There is a public corner where there is microwave to heat up convenient store food. Room is a little small for 2 adult and 2 kids. We need to clear the table away before setting up the bed on the tatami. But its a lovely cute place to stay.
• SIOW WAI (9/5): Very comfortable room. - Location is quite good. The building was hidden behind another building. We arrived at night so it can be a bit more challenging to see it.

• TOMOYUKI (10/5): コスパ最高！ - エコーランドという好立地であり、駐車場も併設。 部屋はレトロな感じではあるが、リフォームも晴れており清潔感はある。 最低限の備品もあり、部屋もベッドと別ですが和室もあるので大人2人子供2人の4人でもゆっくりくつろげた。 お風呂とトイレも別なので湯船に浸かってゆっくりすることもできるので問題点が見当たらない。 1Fにある漫画がなかなか良い。 頼むからパクった人、返してください。 パクらないでください。 ここに滞在する人達の憩いのひとときです。 この条件に対して費用がお得である。 ここのファンになりました。 自販機の飲み物の種類がもう少しあれば嬉しかったです。

• Unchasa (9/5): ประทับใจมาก ห้องใหญ่ สะอาด ราคาดี ของอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน - ห้องใหญ่มาก มี 2 เตียง และยังมีส่วนที่เป็นทาทามิไว้นั่งเล่น สะอาด มีทั้งแอร์และฮีทเตอร์ในห้อง มีราวตากผ้าและไม่แขวนเสื้อเพียงพอให้ซักผ้าได้ มีตู้กดน้ำและ snack ตรง front มีเครื่องซักผ้าให้บริการฟรี มี้รานอาหารใกล้ๆที่เดินไปได้อร่อยๆหลายร้าน ไม่มีอะไรที่ไม่ชอบ แต่ตัวที่พักจะไม่มีวิวอะไร แม้จะมีหน้าต่าง แต่ตัวตึกก็อยู่หลังตึกอีกทีนึง ก็เลยเห็นแค่ตรงที่จอดรถ แต่ถ้าเทียบกับราคาและสิ่งอื่นๆแล้วถือว่าดีและคุ้มค่ามากๆ

Staff were kind and helpful aswell! People would wake up really early and you can here every move they make but that is expected and didn’t bother us too much.

• Oleksandr (5/5): I would opt for a different hotel in Hakuba - Good location poor value for money. practically no service. in the second morning of our stay we had to go the the reception to BUY (for 100 yen each ) disposable tooth brushes. trash remained in the room during all time of our stay. we left an expensive boby cream on the dressing table. when we contacted the hotel, the prompt reply was that it had been already thrown away-without looking for it, no attempt to try to serch it

• Danielle098 (5/5): The lack of cleanliness ruined it for mW - Staff were friendly and check in was easy. The room was unclean, cobwebs above the sink and a lot of mould in the shower. I woke up with lots of bites and had to take an antihistamine, so I believe there might have been bedbugs.
• Crystal (8/5): Pleasant and peaceful stay in Echoland. - Convenient location in Echoland, walking distance to convenience store, restaurants and the shuttle bus. Private bathroom, heated floors, washing machine and dryer (free to use but pay for detergent via vending machine inside property), drying room, separate ski/snowboard boots storage, microwave in shared lounge area. Everyone kept to themselves, but we liked how the other guests seemed to all be locals.

• Yen (10/5): Perfect location, big comfortable rooms and very helpful staff! - Rooms were big and cozy, we really appreciated the tatami area. There is a microwave and toaster, so it was really easy to eat in, especially on Tuesday/Wednesday when many eateries were closed. Location in Echoland was perfect, just a few steps away from the various ski shuttle stops. Nothing! At this price point, it’s a pretty perfect ski lodge! Would have loved to have easy access to an onsen nearby but this is not on the property.
