Quite a few amenities are provided and Willie is happy to assist if needed. The check-in process is smooth and simple.

The views are awesome, everything is smooth and works, the cottage was super comfortable, we simply had a lovely time and will be back! - Dollie (10/5): Beautiful Big Sky - The chalet is well equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable long or short stay. We appreciated the good quality fresh linens, fynbos bath products. The views at every time of day are breathtaking. Spent hours on the porch admiring the natural environment. Sunsets, stargazing, owls on the chimney and safe walks along the paths close to chalets were highlights of our stay. Can certainly why the owner chose to name it Big Sky ! Lovely restaurant a short walk down the paths was a big plus.Their salted caramel cheesecake is delicious. The bed is on the firm side, so took getting used to. We only had neighbors for one night during our stay, so fairly quiet. As a friendly suggestion..The wall between the units requires soundproofing.We didn't use TV, in case it disturbs the neighbors. If staff could clean the braai and remove bin bag during our stay would be great.

- Jenna (9/5): Wonderful ! - After the most beautiful start to our marriage on the 01st of March at Olive Rock , we drive only 2 minutes up the road to the start of our forever ! If you are looking for accommodation with Lush Greenery around you and stunning Mountain View’s , Big sky cottages has just that! It was tranquil and the restaurant just at the bottom has the most delicious breakfast and lunches to offer !!! We had the most fun together here and would definitely come visit again ! Not enough time spent there ! We needed least a week !

- Susan (9/5): Beautiful Big Sky - We stayed here for one night en route to our next destination but wished we’d booked longer. The view from the cottage was amazing. ‘Big Sky’ doesn’t do it justice! The accommodation was very comfortable with everything you needed provided. There was a restaurant nearby but we didn’t get to use that.

There were no guests in the cottage next to ours for the first night. The second night there were guests, and the cottages are not really sound proof as you can hear how the people walk up and down and move stuff in the cottage next door, but overall stay was still good.

- Nyiko (9/5): Great way to disconnect before new year grind! - Nice. Quite, lots of activities to do and very romantic setup. The walls are quite thin so you can hear footsteps and voices from the rooms nextdoor.

Close to coffee shops and scenic routes, although when you are on that balcony, you just want to sit there and take in the views. Swimming pool perfect for a refreshing dip and the entertainment area will be perfect for small groups. The units will be perfect all year round. Reachable within a hour from the norhern suburbs of CT. Will be back!!
