- Therésa (10/5): Absolutely awesome and amazing. - We had an awesome experience. The staff was absolutely amazing very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely superb. Will most definitely stay there again. Thank you to Yvonne and the rest you are awesome 👌 Liked everything!

- Nicole (9/5): - Good Breakfast. Great staff - friendly, helpful. Peaceful location.
- Christina (8/5): - No en-suite bathroom.
No secure parking.
- Joanne (8/5): Sweet spot would definitely recommend! - Very quaint place! Loved the included breakfast, staff went out of their way to make us a packed breakfast as we would be missing the time slot as we were leaving early. Could maybe supply a bath mat as the floor is a bit cold after your shower.
- Gerda (9/5): It was a once in a life time experience and I would love to go back. - Breakfast was great! I loved the atmosphere, the buildings, the beautiful artworks in the museum and dining room and the fact that so many of the residents lifes were changed by that inisiative. I found the History so interesting and although it is heartbreaking I want to share what I have learnt with the art students at my school and with family and friends to create awareness. Some of the best linocut artworks I have ever seen. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would have liked clean cups for coffee and tea on the second day and the jug filled with water again, but we also could have asked. Make sure to always have serviettes ready.

Great value for money Building or maintenance activities next door was irritating after a loong day on the road, bottom rooms can get some residual noise from upstairs guests

- CARL KNEPPERS (10/5): Absolutely excellent venue. Gerald and Yvonne / Team - Absolutely excellent venue. Gerald and Yvonne / Team were extremely professional, warm and helpful. A great Bonus was having the excellent Bushman Museum on-site. May the spirit of the Bushman continue forever. Also, our sighting of the two African Spotted Eagle Owls on the mast across the road, at 06:00 am. 11th March-2026 was so very memorable of our stay in Nieu Bethesda Tower accommodation. Thanks Gerald and Yvonne and your Team - really excellent, Thank you. CARL and ANNAMARIE KNEPPERS NIL

- Ola (10/5): Magical doesn’t really cover it! - What a unique accommodation, right next to a gallery (the Bushman Heritage Museum), in the unique town of Nieu-Bethesda. We absolutely loved it there. Clean, breakfast in the morning was lovely and the staff were so sweet and friendly. We heartily recommend this accommodation and the local community of this town. We hope to visit again one day. Our sleep quality was not great because there was a storm the night we stayed there so of course that disrupted our sleep, but instead, as if in compensation, we had a direct view from our bedroom skylight of the most exquisite panorama of stars and were even lucky enough to watch the brightest most amazing shooting star right above us.

Ganora bushman painting and guide Henry were really interesting
- Vivian (10/5): Awesome 🤩 - Super friendly staff - On arrival, Yvonne went out of her way to assist us with a braai stand. Breakfast was delicious and Felicity was very friendly. Complements to the chef!
- Eileen (9/5): - Everything was perfect. I would have liked a bedside pedestal next to both sides of the bed.
Due to the size of the bedroom, I knocked my toe on the wooden bedbase. Perhaps a cushioned corner or an upholstered bedbase.
This is not a criticism but just a suggestion. I loved the room non the less. 😉
- Douglas (10/5): - Rooms are great! Stairs can be challenging
- Hardwig and Sandra (10/5): Tranquility and magic in perfect harmony - My wife and I can't decide whether it's the people or Nieu-Bethesda itself that brings the honesty, tranquility, and magic. We've decided it's a beautiful combination of it all Having to leave
