• Ana (6/5): - Barato, para lo que hay alrededor. Aunque todo muy cutre. No se permite que nadie que no sean los huéspedes suban a la habitación, siendo este un apartamento completo. Entiendo que no se permita dormir, pero subir a comer en la terraza... creo que cuando se alquila un apartamento debes tener ese derecho. Además la persona que nos recibió para darnos las llaves, el segundo día a las 16:00 de la tarde empezó a llamar al timbre. Nosotros estábamos durmiendo así que inicialmente no abrimos. No paró de llamar hasta que finalmente tuvimos que abrirle para que nos diera unas toallas limpias, porque según dijo, llevaba retraso en la limpieza.

• Daniela (7/5): Mejorable - El trato con el personal de recepción fue genial. Las camas son cómodas. El apartamento necesita una mejora, sobretodo en lo respectivo al baño. Muy antiguo todo en general. La zona es bastante ruidosa, ya sea por el ruido exterior como por los ruidos propios de las personas que se alojan. No hay persianas.
• Maximilian (7/5): - Die Lage und die geräumigen Zimmer, die Sauberkeit war auch top keinen Schimmel ! Der riesige Balkon war auch sehr schön. Der Fahrstuhl war alt, aber sehr schnell. Für 3 Tage war das auf jeden Fall ein guter Aufenthalt. Man hat natürlich kein Frühstück, leider auch kein Automaten, wo man sich kleine Sachen kaufen kann etc. Trotzdem hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das Maria und schon um 10:00 Uhr reingelassen hat, obwohl die Zimmerzeit erst um 14:00 Uhr ist Sie selber ist wie gesagt auch nett, auch wenn sie ziemlich oft gestresst wirkt. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, dass war für mich der größte Kritikpunkt. Man darf keine Leute aus anderen Hotels oder Leute die man kennen gelernt mitnehmen, finde ich auch nicht so cool. Klar Es soll verhindert werden, dass dort Leute kostenlos übernachten, das versteh ich voll und ganz, Aber letztendlich möchte man ja auch, wenn man Leute kennenlernt, sie nach Hause mitnehmen, um zum Beispiel etwas zusammen oder zu trinken. Oder paar andere Sachen zu machen hahaha :D Ich war 3 Tage dort und hatte eine gute Zeit, ich hätte nur gerne jeden Tag ein frisches Fußhandtuch bekommen, Dieses wurde jedoch nur alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Zusammen mit allen anderen Handtüchern auch Mir persönlich hätte es wie gesagt gereicht die Fußhandtücher zu wechseln, weil diese werden gerade, wenn man mit 2 Leuten ist, natürlich jeden Tag super dreckig. Hm
• Tristan (5/5): Okay für ein paar Tage - Die Lage war ziemlich zentral. Wenn man hauptsächlich zum Party machen da ist, reicht es vollkommen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut. Der Balkon war sehr groß. Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Personal spricht nur Spanisch.

• Oneka (1/5): Mala experiencia - El alojamiento es grande y esta bastante bien. Desde el primer momento el personal nos queria meter miedo sobre la zona en que estaba ubicado el piso. Además fuimos a visitar a mis primos y teniamos intenciones de cenar, desayunar... todos juntos en el apartamento algun dia... o si subia a por alguna cosa que nos acompañaran pero eso no puedo ser posible. Desde el primer momento la persona que nos recibió nos dijo que estaba prohibida la entrada a cualquier otra persona que no fueramos nosotras. Además diciendonos que si nos veían por las camaras llamarian a la policia y nos echarian a la calle. Nos quedamos sorprendidas con el recibimiento que nos dieron. No volveria!!
• christophe (6/5): Bien placé mais trop bruyant - Bon emplacement pour visiter. Beaucoup trop de bruits la nuit, aucune insonorisation. Ne surtout pas prendre une chambre près de l'ascenseur ! Trop de bruit ! Il manque quelques éléments de cuisine.
• Santamaria Estibaliz (1/5): Muy mejorable - Que tenía una cama para dormir No es normal que el alojamiento no tengo una simple balleta o trapo para lavar los platos, algo de jabon o gel. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que corría a cargo del cliente. Las puertas de terraza y principal se cerraban con un tranco muy básico

• Martínez (4/5): - La ubicación genial Primero los utensilios de cocina dan asco , super viejos , fatal de verdad ,las camas duras muy duras la sábanas manchadas de sangre y de igual manera la funda de las almohadas, esque fue pésimo ,los gritos alas 3 de la mañana de los de al lado despertaban al niño que dormía fatal el ruido de ellos , se gritaban de un balcón a otro , al día siguiente ni si quiera pasaron a dejar toallas ni nada no tuvimos ni como reclamar sobre las sábanas manchadas por qué no ves a nadie abajo , dos noches pésimas difícil descansar con tanto ruido de la gente de al lado , y asco dormir con esas sábanas de verdad dormimos mal ya queríamos salir de ese sitio fatal fatal .

