Tillräckligt med handdukar och ett plus var att det fanns en bra tvättmaskin Ett minus var att att överkast/täcken var lite ofräscha med fläckar och att en stor grönblå flisfilt inte gick att använda eftersom den var så smutsig

• Emma (8/5): Fantastic location and support team. Have used this appartment many times. - Great location, helpful team who resolve any issues quickly. Basic but very functional. Thank you. Electrics overloaded of you use all three hobs and the oven at the same time. If it happens switch all of the switches on the consumer board off and on again. Only issue, everything else was perfect.

• Briana (5/5): - L’appartement est bien placé, à proximité des commerces et des commodités. Un peu décevant au niveau des biens consommables, pas de savon, d’huile, de sel etc… Une des deux chambres avait une odeur insupportable, même avec la fenêtre ouverte on ne pouvait dormir dedans, on a dû dormir dans le salon. Enfin, le système pour l’arrivée dans l’appartement est compliquée, télécharger une application plusieurs heures avant avec un code d’accès unique… une arrivée plus facile serait plus agréable et pour le propriétaire et pour les locataires.

• Arkadiusz (10/5): Bardzo nam się podobało, chętnie wrócimy. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 50 m od promenady. Szybki dostęp do wielu restauracji, plaży czy przystanku autobusowego. W apartamencie wszystko było co potrzeba, włącznie z pralką co akurat jest istotne przy dłuższym pobycie. Jedynie czajnik elektryczny jest już trochę wysłużony i wymaga wymiany :)
• Antonio (5/5): Pasable - -Los códigos de entrada de una de las puertas no funcionaba , me dejaron las llaves en el que funcionaba , pero tan solo funcionó un una vez luego los dos estaban averiados terminé usando solo las llaves. -Que en uno de los apartamentos no tenía horno de cocina instalado y en plena noche buena se echa de menos , también el suelo de todo el apartamento no estaba bien limpio , por la noche aparecían alguna cucaracha en cocina y comedor.
• Joachim (8/5): Erholsame Ferien. - Das Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, offener Küche. Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett für bis zu 4 Personen liegt sehr nahe am gepflegten, familienfreundlichen Strand. WLAN ist stabil. Parken ist im Parkhaus Thomas Miller ganz in der Nähe möglich. Über den Preis diskutieren, wenn man 1 oder 2 Wochen bleiben will. Nachts ist es bis ca. 1 Uhr allerdings laut, wenn man die Fenster auf der Straßenseite offen hält (Müllabfuhr und Bars). Zusätzliche Kleiderhaken für das Bad gibt es im nahegelegenen China-Shop für wenige Cents. Im Fernseher sind nur lokale TV-Sender und Radio-Sender mit internationaler Pop-Musik zu empfangen. Transfer und Pflegeprodukte waren nicht inklusive, obwohl bei booking.com zugesagt. booking.com hatte Übernahme der Taxikosten zugesagt.
• Woldor (8/5): Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft für 4 Personen - Perfekter Gastgebet - jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich ständig um alles gekümmert. riesen Strandnahe Lage hat den Nachteil das links unter dem Appartement die Gäste einer Studentenkneipe fast jede Nacht bis 02 Uhr krach machen/schreien etc. Daher kann man nur bei geschlossenen Fenster mit Klimaanlage schlafen.

Vous payez et après avoir payé et confirmer ont vous demande et impose la Caution alors que si la caution été proposée dès le début le client pourrait de continuer ou chercher ailleurs.

• Theo (8/5): Apartment um die Ecke vom Strand - Zentrale Lage. Strand Las Canteras, Supermarkt (Spar), Taxis, alle direkt in der Nähe. Restaurants, Becker, etc, alles in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Busstation Parque Santa Catalina 10 Minuten zu Fuss. 2. Etage ist in Ordnung. Großes helles Wohnzimmer. Bad hat Fenster. Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Sehr viele Handtücher vorhanden. Sehr grosse Auswahl an Restaurants und Lokale in einem Radius von 500 Meter. Preis mit Genius Rabat für 2 Zimmern mit 4 Betten war in Ordnung. Haustür und Apartment Tür kann man automatisch öffnen. Schlüsseln sind auch vorhanden. Bar unten um die Ecke bis 2AM auf. Aber mit Fenster zu, klappt es mit dem Lärm gut. Gerade ist eine Baustelle im Gebäude nebenan aktiv. Nicht am Wochenende. Wir waren immer früh unterwegs, daher hat diese nicht gestört. Man muss eine Kaution von 250 Euro überweisen, diese erhält man direkt nach dem Auszug wieder zurück. Man muss Bedenken, dass das Apartment mitten im Geschehen ist, das bringt Vor- und Nachteile mit. Für uns waren die Vorteile wichtiger: die Nähe zum Strand, alles zu Fuss erledigen zu können und unkomplizierter Host.

• Carol (8/5): Check in testing, support from owner excellent, it was everything we needed. - It is a spacious apartment with two single beds in two rooms - 4 total. It was great for the beach and for the work I had to do that week. Clean and has what you need. plenty of towels and alternative bedding. two firm pillows and two softer ones. two very firm mattresses and two softer ones. the washing machine on the roof for your personal use only is great too as you can pack a smaller suitcase and wash your clothes. great drying on the roof too. The check in is problematic and not a pleasant start to one’s holiday. If this could be simplified it would be much nicer. The bedroom on the front is noisy until 2am but the rear bedroom is quiet.

• Bernhard (9/5): Superb - The apartment is relatively large (2 full bedrooms + living room/kitchen) and nicely furnished all rooms having windows. It is about a 1 minute's walk from the main beach (Playa de las Canteras). The beach is ~3 km long and very clean with a lively promenade. We booked only one day ahead and the owner was very helpful and flexible during the check-in process and later on.
