• Reena (9/5): - We loved our room, especially the bathtub 😍 The staff were always welcoming and friendly. We always had the pool to ourselves as it's low season which was really nice. The spa treatments were amazing. Breakfast was also lovely with endless options. We didn't enjoy the food from the restaurants within the resort. We found it overpriced, which we'd expect in a resort like Madhubhan but the quality was pretty poor. We ordered pasta which was cooked to a pulp, the sandwiches were just okay. There are much tastier options just outside the resort for a fraction of the price.

• Tejash (8/5): Pleasant but can be more catered for foreign tourists! - I loved everything except the fact foreign people cant order alcohol to their rooms despite holding permits etc! This could be made an exemption for foreign tourists compared to locals. No alcohol mini bar in the room and snacks available via midnight room service was limited, id prefer pizza, fries or garlic breads available

Enjoyed with all the opportunities received within my short stay. Nothing as such which I don't like except the break down of power supply experienced thrice but for short interval (say hardly for few minutes only).

• Dilipkumar (8/5): - For a first time visit was very impressed particularly with the landscaping which was simple serene and a pleasure to the eye specially after a breakfast walk. The only downsides was the maintenance where one would come see the problem,day is busy on a job will be back in 15 minutes and never shows up. Purely on principle I don’t think it would be unreasonable for management to offer a complementary ride to the local station which is only a 10 minutes ride.I feel they charge enough for that goodwill gesture. Overall well worth the visit

Beautiful grounds and entrance staff are great. Really annoying that at front reception and restaurants they kept asking for reviews! Throughout the stay. Surely guests don’t want to be pestered and pressurised into giving positive reviews!!

• Savla (10/5): Jacuzzi by the beautiful pool side - Jacuzzi was not working since many days. Staff mentioned. Complaining is done by so many customers but mecanic to repair it is not coming. Please ensure you buy two more extra Jacuzzi in case 1 or 2 are not working properly. Since there is space available around your beautiful pool. Jacuzzi not working. Should provide 3 Jacuzzi incase machine is giving technical problem s since there is lot of space around the pool.

One manager was very rude (Asiz maybe), didn’t give his name. This was my third stay and on both previous occasions, I would give 10/10. This time, wedding meant staff stressed and worst room given as best probably kept for guests. Spa was useless as well, as only reserved for wedding guests. In past it’s been very good. Spa receptionist didn’t even bother to look at screen or keep my details for a cancellation. She said she needed to authority to book.

Once you enter property you are in beautiful nature. Small issue with noisy AC in the room with no possibility to adjust fan speed and temperature. The GST invoice assured not received after even 2 reminder calls.
