Ian (8/5): Very good - Location was well positioned for the ski field. There was a large cupboard under the stairs. If this could have been converted to a drying room that would have been really useful.
William (7/5): Good - Very helpful hotel staff and were very patient in helping me book a few restaurants during our stay, check in was very quick and easy. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need, basic seasoning and cooking oil is also provided which is a really nice touch. Property is a good all around basic property. Location. The location is on the Kitanomine side which is closer to the mini town and Furano town, Furano Zone has no town with only Prince hotel on that side. The walk to the Kitanomine Gondola is around 10-15mins with ski boots on, good tip would be to leave your ski's at the ski lock everyday in the Kitanomine Gondola ticket office which is 200 yen each time, and save you the hassle of taking them up and down everyday. There is a driveway for car parking, the drive to Furano town is around 10 mins. The bathroom was very nice, they have a Japanese type shower room with bathtub which is great after a long day of skiing, the shower is nice and hot with very high pressure, having a small bathtub is a real bonus and very rare for a rental apartment in Japan, a small suggestion to management would be to include a small plastic stool for sitting while in the shower as you would normally find in these types of showers in Japan. TV only includes Japanese channels and a separate apple tv box for apple tv and amazon prime, but no access to Netflix or Youtube which I believe should be the basic option now for all apartment rentals. There is no cloakroom near the entrance which is not the most convenient for a ski rental apartment, only place for hanging jackets or clothes are the two wardrobes inside the bedroom. All the necessary appliances are available though very much of basic quality, for example the heaters seem to be electric blow heaters which can get a little loud when heating up, the washer dryer drying function doesn't completely dry the clothes so you still have to hang them out afterwards. There is an extra charge of 8,800 yen each night if floor bedding is needed for a child which in my opinion is over priced considering there is no daily service of changing sheets or making a bed like you would have in a hotel.

Lots of space and appliances - the washer dryer was especially welcomed (they even provided laundry pods!) Walls were slightly thin so we could occasionally hear our neighbours. Water heater was not consistent at times.
