Me hicieron un cargo extra por mi hija, aún cuando la habitación que reservé era para dos personas, y la habitación era de dos camas por lo mismo, y me hicieron un cargo extra por mi hija.

- Humberto (8/5): - Con el hotel todo bien, lo que estuvo mal es que la plataforma de Hoteles.com decía que la habitación que reservé tenía dos camas King Size y no es así, no existe una que tenga 2 camas KS, pagué más por eso y era una KS y un sofá cama que obviamente no es cómodo como una cama ni del tamaño de una KS. Me dijeron que la información de la plataforma no depende de ellos y me ayudaron cambiándonos a una habitación 2 camas Queen. No me parece justo pagar de más por tener dos camas más grandes y que no existan. Por favor corrijan el error en la plataforma de Hoteles.com

- Omar (6/5): - El hotel está súper viejo, le falta mucho mantenimiento, está horrible la alberca, al hacer el check in pagamos en efectivo nos quedaron a deber 10 pesos, que no es nada, pero no tuvieron la atención de regresarlo, no hay amenidades, de vdd, está horrible, deberían de ver la competencia de los al rededores x ejemplo el Fujitaya, qué diferencia.

- Jaime (8/5): Viaje familia - Visitamos Juriquilla por un evento deportivo de mis hijas, siempre escogemos este hotel. Nos gusta mucho la ubicación, el trato del personal siempre atento y dispuesto; esta ocasión sí noté que está un poco descuidado ya que el a/c de la habitación no enfriaba adecuadamente y también 2 de las lavadoras estaban fuera de servicio lo cual dificultaba mucho poder la ropa por la gran afluencia de huéspedes.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Bueno con opción a mejora. - Todo está muy bien pero la habitación respecto al área de cocina y baño se ve anticuado, la cama y almohadas cómodas y limpias. Tiene oportunidades de mejora.

- Oscar (2/5): - El personal no me pudo ayudar a solucionar problemas relacionados con la estancia. La alberca muy pequeña y por estar en mantenimiento no la pude utilizar y fue la principal razón por la que reservé ahí. Hay otros hoteles cercanos con mejores instalaciones y su personal esta mejor capacitado para resolver problemas inesperados.
