- Chantal (9/5): Séjour inoubliable - Nous avions une villa et c’était parfait pour notre famille. Très propre. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il y avait une chambre au sous-sol mais très confortable. La plage et beaucoup de très bons restaurants à 5 minutes de voitures. Les déjeuners sont très bons et il y a de la nouveauté chaque jour. Il y a plusieurs chats et parfois quelques odeurs de campagne

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Es war schon fast wie ein Zuhause ❤️ Dimitra hat alle Gäste schon in der Früh mit einem Lächeln und ihrem absolut sonnigen Gemüt im Frühstücksraum empfangen. Das Frühstück war für uns perfekt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle ganz bald wieder 😊

- Jade (10/5): Perfect peaceful stay - Our stay was just perfect. Couldn't think of any way to improve it if I tried. The apartment was clean, slick, spacious and comfy. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Everything worked well and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for a few home cooked meals. The place was so quiet and peaceful, and was a great mix of having your own space and privacy as well as the friendly and helpful staff who cleaned and cooked breakfast and ran reception. The highlight was the breakfast and the chef who ran it, she was so friendly and welcoming. She took so much pride and passion in what she had made fresh each day, telling us all about the local foods and treats. And above all, it was all delicious. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and so peaceful. When we come back to Naxos we will definitely be staying here again

- Hannah (10/5): Most beautiful place we've stayed at!!! - Nothing bad to say about Sea & Olives! We were a group of 6 girls in our late-20s. The people are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. The facilities are clean, up-to-date, and luxurious. The cleaning staff was super flexible when coming in to clean our space (every day) and made sure we were okay when they came. The breakfast was AMAZING! So fresh, never runs empty, and delicious (also lots of options). Our private pool area was the best part of our stay and was super clean and fresh feeling. We also felt nice and secluded (and safe). Cannot recommend this place more. We love you Sea & Olives! Not a big deal, but the place is maybe a 15-minute walk from the nearest beach if that's important to you. You may want to rent a car (or hire a car service like we did) to get to specific places.

The apartment with the jacuzzi was so new and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, with a full range of choices, salty and sweet and freshly done. Stelios the owner and the whole staff were friendly, helpful and amazing people. Would totally come back and recommend to everyone All was amazing, as for all Naxos you will need a car to hang around

- Rosalie (9/5): Beautiful Serene Space for a family holiday - The environment was fantastic. Care had really been taken to create a beautiful and serene space. The pool and villa were kept at a fantastic standard and Stelios and his team were always on hand for anything we needed. The breakfast was also deliciously indulgent and we enjoyed it very much! Only 2 things. The planes going from Naxos airport fly quite low over the property and can be a bit disruptive. And despite it only being a short walk to the beach, the road to walk along is not pedestrian friendly, although not dangerous, and in retrospect we would have rented a car.

We had a rental car so naxos town was a quick 10 minute drive away. Stelios the host wax super friendly and helpful. Would recommend Breakfast was included, it was fine but would have liked a bit more variety in the hot options.

- Joanna (10/5): The perfect stay during our Naxos Wedding - We stayed at Sea and Olives with our wedding party in Naxos and we could not have asked for a better experience. Once we had ATV’s, the property was not far from Plaka Beach. The suites that we had were spacious for all guests and the facilities were always working. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help in anyway. And the breakfast buffet in the morning had a large variety and catered to all our dietary needs. We will be back! Nothing - everything was great!
- Sarah (10/5): Magical! - What a wonderful place, the accommodation was outstanding in terms of design and comfort. Breakfast was a real treat and different options appeared everyday. The housekeeping was exceptional and Stelios the owner was so warm and welcoming. The location was great, whilst it was peaceful and rural around the accommodation it was only a few minutes drive or 15 min walk to bars and restaurants. And it was only 15 mins drive to Naxos town and i believe there is a frequent bus if needed. It was our first trip to Naxos and we will definitely be back and would stay at Sea & Olives in a flash.

Not only was our room absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and so comfortable—but the location was also perfect for exploring Naxos. Everything about our stay was smooth and relaxing. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible service. After we had already left for Mykonos, I realized I had accidentally left my husband's suit in our room. I contacted the hotel in a panic, and they immediately took action. To our amazement, they shipped the suit to us in Mykonos the same day! That kind of dedication and care is beyond rare and shows how much they truly value their guests. Thank you to the entire team—you turned a small crisis into another reason to smile. We’ll absolutely be back and will recommend your hotel to everyone we know!

