• Torsten (4/5): Schöne Lage aber sehr enttäuschende Ferienwohnung! - Die Matratze war bequem und auch die Küchenzeile war in gutem Zustand und ausreichend ausgerüstet. Erfreulich war, dass auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war! Die Wohnung ist dunkel und feuchtkalt! Man bemerkt schon beim Hereinkommen einen unangenehmen Geruch, der auf feuchte Wände hindeutet und, wenngleich nicht sichtbar, Schimmelbefall erahnen lässt. Ein ausreichendes Lüften ist nicht ausreichend möglich. Da die im oberen Stockwerk befindliche Terrasse leider nicht zugänglich (abgeschlossen) war, ist das Trocknen von Wäsche nur IN der Wohnung möglich, was erstens nur schlecht möglich wäre, und zweitens für zusätzliche Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung sorgt. Der Zugang zum Haus und Appartment war nur mit Smartphone möglich. Diese Tatsache war meiner Meinung im Vorfeld nicht angegeben worden und erschwert einem den Aufenthalt unnötig. Der Kommunikation zum Vermieter / booking war stark zeitverzögert. Diese Wohnung kann ich nicht empfehlen und würde sie selbst nicht wieder buchen, schon gar nicht für den exorbitant hohen Preis. Das Preis) Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Sehr enttäuschend!
• Leonardo (1/5): 6 días en Apartment BED&BCN SANT ANDREU II - Solo destacó la ubicación que está cerca de la parada de subte de Fraga i Puig y el silencio a la hora de dormir. Es un lugar terrible! La humedad te come los huesos, el olor a humedad es insoportable! En los seis días que estuvimos empezaron a salir manchas de hongo en la pared, las sábanas y las almohadas cada vez que nos acostábamos parecían que estaban frías, y en realidad estaban mojadas. Tuvimos que correr la cama porque el respaldo, que es un trozo de acrílico, condensaba humedad, se chorreaba y mojaba la cama y el colchón. Nunca visto A parte, la habitación que tiene dos ventanas no tenía cortinas. Tuve que improvisar unas cortinas con papel de madera porque si levantas las persianas se ve todo de las otras ventanas del barrio. El sofá está todo vencido, y para usar el baño tenés que ser un faquir, un contorsionista para no tocar la llave de paso del agua, porque si la tocas o te morís de frío o te quemas vivo! Por ejemplo yo para bañarme, abría la llave de paso, me mojaba, cerraba la llave de paso, abría las puertas y sacando las piernas para afuera me podía enjabonar. Super reducido! La escalera es extremadamente larga, no es que sea un gran problema, pero si vas con muchas valijas o con una valija muy grande se te va a complicar. Para mí eso no fue un problema, pero para otras personas tal vez lo sea. Demasiado caro para el estado en el que estaba. La cama si bien es pequeña, uno puede encontrar este tipo de cama en otros lugares. El problema es que está toda vencida. No solo te hundis, te vas para el medio! El placard tiene un olor a humedad que no se puede creer, las puertas no corren, así que quedan así como están. Yo ni lo pude usar. Por otro lado, muy mal Booking!! Uno confía en el sitio pensando que te van a conectar con un lugar aceptable, que cumple algún tipo de estándar. Una vez que estás ahí, y ya lo pagaste, no tenés oportunidad de hacer otra cosa. Sólo iba a estar seis días!! Voy a iniciar un reclamo y esperar una solución en tan poco tiempo? No te queda otra que aguantártela, resignarte y seguír. Creo que pagué mucho por lo que me dieron.
• Zarja (1/5): - Location OK Honestly I don't even know where to begin... While finding and entering the apartment was easy, we were extremely disappointed when we arrived. The apartment didn’t feel properly cleaned, the couch was broken, and there were no sheets or blankets prepared for the third guest. The only blanket we found was in the washing machine and smelled really bad, like it had been left there wet for a long time. The apartment was also very cold, the heating was difficult to use as the batteries were dead, and at one point the electricity went out while we were just trying to use normal appliances. Some of the furniture, like the chairs, also felt very unstable. What bothered us the most was that when we reported these issues (we texted, even called) no one really helped us during our stay. We only received a reply after we had already left, which was very frustrating. We understand that small problems can happen, but overall the apartment did not feel prepared for guests and the experience didn’t match what we paid for. I believe we overpaid it 3 or at least 2 times. I'm just glad we only stayed three nights...the worst experiance so far :(
• Cylia (1/5): - Je me suis déplacé de la France vers l'Espagne pour passer un week-end l'hôte de cet établissement ne nous a pas répondu afin de récupérer la clé et après avoir contacté lz service client booking ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous recevoir, c'est vraiment décevant de la part de cet établissement

• mariana (4/5): - Páčila sa mi štvrť kde bolo ubytovanie, blízkosť obchody a metro Ubytovanie bolo maličké, pre dvoch ľudí akurát možno ešte jedno dieťa, ale nie pre 4 osoby,, málo miesta v kúpeľni, sprchový kút mini, väčší človek sa doň nezmestí. Steny špinavé , pokreslene.Pohovka v kuchyni bola zlomená, spanie nepohodlné. Aj posteľ v izbe vylezany matrac. Dostali sme len 3 uteráky a 2 paplony a to sme boli nahlásené 4 osoby. Najhoršia vec bola pleseň , vlhko ,čo bolo veľmi cítit, oblečenie v kufri bolo ráno vlhké , nič neuschlo ani cez noc. Vysoká cena pomer kvalita nízka.

• Juanjo (7/5): - Los muebles son bastante nuevos y era cómodo. El propietario muy atento a la llegada y enseguida respondió al teléfono. El barrio es bastante sucio con basura tirada por la calle y las zonas comunes del edificio bastante viejas. A la mañana nos levantamos y había una hilera de hormigas que cruzaba el salón y muchísimas en la zona del baño. El secador estaba roto y sí hay una máquina lavadora/secadora pero no hay productos para limpiar y para 3 noches que estuvimos no íbamos a comprar todos los productos para hacer 1 lavadora.

• Manoj (8/5): nice stay other than checkin issues. - nice and clean apartment. checkin was not easy. we had to wait at door of apartment for more than 1 hr waiting for keys. we were told some one would be there in 15 mins. host did not pickup calls during this time.
