• panama1992 (8/5): Неплохо, но снова не вернусь - Просторно, светло, относительно чисто, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, не застиранные, в целом очень даже хорошо Хотелось бы улучшить уборку, были грязные забрызганные зеркала, шторы давно нуждаются в стирке или замене. Бассейн тоже хотелось бы почище, потому что вода явно давно не менялась. Я не стала плавать. Завтрак очень посредственный, заказывается накануне по предложенному перечню, который не меняется изо дня в день. Отношение персонала тоже не сказать, что очень услужливое и участливое. После выселения оставляли вещи в багажной комнате, после пляжа спросили где можно умыться и помыть руки, провели в чулан для персонала, где была только холодная вода. Но надо заметить, предложили полотенца. До пляжа добираться только на байке или такси, т.к. совершенно нет тротуаров, а идти 20+ минут

• Sergei (8/5): - Очень тихое расположение. Шума от дороги почти не слышно. Очень грамотная планировка виллы. Ежедневная уборка 2 раза. На вилле живет белка, каждый день прыгала рядом с бассейном. Надо понимать, что это Бали и не стоит ждать идеального состояния ремонта вилл. Терассную доску у бассейна пора бы заменить на новую так как она уже гниет, отслаивающуюся штукатурку на стенах поры бы подмазать. В какой-то день у нас не было горячей воды, пришлось звать персонал для ремонта. Чайник на кухне очень старый, даже не стали в нем кипятить воду для чая. В стоимость нашего проживания был включен завтрак, но лучше его не брать, т.к сок был разбавлен водой, и кофе было не очень вкусное. Очень скользкие полы, один раз даже упал, будьте осторожны. Странно что собственник не учел при строительстве, по стандарту в таких помещениях делается нескользкий керамогранит.

• Young-gil (1/5): security management is poor - Any positives are meaningless considering the theft and poor hand - The villa itself is clean and the pool is nice, but these positives are completely overshadowed by serious security issues. 1. Extremely poor security : Even though the main gate was locked, it appears someone entered our room while we were sleeping. Cash on the bedside table (around USD 3,000) and a necklace worth USD 1,500 were stolen in the other room. 2. CCTV tampering : Someone changed the CCTV angles for about 10 hours. The manager falsely accused us of doing this to claim a refund and suggested inspecting our belongings. 3. Inconsistent staff statements : Reception initially claimed nothing like this had happened before, but the manager later admitted at the police station that CCTV was installed because of previous incidents. 4. Staff response was inadequate : They were slow to respond and attempted to shift responsibility. 5. Police involvement required : We had to visit the police station to file an official report, which delayed resolution.

There were insects, bugs, and lizards in the villa, which was uncomfortable. The staff did spray the villa, but it only helped inside the rooms.

The staff are wonderful, friendly & very helpful. The villa is in a fantastic location, very close to restaurants & shopping. It is always such a relaxing trip to stay at Villa Sally, fantastic pool, air conditioning in the bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen, lounge area & Wi-Fi. Breakfast each day was great & the staff are always able to provide a recommendation if you need something.

• Hsiao-Fen (10/5): 5 stars relaxing Villa. - 10/10 Villa. Very beautiful place, we stayed 2 nights but feeling absolutely well rested here in the villa. Spa and breakfast experience in your own villa was really good and relaxing. Room, toilet, lounge are massive, good size for two people. Staff are very friendly and responsive, it’s very helpful. Wifi is fast, better than other places we stayed at. Spa was outdoor at the lounge, got a bit bits from mosquitoes and coz it’s at open area, if your neighbours are a bit noisy it might effect you a bit.

It is in a good spot and close to great eateries like Ulekan, Milu by Nook and Madu and Milk. It’s a short walk to Berawa Beach. It was lovely to go there at sunset abd watch all the families having fun.

The breakfast menu could have a few more Indonesian items.

Tachés d humidité un peu partout La propreté laisse à désirer surtout la partie cuisine En ce qui concerne le service il n est absolument pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. Nous avons demandé deux tranches de pain avec nos œufs et on nous a répondu que c’était en supplément car nous avions choisi les croissants. Pas de possibilité de garder la chambre un peu plus tard. On nous propose une chambre dans une pièce mais sans eau chaude. Au final on reçoit quand même une autre villa qui était disponible. Toutes les réponses ne sont pas du tout orientées clients. Nous avons connu beaucoup mieux dans des hôtels de catégorie inférieure. On peut trouver beaucoup mieux niveau rapport qualité prix.

• Klas (10/5): - Beautiful and spacious villa with nice pool. Everything is well maintained and clean, bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff that does that little extra to make you feel welcomed.
• Emily (9/5): Perfect villa in a great location but check construction next door is completed - Staff were amazingly friendly. Airport transfer was easy with the driver messaging me via Whatsapp with his exact location, ready for pickup. We booked a one bedroom luxury villa with private pool and it exceeded our expectations - absolutely huge! The location is perfect for those that like to relax but also walk to the local bars/restaurants (which there are plenty)! Large construction area happening next door (July 2025), woke us up at 7am daily with angle grinding noises that lasted all day. The lovely staff compensated with free massages in the villa which were amazing - absolutely not the accommodations fault!

• Nick_90 (10/5): - Geweldige villa met eigen zwembad. Personeel heel vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Sommige plekken is klein achterstallig onderhoud (bij douche en zwembad).
• Saskia (9/5): A wonderful stay - We stayed in a beautiful private villa with excellent facilities. The staff was extremely friendly but never intrusive. We could even book a massage on the spot (only €10 per person), which turned out to be really good. Fresh water was provided every day, and breakfast of our choice was served directly to the room. The breakfast wasn’t huge, but it was very tasty with a nice variety. The place was exceptionally clean, in line with local standards. The highlight of our stay was our little poolside companion – a very friendly and adorable monitor lizard. All in all, a wonderful stay and definitely a place we recommend!
• Fatma Didem (10/5): Birdaha gelirim kesinlikle dediğim bir yer. - Havuzun bize özel olması. Temizliği iyiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Konuma yakın market eğlence mekanı ve yemek yeme olanları var. Bayıldık. Bizim için sıkıntı değildi ama konaklamada odanın dışında 3 kertenkele bize eşlik etti bir zararları yoktu onun haricinde böcek sinek vs. Yoktu.

The location was perfect, just of from one of the main streets of canguu with access to lots of shops, massage parlours and restaurants to satisfy everyone's liking. Only one room key to the villa front door, although everyone had their own separate room key.

• Braedon (8/5): Great staff, great rooms, geckos all around the villa and cats scratching in the roof. - Room was nice, breakfast was average but did the job and the location was okay. Lots of geckos in the room and cats scratching above the roof and you can hear it all night. Didn’t effect me to much but if u were someone who wouldn’t like that I wouldn’t stay here.