The hotel had a great shared pool and because it’s only shared with a couple of other apartments there was always space. A lovely quiet location as well, about a 15 min walk from Plaka beach (although further out from the town). But there was a bus that took us to the town in 20 mins which was great!

The room with a hot tub was extremely spacious and comfortably furnished, the kitchen area was also well equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. The appartment was fully equiped (washing machine, tv, ac, iron, microwave...). Really there is no one thing we could wish for. Breakfast was very delicious - combination of local and international. - Leia (10/5): A Luxury stay in Naxos. A guaranteed pleasant time here. - The property is beautiful decorated and in a great location, close to the beach, close to the port and close to the airport. Our room was incredible, so beautiful and so comfortable, with plenty of towels, slippers and a gown. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony which I loved. The hot tub we had in our room was amazing. Breakfast each morning was great and had a really good selection, couldn’t have asked for more. To top things off our host Stelios was an incredibly kind man who was super attentive to all our needs and was very helpful as well. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received while staying abroad. The surrounding areas to the property is surrounded by farm land so just be aware sometime it does smell like cow dung.

It had everything we needed and more and we felt so lucky to come back to it everyday. Also the breakfast was a wonderful surprise, cooked beautifully and we were greeted with a happy Kalimera! every morning. Location is also fabulous located conveniently next to the beautiful and lovely Plaka beach. Thank you so much for having us, so pleased we found Sea & Olives! Nothing!

- Heather (10/5): Very relaxing place to stay with great staff, private pool made it extra special. - Stunning apartment, well designed and new, large outdoor area with shallow and deep pools which were perfect combination, also cleaned daily. Outdoor shower which was great when coming back from the beach. Sea view and lovely sunsets. Well equipped kitchen and regular cleaning so had benefits of apartment but also felt like a hotel with bath robes, fresh towels. 15 minute walk to the beach, not too crowded, great selection of restaurants by the beach, relaxing and not built up. Could not fault the property.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast outstanding, the villas had everything we could possibly need and loved having our own private pool. We really enjoyed our walks and/or bike rides down to the beach. Perfect location - nice and quiet, but very close to everything. Will absolutely stay here again!

- Steve (10/5): - This was a great place to stay while in Naxos. Stelios arranged a taxi pickup for us and was accessible and easy to talk to throughout our stay. The unit itself was wonderful and enjoyable. We had great beds, the main area including the kitchen was well laid out and spacious. The outside area with our private pool was fantastic as well. It was not far to drive to the beach - we could see it from the patio - and the restaurants around there were great and well priced. We loved everything about our experience here.

- Salam (10/5): Clean, comfortable and relaxing! 5* - The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The decor was really nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need for light meals if you want to cook and make snakes.. toastie machine blender ect.. The hot tub was clean and well positioned to watch the sunset. It is in a really nice setting with olive and pomegranate trees there is even goats across the road which you can watch play ect. I have stayed in a lot of resorts and hotels around the world but the kindness and service i received from the owner on my trip was the best i had. A really nice taxi was arranged for us to and from the hotel (mercedes & bmw) we was also sent to a different hotel once we checked out to wait for our boat where we could use the pool and shower there. I have never received this before when a room was not free it goes to show how kind and helpful the owner of this hotel is. A bottle of wine is left in the room when you arrive along with fruit and some juice in the fridge. Its the little touches like this that make a stay. It was cleaned every day by a lovely cleaner with fresh towels daily and fresh bedding every two days. It is a maximum of 10minute walk to Plaka beach and the road isnt that busy as some suggested just stick to the side like you would anywhere. We rented a scooter which was delivered to the hotel but lots of people rented cars. I dont think this is necessary a scooter is fine and easier to park ect. Definitely be back here and definitely recommend to anyone. Nothing

- Annika (10/5): A nice and relaxing vacation - Perfect accommodation for a larger family. 3 bedrooms and place to socialize both inside and outside. Nice with your own pool which invites to a nice and relaxing vacation. Pool and apartment were cleaned every day. Nice and luxurious place to enjoy you holiday! If you son don’t have a car you have to walk a bit along a dark road if late in the evening.

