• Sofie (8/5): Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding - De locatie van het appartement is een groot pluspunt. Ook was het een heel ruim appartement met veel opbergruimte om je spullen weg te leggen. Het was erg warm in het appartement, er waren ook wel wat mankementjes door veroudering. De Keuken was erg klein en er was weinig kookgerief, ook geen dampkap aanwezig. De lift was kapot en dan viel het 6de verdiep wel tegen.

Nicht sehr sauber, verschluss vom Fenster defekt, laute Gäste nach 22.00 Uhr, voll im Umbau, oder in ungepflegtem Zustand, das Ceck in verlief sehr harzig, Rechnung für abgegebenen Schlüssel, der nicht gefunden wurde und eine berechnete Taxe für spätes check out obwohl um 6.00Uhr abgereist.

• Karim (3/5): - Emplacement - Absence de signalétique. Dans la cour, aucune indication pour se diriger vers les chambres. Il y a deux bâtiments et personne ne sait vers quel bâtiment se diriger, ce qui est la base d'un hôtel. - Manque de clarté sur BOOKING et de la part de l'hôtel, sur le fait que le parking de l'établissement soit payant, et il est TOUT PETIT. Je pense même pas 10 places.. - J'avais payé et réservé un petit déjeuner (2 personnes) pour le dimanche 26 avril, et l hôtel m a informé le samedi qu il serait annulé. Résultat, jai pas eu le temps de faire des courses et les magasins n'étaient pas encore ouverts le dimanche matin quand je suis parti vers 08h00. - Pour finir, j'aimerai être rapidement remboursé dès deux petits déjeuners que j'ai payé et qui ont été annulés par l'hôtel. • Bryan (3/5): Good location, bad amenities. - Good location and not far from the centre. Fire for the kitchen to cook was broken, could only heat up until like 50 degrees or so. After an hour it still wasn't hot. Pots were still dirty from previous visitor, and plastic pot spoons were melted. Lots of noise and at 7 AM they started drilling in the wall.

I explained that I had send messages and it was communicated back that this was all ok. But when i arrived they would not accept the messages from BOOKING.COM NO ROOM !!!

The small kitchen was well equipped. As an Irish person, I appreciated the kettle and tea bags. The elevator was out of order. Fortunately, our room was on the first floor.

• Marija (2/5): go elsewhere in Mechelen. - the proximity to the event we were attending parking facilities the place should be shut down or strongly refurbished. It's run down, and very expensive, considering the poor quality of the rooms.

• Karin (5/5): Das Studio kam meinen Bedürfnissen entgegen. - Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell im Zentrum. Man kann kleine Gerichte zubereiten. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr entgegenkommend. Leider gab es an Werktagen viel und manchmal wenig Baulärm, weil das Hotel renoviert wurde. Leider hat man mir das vorher nicht mitgeteilt, obwohl ich mir ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht hatte.
• Abdulrahim (3/5): Streng, belastet - Freundliche Empfang Für Familie ist es überhaupt nicht geeignet. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht .Bei beiden Zimmer war der Abfluss für das Duschen verstopft. Man könnte überhaupt nicht duschen. Bette und Matratzen sind unbequem. Diese Unterkunft geeignet für Baustelle Arbeiter, die tagsüber arbeiten müssen und Nachts saufen und die anderen Gäste mit Kindern kaum schlaffen lassen. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war fremdes Wort. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht für Familien empfehlen.

• Xenia (6/5): Super großen Zimmer und perfekte Lage daher war’s gut, dass wir es gebucht haben, aber man sollte dringend einiges repar - Großes Zimmer Perfekte Lage. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Schön, dass es die Küchenzeile gab mit Geschirr. Balkontür ging nicht richtig auf Zimmertür konnte man nicht schließen, außer wenn man mit dem Schlüssel abschließt. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel also ungünstig, wenn eine Person im Zimmer bleiben möchte geht das nur wenn sie eingeschlossen wird! Das ist super gefährlich. Wenn es brennen würde wäre die eine Person eingeschlossen. Tür sollte dringen repariert werden! Nicht genügend Parkplätze vorhanden! Und ganzes Haus hellhörig! Man hört alles im Flur und in den anderen Zimmern.

• Jodie (2/5): Extremely cold accommodation - Central Extremely cold, radiators were all turned off when we arrived I had to turn them on myself. Only one radiator to a massive room, no extraction fan or radiator in the bathroom which caused extreme condensation to the point we had to use our only few towels to dry it up off the floor so we didn’t slip. Bathroom felt like an igloo. 1 roll of toilet roll supplied for a two night stay for 4 ladies. Reception was never occupied for a staff member to even help. Basic accommodation for a cheap visit if you have came prepared with enough layers to keep you warm through the night.

• moerbeek (3/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Parkeerplaats op eigen terrein (hoewel wel duur) We kregen niet de kamers, waar we om gevraagd hadden. In alle kamers hing een vreselijke muffe geur. TV op 1 van de kamers stuk: rest van de tv's weinig zender keuze. Veel te weinig bestek- en serviesgoed aanwezig. Ook geen koffiezetter of oven aanwezig. . De lobby op de foto's op booking was afgesloten. Lift was defect. 's Nachts veel herrie, zowel in het complex als erbuiten (op straat). Zeker geen aanrader en voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

• Singh (4/5): You need better staff and better service - Window was hard to open and it is connected to another rooms which is uncomfortable for privacy. Kitchen didn’t have accessories while there was heater to cook but we didn’t even have pan to cook. We had plates and spoons but no sponge to clean those dishes. We couldn’t even put our drinks open anywhere because red ants would appear out of nowhere and i am not talking about 3-4 ants but there were a lot. As soon as we came in for check in. The staff was nice not gonna lie but there was strong smell of weed (so not friendly family place). The sound proofing is really bad. Almost at 11 at night there were people with car (in property itself) and they were talking and making noises a lot. It is understandable that not everyone can follow the rules but sound proofing should be good in this case. But no … the proofing was really bad. The same night we couldnt sleep because we could hear someone else’s snoring from another room. The life smelled really bad as someone didn’t clean it for months. I live myself in Mechelen and i think this was the worst one i have ever experienced. About pictures.. after seeing your review on google I think i dont need to share pictures about what im talking about.

• svlonroad (6/5): Ideaal voor werk en enkel slaapplaats zonder luxe! - Heel vlotte inchecken, verschillende mogelijkheid, de prijs in buurt voor hotels zijn daar goedkoop uit, ideaal voor mijn personeel daar laten verblijven tijdens werken in buurt. Alles voetbereik naar stad, ideaal voor avondje uit. Snel opgelost per mail. verouderde gebouw, veel werk aan winkel, als wij grote kookvuur aanzet viel de stroom in hele gang uit. Paar misverstanden ivm boeking van kamer via booking en aantal mensen. Na mails is wel snel opgelost.