• Leonie (4/5): - Das Appartement war absolut sauber, frische Handtücher gab es alles zwei Tage Die Betten waren absolut hart, und der zimmerservice war lediglich alle zwei Tage, wobei bei diesem auch nur frisches Klopapier und Handtücher angeboten wurden. Keine Reinigung vom Zimmer. Außerdem gab es kein Spüllappen oder Handtuch für Geschirr.
• Josephine (7/5): In Ordnung :) - Die Nähe zum Strand und allgemein die Lage war top 👍 recht große Apartments, die Küche war neu. Große Balkone mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles in allem war es sauber. Personal fanden wir gar nicht so unfreundlich wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben. Wir würden wieder buchen, da das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis unschlagbar ist. Das Bad ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, war aber okay. Wir hatten Kakerlaken Besuch .. nicht schön aber auch nicht ungewöhnlich in Spanien. Keine Klima .. aber das wussten wir. Leider nur ein Ventilator bei zwei Zimmern .. zwei Ventilatoren wären besser gewesen 😅 in der Küche haben Spüli, Schwämme und Geschirrtücher gefehlt. Haben aber alles günstig unten im Spar bekommen. Keine Handseife im Bad, schade!

• Tino (7/5): gute rustikale Unterkunft ohne Service - Wir hatten eine schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. In den Zimmern gab es zwei gute Ventilatoren Check In ist nur persönlich möglich und mann muss anrufen um dann einzuchecken. Personal spricht nur Spanisch. Insgesamt eher eine rustikale in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft.

• Salinas (4/5): Checking mal todo mal - Cerca de la playa La gestión eel checkin, nos informan que podemos entrar a las 9/10 am, llegamos y tuvimos q esperar a las 14, vale todo bien! Resulta que eran las 14 y no podíamos porque una máquina que se hace el checkin manual tuvimos q esperar hasta las 16 haciéndonos perder el día por su mala gestión, la dependienta muy buena intentaba solucionarnos.

• Patrick (7/5): Für Partyurlaub mit keiner Priorität auf Komfort top - Das Apartment zu bewerten ist garnicht so einfach. Ich muss dafür sagen wofür wir es gebucht haben... wir haben uns spontan entschieden in El Arenal noch 3 Tage spontan Urlaub zu machen. Urlaub in dem uns direkt einiges klar war. Wir essen an der Playa, wir wollen ins Meer, wir wollen shoppen und feiern. Es waren knapp 2 Minuten runter zur Playa und 9 Minuten bis zum Megapark. Da uns diese Dinge und möglichst wenig Geld auszugeben klar waren, war es top. Wir waren halt wirklich nur zum umziehen oder zum schlafen auf dem Zimmer. Wir wussten ja an den Bildern das uns nichts modernes erwartet. Die hellhörigkeit des Hauses hat bei dem Grad an Müdigkeit auch nichts ausgemacht. Allerdings sollte man sich darüber klar sein was 4. OG mit "Gott sei dank" vorhandenen 2 Ventilatoren bedeutet. Man hat quasi eine Sauna inklusive. Wie gut die Küche war können wir nicht beurteilen. Der Kühlschrank war sauber und hat funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und eine "spannende" Aussicht. Also für ein paar Tage am Ballermann absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man das Geld lieber wo anders ausgibt. Als Urlaubsunterkunft wo man etwas Komfort haben möchte, würde ich eher etwas anderes empfehlen. Deshalb für uns und unsere Voraussetzung, für genau diesen Urlaub, absolut machbar und fürs nächste mal wissen wir jetzt auch das es nur 4 Steckdosen gibt. Da wir uns alle einmal kurz verbrannt haben, möchte ich die Leitungen in der Dusche, Badewanne würde ich es nicht nennen, erwähnen.

• Lidia (2/5): Antro - Esta a 20 min en coche de palma, pero no compensa El auto check-in no funcionaba, tuvimos que esperar a que llegase la encargada tanto al llegar como al irnos. La zona muy mala, con mucha inmigración y mucho jaleo de los residentes del mismo edificio. No tenia aire acondicionado y la seguridad era muy escasa en las ventanas, entonces tenías que tener todo abierto con la sospecha de que pudoesen entrar por el balcón y las ventanas. Las camas muy duras, con almohadas finas. No hay secador. No hay lavadora.

• Mara-Marie (3/5): - Es war sauber und die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Für einen Girlstrip an die Playa war’s gut. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Die Kaution mussten wir Bar bezahlen obwohl gesagt wurde das es mit Karte geht. Das Personal war eher solala gelaunt.

Ruined Our holiday, Hell, No air-condition and was given just one table fan for one bedroom and living room apartment with Four occupants. The table fan doesn't swing and stuck to one direction. Asked for second Fan and was shown a video of it going on fire 🔥 and that its my sole risk to use one fan in each room. With temperature of nearly 40°C, we were dying of heat and my little one was continously crying, Refusing to put on clothes. Waste of money. I felt I was scammed. That's why they collected the money in advance without refund policy. The lift is so tiny and the beds are very uncomfortable. Tv has no remote control and some wall sockets aren't working. It's a mess and complete ripoff. Stay away. This apartment must be taken off booking.com, it was hell staying there.

• Julia (1/5): I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy - Nothing This hostel is NOT the place to stay if you want to sleep. We stayed for 6 nights and it was impossible to sleep a single night. There were parties above, below, on the common stairs, people screaming all night, bumping on the doors, people drinking on the corridor and even PEEING on the common patio. It was a horrible experience. There was no air conditioning neither and we had to beg for a fan which they gave us only at the third night when the whole building lost electricity. It really was a horrible experience.