- Georgina (10/5): Best place to stay on Plaka beach (Naxos) - This was by far, the best place we stayed during our trip to Greece that covered Santorini, Naxos & Athens. I would say it was near-perfect and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner (Stelios) was very personable, friendly & helpful. Was cleaned daily, new towels, and bathroom soaps, toilet paper replenished and that was well-appreciated. Place was relatively new and spacious and very well-designed from an Architectural point of view. It was in a quiet area away from the noise on the beach with tourists. The furniture was also very authentic and really made it feel like you are at a coastal resort on holiday. I got some inspiration for my next construction project. Next time we visit Naxos, we'll for sure stay here again. It's well located near the Plaka beach although you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk) to get to beach about 10mins walk. Property grounds well kept and clean. Apartment had a Jacuzzi that I personally didn't try but our teenage daughter tried and loved it. Probably could have used the apartment with the pool instead of Jacuzzi. There was always a nice cool breeze from the ocean. We didn't use the A/C as it was cool enough in the apartment and did not need it. Kitchen had everything needed --we only made breakfast, but there was Olive oil, salt, etc provided. We also found a welcoming bottle of white wine & fruits on arrival. Great restaurants all along Plaka beach and a couple of mini-markets to get basics. Bus connections to Chora along the beach road also made it easier to access the downtown area. I would say it was near-perfect; just a few minor things that are not a show-stopper! Bed was just abit soft for my taste, but that's a personal taste and appreciate that all places will not have firm beds. But it was still not too soft - was in between soft & firm. I was still able to have a good nights sleep. I thought the closet space in the bedrooms could have been more; you have little space to unpack - so must leave most of the stuff in the suitcases; but was still manageable. There were mosquitoes in the area so opening windows at night for fresh sea breeze did let in mosquitoes - ended up with mosquito bites but they don't cause malaria - so all ok, just a nuisance (but maybe install mosquito nets on the beds to solve the problem). It's nice to be able to walk to Plaka beach in about 10 mins, but you have to walk down a relatively busy road (without side walk); would be nice to have another route/path to/from the beach without having to deal with cars - especially at night when coming back from dinner at restaurants along the beach. Nothing to do with the property, but just be aware you have to buy your bus tickets at the mini market on Plaka beach before you get on the bus (we didn't know so missed the first bus as we thought you could get tickets on the bus). But bus connections are frequent so not a big deal.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful villa within walking distance of beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is everything you could hope for. Stelios is a friendly face to meet you when you arrive and provides great local advice on beaches, restaurants, shopping and car hire. Irene and Amanado cannot do enough to help with anything you require inside the villa. We would recommend Sea & Olives very highly.
- Mark (10/5): Absolutely superb. - From the moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded. Professional staff, stunning quality and spotless accommodation. It’s about a 850 metre walk to the beach which at night could be challenging. So like everyone else staying there, hire a car. That can be arranged at the property. Absolutely nothing.

Stelios and team were amazing... Definitely, one hundred percent recommend this place. It's a little out, but that's the charm. You need a car/bike to get around. But you also need wheels to explore the island, so it ends up not being a problem...

It was heavenly. The suite was gorgeous and new. very modern. The host Stelios was awesome. Very helpful, informative, helps us rent a car which is necessary cuz you’re like in a tiny village away from town and sites. My husband and I are planning to book Sea & Olives next fall again. - Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We had an incredible stay at Sea & Olives Villas! Stelios truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, and delivered an unparalleled level of hospitality. He helped us call a cab from the port and was unfazed when our ferry arrived an hour late. He helped us seamlessly rent a car that was delivered to the property for a great price. Finally, on our last day after checking out at 10am, he let us take our beach towels from the property for the day, transferred our luggage to another hotel close to the port where we would be leaving, and even let us shower in the facilities there before our flight. I cannot speak highly enough of Stelios as a host. As for the facilities, they were lovely! Everything was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space, with two balconies and a hot tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed!
- John (10/5): Our family stayed for 5 days when our son got married at Yazoo Summer Bliss. We would return for sur - Location was great. This complex is managed by an absolutely wonderful man who would do anything for you. Our villa was cleaned, new towels and sheets every day. Pool was also cleaned daily. Lots of space for our family of seven to spread out and enjoy the villa and our private pool. Nothing.

The property is located in perfect distance from the beach with lovely views. the grounds were maintained well and the facilities were top notch. the decor and overall feel of the hotel is heaven. the staff and owner were so kind and welcoming. we were sad to leave! we wish there was a microwave but nothing else! it was perfection.
