- Camille (7/5): Face a la boîte de nuit mais chouette piscine - Piscine vraiment pratique & bon tours proposés pour Tikal. Chambre sans intérêt particulier mais clim + ventilateur . La boîte de nuit en face empêche de profiter du calme, c’est terrible la nuit même en semaine….
- Juliane (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren prinzipiell sauber, aber bei Ankunft gab es einige Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Der Pool ist schön, aber klein und etwas verschmutzt. In den drei Nächten, die ich in diesem Hotel verbrachte habe, konnte ich nur wenig schlafen. Gegen den ohrenbetäubenden Lärm durch Musik eines benachbarten Clubs hilft auch kein Lärmschutz auf den Ohren. Der Bass und die Lautstärke stören den Schlaf massiv.

- Stacey (5/5): The best thing about it is the view of the lake - No fault to the hotel, but it's directly beside a nightclub, which makes sleep impossible. Wish I would have known that, or we wouldn't have booked. As it was, we found another hotel in a quiet area of Flores for the rest of our stay. The rooms are just okay, very basic and not the most comfortable bed. There is no privacy at all because the window opens directly onto the staircase, which means you must keep your blinds closed 24/7 or everyone can see right in. Staff are nice and the rooms are clean.

- Corrine (4/5): Ok but I'd pass if staying for more than one day. - We thought the location was great, as it wasn't far from the bus and restaurants. The shower was warm and the sheets were clean. We checked in 2 hours early so the staff was very accommodating. There is a little terrace on the third floor that has a great view, we went there and waited for our room. This was really a hostile type. The room was very small you couldn't even barely move around. There were stains all over the walls and doors. and floor. The place needs a big facelift, painting, and a good cleaning. There was a lot of mold in the shower.

- Claudia Guadalupe (9/5): sorpresas de ultimo minuto - Es tal cual aparece en fotos de promoción, es un hotel pequeño pero confortable. Ofrecen desayuno incluido en la reserva solo que debe ir uno a otro hotel de la misma empresa a tomarlo, es aunos metros de distancia, pero eso no lo explican al momento de reservar. Algo que si molesto es que ofrecen servicio de traslados gratuitos ( por eso reserve en este hotel) que son confortable, solo que en su publicidad no aclaran que tiene horarios definidos y si tu vuelo no llega dentro de estos horarios deberas buscar alternativas de transporte lo que ocasiona un gasto extra. Que ofrecen servicios en su publicidad pero no aclaran como aplican hasta que uno tiene la reservación y cancelar implica costos. Los servicios de tours son mucho muy caros es mejor contraralos por fuera.

- Matthias Haas (9/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Obwohl wir spät ankamen und sehr früh wieder weiterreisten, hat das Hotel alles möglich gemacht: Es wurde extra ein eigener kostenloser Shuttle für uns organisiert, da ein normales Taxi wegen einer Veranstaltung die Brücke nicht passieren konnte – das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Frühstück wurde in der Nachbarunterkunft serviert und war klassisch lecker. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte einwandfrei, und das Badezimmer mit heißer Dusche war völlig ausreichend. Die angrenzenden Bars waren zwar hörbar, haben uns aber nicht gestört – auf der kleinen Insel hört man einfach immer ein bisschen was, da hier gern gefeiert wird.

Tout était confortable. Resto déjeuner bien bon à l’hôtel adjacent. Oui il y a du bruit le soir : toute l’île est reconnue pour son nightlife. Il y a des bars et des clubs partout. Alors si vous voulez la sainte paix, il y a Santa-Helena à côté…

Not great when you have to get up for a sunrise tour at 2.30 am.

- Stefan (6/5): - The beds were comfortable, the location was also very good on the island and close to the Peten sign where all the buses and taxis leave. There was a cockroach in my room and the prices for laundry were outrageous. We needed to wash our clothes that day so basically were forced to pay 50€ for them washing it. Also the bathroom and the room itself were incredibly tiny.

When I arrived, the receptionist told me that he cancelled my booking because he thought that I was not coming, even tho I confirmed in booking chat and in WhatsApp chat; thanks God i was able to stay, but it was not a happy experience; then he was knocking randomly my door because he forgot yo gave me full information and he decided that the best option was to knock my door in te middle of the night. Definitely a very bad first impression

It is located opposite a nightclub that played loud music into the early hours - not in keeping with otherwise tranquil, rustic island. Complaints need to be made by local hotels to the authorities to stop the nuisance.

It would be great to see some colour in the rooms, to bring the culture of Guatemala to life during the stay.

- Alice (8/5): Easy, comfortable and convenient stay ! - Very convenient location, sweet little pool to relax in after a hot day at Tikal, comfortable bed, quite clean and very friendly and helpful staff! The twin room is quite small for two people.

There are nightclubs all around and it was impossible to sleep. We could also hear people in the next room very clearly. We didn’t get any rest at that place The room is ran down - marks on walls, floor, sheets with holes, not working safe box.
