• Rossella (10/5): - La struttura è meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e resa unica dall’affaccio sul fiume. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La colazione deliziosa e con grande varietà di dolci. La stanza seppur non molto grande era dotata di ogni comfort. Peccato non aver provato la cucina del loro ristorante, ma recupereremo al prossimo soggiorno che sicuramente faremo a breve.

Tutta via, la stanza "Bascula" è la più attrezzata e accogliente, mentre la stanza "Mugnaio", seppur sempre pulita, riporta meno confort ed è sicuramente più piccola. Il servizio è stato accogliente grazie alla disponibilità di Lucia. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Sarebbe stato gradito essere stati informati in anticipo sul costo aggiuntivo del cambio di asciugamani, e qualora il servizio di colazione in camera preveda una aggiunta, anche questo dovrebbe essere specificato in anticipo, sebbene il personale sia stato gentile nel prendersene carico.

• teresa (9/5): Piacevole. - Check-in con Benedetta che ci ha accolto benissimo rendendosi disponibile in tutto. Struttura perfetta, è carina come in foto. Il torrente generato dalla cascata nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura e la posizione proprio al centro del piccolo borgo ci ha regalato una sorprendente e piacevole vista. Molto soddisfatta della scelta. La colazione.

We couldn't turn on the A/C and it was a little bit cold. The water flowing around increases humidity and A/C during October was obligatory. We tried to call the owner but she didn't answer.

• Gennaro (9/5): Dimora storica affascinante, immersa nel verde, nel cuore di Campagna - Abbiamo soggiornato in tre persone presso la Dimora Storica Hotel Maccarunera (una camera matrimoniale e una singola) e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è bellissima, ricca di fascino storico e immersa nel verde, a pochi passi dall’accesso al torrente che permette di fare passeggiate rigeneranti nella natura. Le camere da letto sono molto spaziose, caratteristiche e curate nei dettagli: pulite, confortevoli e dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno rilassante. Anche gli spazi comuni contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera accogliente. Unica nota logistica: non c’è un parcheggio dedicato, poiché la dimora si trova tra i vicoli e il sentiero di montagna; è però possibile fermarsi nella piazza antistante per scaricare i bagagli e poi parcheggiare comodamente al multipiano di Campagna, distante circa 300-400 metri a piedi. Consigliamo vivamente questa dimora storica a chi cerca un luogo autentico e tranquillo, ideale per vivere appieno Campagna e i suoi dintorni. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, viene effettuata in un bar adiacente alla struttura. Peccato che il bar convenzionato risulti piuttosto poco fornito: comprensibile per la vicinanza alla dimora, ma molti altri bar della zona sembravano più assortiti e accoglienti.

Di questo disservizio Siamo stati informati tramite msg whatsapp la sera del nostro arrivo e non durante il.check in. la sera al nostro rientro in albergo non c'era nessuno alla reception. Avevamo bisogno di un paio di cuscini in più ma l'albergo era vuota senza personale.

Il divano letto non è adatto per due adolescenti. Forse ok per due bimbi piccoli. La colazione servita al bar sulla piazza. Va bene ma avrei gradito saperlo in fase di prenotazione. Pulizia ottima. • Marco (6/5): Descrizione dei servizi su Booking non allineata alla situazione reale. - Ottima posizione della struttura e camera ben arredata. La nostra aveva solo il soffitto un po' basso ed una finestra molto piccola, ma tutto ben ordinato. La posizione centrale permette di visitare il paese, molto interessante, ed i dintorni. La reception purtroppo non è all'interno della struttura, ma presso il bar esterno. La colazione non è a buffet servita all'interno della struttura, ma è servita al bar esterno, quindi una colazione tipica caffè e brioche, anche se la struttura ha poi cercato di integrare con frutta, cereali e alimenti per intolleranze.

La gestione è cambiata rispetto all'altra volta e l'assistenza clienti adesso è inestistente o si limita a dei whatsapp. Non c'era mai nessuno alla reception (se lasciavi le chiavi sul banco nessuno ti avrebbe più aperto), la colazione, che una volta veniva servita all'interno della struttura, adesso si prende in un bar. Niente di sbagliato, ma non è più la stessa cosa.

• Jozua (7/5): Goede kamer, volledig verlaten hotel - Mooie en comfortabele kamers op een mooie ligging. Onmogelijk om met de auto te bereiken, en dus ver stappen met de koffers naar het hotel. Het hotel was helemaal leeg, op 1 ander koppel na. De receptioniste was aanwezig om ons op te wachten en ons onze sleutel te overhandigen. Daarna hebben we gedurende onze 2 overnachtingen niemand meer gezien van personeel! Echt alles is leeg en verlaten. Het ontbijt is in een café naast het hotel en bestaat uit 1 croissant en een drankje (de dame doet haar uiterste best moet ik wel zeggen). De handdoeken waren vervangen, maar de bedden waren niet opgemaakt na de eerste nacht. Heel vreemd, nooit meegemaakt.

Proprio la comunità di Campagna ti accoglie con amore. Qualche ragnatela vicino alla finestra, struttura meravigliosa ma necessita di qualche attenzione maggiore specie a ridosso dell’evento de La Chiena. Il Wi-Fi non prendeva quasi. Camera vista fiume e alla fine era una finestra piccolissima dove il fiume non si vedeva davvero.

• Deryk (10/5): Perfectly pleasant. - It is a beautifully restored/converted series of interlinked spaces of impeccably sympathetic modern interior design. On the exterior it is difficult to distinguish the new from the old. It is situated immediately adjacent to the river that flows rapidly through the town, making a calming sound throughout the buildings when the windows are open, but which is totally noiseless in the bedroom with the window shut. A special mention to Donna, who acted as my receptionist, barister, restaurant recommender, breakfast provider, and information provider about the town! Nothing. Except it would be nice if a couple of signposts to the front door of the hotel could be erected in the adjacent piazza. I had to ask a post-lady, but that was fine because she was extremely helpful too!

A really different part of Italy to stay in. Parking was off site but once we got used to it it was not a problem. Not the easiest place to find but the locals were all very helpful!

A MUST VISIT - This hotel is ALL ABOUT THE RIVER !!! oh my god !! we didn't even care if we the room didn't have a bed, the view from the upper floor of the river and the sound of the water was absolutely a dream !!! Obviously we did have a bed :) but the view from the window is everything we paid for! Staff was nice and welcoming, breakfast was good, they make you your coffee personally as the coffee machine is in another room. it was quiet and private, wonderful breathtaking mountain view We loved the fact that you can take a short stroll next to the river it makes your whole day !! Staff doesn't speak a word of english. better use a Google Translate if you're a foreigner. we liked the authenticity of the place though. NO WIFI in the upper floor. that was a bit of a shame but that's maybe because it is surrounded by mountains. The location was a bit meh, but we didn't mind because we were with a car There was no parking eventhough it says that the hotel had a free parking, I mean maybe it does but we had to look for one. Very difficult driving arround ! narrow streets and if you take a left turn you need to make all the way out across the town and then come back, you can't go back.. that being said, people there were friendly and kind, and once you park you can actually walk around by foot, it is quite small area
