• Genevieve (7/5): It suited what I needed. - The location suited me. I had stayed there before so I knew what to expect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was no hair dryer in the room I stayed in. The water in the shower remained cold even though I ran it for a long time.

He made sure our stay was perfect and top notch and memorable. • Makaure (10/5): - The accommodation at 34 on Milkwood was clean, comfortable and perfectly located — just a short walk from the beach, malls and a variety of restaurants. The area is peaceful yet very convenient for exploring. The breakfast served each morning was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Durban.

There was an issue with booking.com payment from their side, and I was kept there as the manager was trying to figure out the problem, until I asked him to allow me to check in while he sort out the problem. I also didn't like that the hostess was walking with pyjama's in front of the guests.

Lack of electricity at 4pm was a bit surprising, not that I minded a lot but a bit more clarity on electricity times would have been useful.

The staff accommodated us by making small deviations to the menu, and that was appreciated. It was a bit of a challenge to cart up luggage to and fro.
