- 川島 (5/5): 安くて駅近 - チェックインの数時間前に着きましたが、対応もよく、観光のアドバイスなど丁寧にしていただきました。駅に近く、観光メインに使いやすい。近くに駐車場も多く、便利。施設は、値段から見てそれ相応でしたがベッドなどきれいでした。安いのは助かりました。 やはり、トイレは、ウォシュレットにしてほしいですね。それと、テレビ、衛星放送もほしいです。

- kouji (4/5): 睡眠不足 - スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。 全体的に壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音や声など、割と聞こえてきました。
- Kyosuke (8/5): 低価格で寝るだけの場所で良いならコスパ最高 - 11月末の出張が多くなる時期、海外からのインバウンドで旅行者が増える時期で仙台市内ホテルの価格が高くなる中、5,500円という低価格で宿泊できる点。また、宿泊ベース料金が高まる昨今において、この価格で提供されるといるので、もとより設備等に期待をしていませんが、必要最低限の宿泊を提供してくれています。 スタッフの雰囲気も非常によく、宿泊できればよかった私にとって快適でした。 部屋の写真は少々異なるので、あれを見てしまうと期待値を上げてしまうと思う。あとは宿泊者側がホテルに何を期待するか。寝れるだけでいいなら、特に問題はないと思う。あとは、枕がもう少し高めのものもあると良いと思う。 今回は肌寒くなってきた時期の宿泊だったので良かったですが、夏はエアコンがないのでそこは注意した方が良いです。 （一応、扇風機がありました。）

- Miyahara (3/5): ちょっと残念！ - 老朽化しているが清掃は行き届いていた。 スタッフの対応はテキパキしており良い。 全体的に老朽化がひどい。 駅、繁華街から少し遠い。 テレビが小さすぎる。BSが映らない。 ユニットバスが昭和感はあるが古くて狭い。 部屋に椅子が無く、ベッド以外に座る場所がない。
