Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte ein komfortables Bett. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und schmeckt sehr gut - die Omelettes waren jeden Morgen unser Highlight. Die Nähe zum Strand gefiel uns sehr gut, so dass wir viel am Strand spazieren gingen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Personal. The cleanliness of the villa is impeccable and baby friendly, the kitchen is fully packed with the right items from small cake molds to bowls to the airfrier so you are free to bake and cook but clean after yourself might as well do the dishes. Wish they put more budget on getting new cereals and bread instead of putting the same thing everyday and who.knows for how.many months, the bread is always out in the air and there are small cockroaches in the kitchen, and it's served to you the next day, the sheets are only changed 7 days after your stay, so if you mess your bedsheets they won't change them for you and you will sleep on the same dirt spot (which is not acceptable if you have babies and toddlers who tend to mess) . The sink doesn't have water mixers , there is a cold and warm are separates so you have to play around that, not all rooms have baths so you have to ask and the showers are quite small. You have to keep cleaning after yourself all the time, or you will get filthy looks from the staff lol oh and the rooms weren't sound isolated you can hear everyone and everything I dont recommend the patio rooms if you have babies.

- ntuthuk0h (10/5): Lovely place - My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in February and we had a really pleasant stay. We stayed in one of the upstairs rooms. It was very neat and comfortable and was cleaned well throughout our stay. The main house where we have breakfast is charming and well kept, and the food was lovely. The service and staff were also pleasant. Although in a nice neighbourhood, the place is located away from the city and main attractions but still within a comfortable travelling distance, and its very close to a gorgeous beach. There are also good eating spots close by. All in all we were more than satisfied with our choice of stay.

- tthomp942228 (10/5): Lovely place. - the host was very cheerful and helpful and made the best omelet! I liked the open space. Very nice set up and I felt welcomed I would stay here again! I was there for three nights. The location is in an upper class neighborhood and about a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop to main attractions is about ten minutes away. Tell the bus guard that you want to stop at waterfront otherwise you can find yourself taking two buses there. The guard will make sure you get in the right bus.

- wendythat (10/5): A Beautiful Stay at Atlantic Beach Villa - We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The main house and rooms are very lovingly decorated and the pool, although small, is very welcome and warm. Most of the rooms are pool view which makes for a lovely atmosphere, however, only 2 pool loungers, so if you intend to lie at the pool, be quick. Very well situated in Milnerton with a little shopping centre (Woolworths) very nearby and a few restaurants and eating options in the near vicinity. The beach is an easy drive away, but can also be walked in about 10 - 15 minutes. The staff are all really lovely. The breakfast is freshly cooked from a small menu option with coffee, tea, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread and jam Totally adequate and delicious.

The pool is very handy and so warm. Very very quiet. Staff are delightful and very accommodating. Security is good, although we didn't ever feel uncomfortable or insecure. Little shopping centre nearby (Woolies) and good restaurants too. Fridge in room. Lovely area, very central and quiet. I was disappointed that the beach was so far to walk. Obviously no seaview. Room quite compact although you get used to it quickly. Only 2 sun loungers but many chairs and tables around the pool.

Great and friendly staff, awesome owners, and that little bit of romantic ambiance you need on your vacation. Nice breakfast included, parking lots in the front, a kitchen you can use if you want, and the pool. Everything you need, I’d say. A little downside is the small dog of a neighbor nearby who barks quite often, and way too often in the morning.
