The reception girl on duty on 3rd december morning was extremley rude ,unprofessional not willing to answer any question let alone help customers. She preferred playing games on her phone rather look up and listen. She blended in very well with the hotels dirty linen.

- Zairil (8/5): Honesty Staff - Firstly I would like to say thank you to Front Staff (Indian lady) as I can't remember her name. She is very nice person and very nice tone . I left my wallet in the room upon early departure in the morning. After reliaze I make a phone call to the hotel and she immediately responded to me just take about 2 minutes. You're doing great job .Keep going a wonderful service and you will deserve for one day. Thank you Room run down

- Zairil (5/5): For Improvement for betterment - Quite hotel Hotel surrounding more foreigners worker and area not strategic. Hotel surrounding and cleanliness not maintain, lobby sofa a lot of stain and need to do upholstery, lift also need more cleaning and corridor also. Room wise actually only bed and pillow still in good condition but the rest need more general cleaning. Shower room badly grouting, toilet bowl, vanity counter also same issue. Shower door glass only halfway can open and unsecured. Please have a look. Entrance door hard to open and close too. The front office counter guy not really friendly and need more training how to be more politely, humble with customer not border who infront of you that you can sing during check in time with customer. Room 106 I do hope hotel management can accept out comments for improvement. Thank you

Other guest were very noisy throughout the night where I was woken up 5 times during the night. Young children was running around in the middle of the night, as well their parents talking extremely loudly.

The receptionist looked bored and uninterested, no hello or anything when we arrived, i mentioned we had a booking and all he said was show me. We found a wall gecko inside the room that came from behind the curtains and ran behind the TV, the bathroom was so grimy we couldn`t use it, there was no hot water. The sheets were not clean. We had bottled water in the room but the bottles were so tiny, same as as those given to you on flights. Will not be staying there again.

- Nona (1/5): Don’t stay here. - just that it’s the only one left when our flight was cancelled. The room smelled mouldy, we showed up and paid for 2 nights. Only managed to stay for few hours, then we left. Asked for half rate return, receptionist just took the keycard and said someone will get in touch. No one did. The only thing that got in touch was the ‘thing’ that kept playing w the lights, eerie vibe and showing up at the glass bathroom door. Bad after sales service, bad environment, bad everything.
