We had yo get a different room and make a new reservation at the front. It was very frustrating. And we would have been too far from home If there was no room to stay. Booking and the hotel need to address this issue

• REYNA (7/5): Buen hotel con cosas que mejorar. - Esta ubicado dentro de una plaza, eso facilita mucho si necesitas algo. El lugar es bonito y cómodo para el concepto de estos hoteles. Tiene lo básico para pasar la noche. El personal es muy muy amable, de los mejores que me toco en este viaje y atento a escuchar las necesidades. Pero no tuve la mejor de las suertes en esta reserva, primero me asignaron una habitación en la que se encontraba alguien, la segunda habitación le faltaba ventilación no tenia buen olor, tenía humedad y se escuchaba mucho ruido. Y en el desayuno la fruta ya estaba muy pasada. Detalles que cuidar.

Everything was great overall, but there was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain that affected the bathroom experience.

Upon arrival they did not provide anything written about what the hotel should be providing me to make my stay placente. The room was in did not have phone to call not even the front desk. The continental breakfast was a disastrous experience. There is more but I stop here.

• Claudia (5/5): Not for family…maybe business trips - Location accessible To walking distance to restaurants and feels safe. I was under impression i had 2 rooms next to each other. When i unlocked 1 room the handyman was working on re plastering wall and was offered another room in another floor when i have 3 minors! Also, pool towels are not easily accessible. Was told 3 times that’s someone would take them shortly…they didn’t. Meanwhile my toddler was freezing. I was able to flag housekeeping and they came through. Cleanliness of room not to my expectations.
