April (9/5): - The staff was wonderful. Very clean in the room and around the hotel. The room had a full size refrigerator, a sink, stove, and a large microwave. I do nightly dialysis and I had plenty of room for all my medical supplies. We were extremely satisfied. My only issue and it's not actually a problem but maybe a suggestion for the future. I like hotel bathrooms that are updated with walk-in showers instead of bathtubs. The water pressure was great though.

Susanne (8/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt Nähe Nashville - Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Nashville, in einem ruhigen Viertel mit großen Firmengeländen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Alles war sauber, die Gestaltung eher gediegen als modern. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr übersichtlich, d.h. Besteck, Gläser, Teller usw. sind gerade 2 x vorhandenen. Aber es gibt ein hübsches mexikanisches Restaurant gegenüber und die Fastfood-Meile fast um die Ecke. Was wir hier erstmals in der USA konnten: bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Kimberly (10/5): The stay was amazing! - I loved the hospitality of the employees. I arrived early wand had no problem with checking in. The room was clean and the bed was sooooooo comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location. It was literally no more than 10 minutes from a lot of the attractions.

Paul (6/5): Too many little problems to give a very positive review to a place that could be a great value - Roomy, with kitchenette, comfortable bed, strong shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. 3 miles from downtown Nashville - not walkable to anything, but far closer than suburban sites that could compete on price. Dishwasher was broken, fan in bathroom was broken, tub didn’t drain well. I was awakened a little before 5 by a half-inch bug crawling on my arm, but before that cleanliness would have been in the plus category.

Unfortunately, the tub drain was extremely clogged. Its been clogged for a long time. The hotel was so busy, we chose not to mention it until the morning we left. So maybe others before us didn't mention it either.

There were spacious and accommodating. The distance from all the things we planned wasn't farther than 5-7 minutes away. I will definitely book again. This had nothing to do with my experience, but I would liked to have cooked breakfast options vailable.

Rosi (5/5): We stayed overnight. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the sofa bed is horrible. The staff was very friendly upon chec - The person who checked us in was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and large. There were no blankets available. I was charged $250 which, luckily, was denied by my credit card company. I had tried calling the hotel to ask about this charge but I kept getting the promise that the “manager will call back”. Two telephone calls and two days later and I still haven’t heard from the manager with an explanation of this charge. There is also a $50 deposit asked for by the hotel upon check in that isn’t listed anywhere on the website. This deposit is the only reason the hotel had access to one of my credit cards.

kejuan (6/5): If they would clean and not miss over spot and make sure the sheet are clean, this would be one of my favorite hotel - Easy location, quiet area The tub and sheets had few hair that just could sit right with me and being that the hotel was fully booked they claim they couldn’t move me to another room
