• George Chibuzo (1/5): - Everything about the hotel was disappointing. It would be best for the owner to either remove the hotel from Booking.com or update the information and photos to reflect the actual condition of the property. The environment is extremely dirty and far below a healthy or acceptable standard. What I saw online before making the reservation was completely different from what I met upon arrival. The condition of the hotel forced me to quickly cancel my booking and leave immediately to search for another hotel to stay in.

I was subsequently required to pay extra for an executive room, which was quite disappointing. I expected better reservation management and customer service.

The excuse was that the current inhabitant wanted to stay a night more. She should have been given a different room given the fact that the room was already booked by a guest. As stated above. • Imade (3/5): It's a pity that you've coached your staff what to say about the low price room booked. - you pulled in customers with low price room . once there you give feeble excuse that the room booked is no longer available and force customers to go for more expensive rooms. I don't intend to use your hotel anymore. Customers should be given some respect and should not be seen as commodities. The reason given for the low price room booked was the current occupier has extended her stay (always a woman). It was exactly the same reason I was given when I stayed for one night in July.
