Susan (9/5): They stay was great except for they Lady serving breakfast with her not wanting to put enough sausage and eggs to accomm - Everything was so nice and clean The property itself was very nice and clean. Only down fall was the lady serving breakfast. Hotel was full so many people trying to get breakfast around 8:00 she said she was not putting out any more food and she would only put out 6 or seven sausage patties at a time, 3 people in line waiting then they were gone! My son and his family had to go up the road to get breakfast. Which was just wrong. When you have a full house like that she would have accommodated the guest.

Ladoska (7/5): I chose this hotel for the rate of over 90 was disappointing - Nice presentation when walking in staff helpful and polite There for two nights and the first night was ok The second day they power washed the roof so you had no tv reception and noise was horrible couldn’t take a nap. Maybe if you have an extended stay and they are working they could have put us on second floor to muffle the noise. I like a room with a clean bathroom no hair it was horrible in the bathroom it was sticking to tub and commode the base boards were filthy have no idea what they scrub floor with but it had a residue on it and after walking around barefoot my feet were filthy

Cynthia D (10/5): Lake town get away weekend - Cleanliness! Comfortable room and bed! Location was in a pretty area with convenient shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Breakfast area was clean and had a good offering of choices. COFFEE SERVICE WAS GREAT! I no longer use in the in-room coffee option but we do like the mini-fridge and microwave! Pet fee was higher than I normally pay at other hotels, however, I was very pleased with the cleanliness overall of the hotel and if paying a higher pet fee helps to keep questionably clean pet families in hotels with lower fees then I am pleased to pay the higher fee.

Jmag1 (8/5): - The staff were great! Friendly and helpful! The room was a good size and had a nice layout. We were treated with a cold beverage (water or a cola) and a snack when we checked in. The breakfast was very good compared to other places (They had eggs). We were on the first floor. When someone came out of the stairwell from an upper floor, the door slammed shut. This also happened when someone used one of the side doors to go outside. It didn't matter during the day, but it mattered after we went to sleep at night.

They were super polite about it. Some dirt in the hallway from construction workers' boots but room and pool were very clean.

The check-in and check-out times were different than what Hotels.com said (later check-in, earlier check-out), so that was disappointing. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to leave and return later to check in. The room was nicely decorated and I especially liked the spacious bathroom. The hot breakfast was really good. There were eggs, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, and lots of bakery items. The location is right next to Walmart so that was convenientfor shopping. Overall it was a pleasant stay except for the room not being ready on time.

The eggs was mixed with meat; which made the breakfast choices minimum for those who doesn’t eat meat. The potatoes were dry giving the only option waffles, boiled eggs and yogurt.
