• Tiyiselani (5/5): Was not a pleasant experience for me personally. - Luxury room is spacious. No microwave in the room. No carpet by the bed, just tiles all over. Sound proofing is very poor as you can hear everything and any noises from the neighbouring rooms. Receptionist kept me waiting while she was busy talking to a colleague, their conversation could have waited. How do you keep a customer waiting and make them feel unwelcome.

• Thembalihle (7/5): Decent - Location Luxury rooms are old, also there was a fight that happened at night and there was alot of noise and swearing and it sounded like domestic violence but I didn’t hear any security assisting which made me feel so unsafe because the people were fighting outside our room.

No hotels no BNB NOTHING. I lost my money drove the whole night for nothing. ITS A SCAM EVERYTHING - THE PLACE DOESNT EXISTS - ITS A SCAM, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN WUSHINI RESORT

The room was not for the value paid, curtains i wish they had lace curtains for light since door and window is on the same side, we could not open the curtain for light since the next room was just opposite

• Sam (10/5): Exceptional. This is the new standard. - I had an exceptional stay at Farquhar Lodge. They delivered well above my expectations. I booked a room for myself for wedding I was attending in the area and I honestly didn't want to leave my cosy room. The bed was comfortable, the air-con was amazing and the shower was perfect. Don't get me started on the breakfast. They literally have perfected what a breakfast should be like. They are now the standard for accommodation.

• Abi (5/5): Fine if you need a bed for the night as a stopover, but generally wouldnt recommend if you’re after a comfortable stay. - The staff were very hospitable and incredibly helpful - even stayed late to allow us a late check in when we were delayed at the airport. Very clean, easy to find, felt safe and secure. Our room had a glass door and very thin curtains, so unfortunately the spotlight outside shone into our room the whole night making it hard to sleep. There was also an incredibly loud pool pump right outside the window which was on all night. Not great for a restful night.
• Sheoraj (4/5): Terrible - Insects, spiders, silverfish, lizards run the place. Mould overtaking shower, bath, sink and walls in the room. Damp smell throughout room. I had messaged earlier to inform of a mould allergy which was ignored because the room was overrun with mould and dampness. No courtesy message to inform that they could not provide this.

• Zelda Bisschoff (5/5): Good facilities, little privacy, poor service - The rooms are big and comfortable. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. The lady at reception was very friendly I could hear the neighbour's phone conversations and snoring throughout the night. So limited privacy and thin walls. The breakdast dining experience was very bad. 3 x staff members sit at a counter chatting and laughing very loud. They do not replace the cutlery, serviets or salt on the tables. When you sit down at a table and notice something is missing, you need to go and find it at other tables. Dirty serviets on floor is merely stepped over and not picked up by the staff. I had to wait 25 minutes for my breakfast while we were only 3 customers in the dining room. There was absolutely no service in the dining area. Staff is not focused on the customers and most of the time just sitting chatting to each other
