The property also requires a copy of a valid photo ID of the lead guest is sent to Ilford Tower Apartments prior to arrival.
For guests that arrive later than normal check-in time (after 18:00), the property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late check-in starts from 18:00.
A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed an all visitors have to show a valid photo ID.
Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for an additional fee.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard.
The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.

- Charles (2/5): VERY POOR. - Very little. Taking £300 deposit. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on as a wood panel stuck up. The rooms were constantly hot and overheated. The fans did not help much. No parking and no attempt by any of the staff to locate parking. It was very difficult to drop off our stuff and collect when we left because there were double red lines in front of the building. There was a constant smell of weed in the building. The instructions for the keys were really poor.

Location is perfect for us with our kids. Parking round the corner too. Lifts are sometimes slow but that’s jsut being really picky.

On the check-in day, a few of us accompanied our guest to drop them off. However, as soon as we arrived, the apartment owner sent us messages telling us we were not allowed to enter or stay, claiming that he had seen us on camera. This raised serious concerns for us, as it made us suspect that there may be hidden cameras inside the apartment, which would be a serious violation of privacy and completely illegal. We clearly informed the owner that we would leave within 5 minutes, but he refused to listen. Instead, he suddenly arrived at the apartment himself, acted aggressively, and used extremely offensive language, saying: “What the f* here?”** Without any discussion or solution, he forced us to leave immediately, leaving us with no choice but to leave the apartment along with our guest. Your pictures of the rooms can be deceptive in that pictures for the studio should be with all studio pictures and one bed appartment should be together and so on. So there is no confusion. The beds could have been bigger a bit small but comfy

By far, the worst hosting is the staff I’ve been able to meet in my life in my almost 20 years travelling! Not to mention that I was harmed by £600. Run away from this accommodation, run away! extremely rude people!

They make a big thing about leaving things clean but provide no dishcloths, tea towels etc. Every time we tried to use the combination microwave it blew a fuse and put us in complete darkness. Heavens knows what would have happened if the guy on duty had gone home which we think he had but he had been called back to change the bed arrangement. We had booked a twin room but on arrival it was a double. To start with the guy was very helpful but we asked him three times for the bed to be changed. In the end we had to ring the management company to get it done. They took a £300 deposit, more than a little excessive I would say for a one night stay. We were told it would be returned by Monday, it took until the Friday.

As women staying alone in london and this apartment, I feel really safe. So clean and has everything to feel yourself comfortable like your home. Just pillows were not comfortable

- Daniel (2/5): - I strongly recommend not booking this place. We booked 3 triple rooms and 1 quadruple room, all with actual beds. When we arrived in London, I tried calling several times to ask about late check-in because we had an unexpected issue in the afternoon. No answer at all. We got there around 5:40 PM and even though it said the “reception” was open until 6:00 PM, there was nobody there. We had to wait about 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. They asked for a £500 deposit, even though the email clearly stated £300. Of course I refused and only paid the £300 that was agreed. Instead of what we booked, we were given 2 triple rooms (2 beds + 1 sofa bed), 1 double room with a double bed, and 1 “quintuple” with 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. There was a strong smell of spices in all the apartments and throughout the whole building. The level of dirt was unacceptable (see photos of the sinks when we arrived), the apartment floors were sticky in several spots.. Showers were a nightmare, as freezing cold water would randomly come out even when set to hot. Locking the doors was also very inconvenient, as you could either lock them from the inside or from the outside with a key. So if people from the same apartment came back at different times, managing the key became really annoying. There’s a main street behind the property, the nearest Underground station is more than a 10 minute walk away, the nearest Bus Station is a 2 minute walk away.

However the double lines put front made it hard for getting in and out of ubers, as they had to park across the street which was hard when crossing a busy road with young children/bags. There also could have been some teabags or coffee sachets on offer to help self too.

Yatak örtüleri ve çarşaflar da temizdi Tam olarak Londra merkez değil ama biz bunu bilerek gittik. 20 dk gibi bir sürede direk metro hattı ile merkeze ulaşılabilir.

- Audrey (8/5): Would be perfect but there was no hot water! - Location. Cleanliness. Space. Layout good for a couple and a friend. No hot water. We didn't really notice on Thursday evening. On Friday morning we had cold showers,a turned the switch on the boiler. We were out til late. I messaged the host. But no reply. There is an error notice on the boiler. This would have been 10/10 if it wasn't for the cold water and the lack of response.The housekeeper at check in was lovely. I don't know why they didn't reply at all about the water.

Helpful staff especially Husain and the lady ( didn’t know her name)very friendly. False advertising, washing machine was not available in the studio apartment but both in the description and photos there was a washing machine. Bad sound insulation, you can hear everything.
