• Robert (9/5): Highly recommended place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. - Excellent place to stay in the old part of Albany. Many historic buildings nearby including the famous Earl of Spencer hotel (best pub meals). Room was fresh and clean and was nice to have a bit extra space. Easy parking. Everything was excellent. Not a criticism as the bed was good but room only had a queen size bed. King would have capped it off.
• David (10/5): Really nice apartment, cosy, and very comfortable - Very nice and cosy room. Perfect location right next to the Earl of Spencer, and short walk to lots of nice cafes and the water. Very comfortable bed. My only thing is that the bedside lights are quite bright, would prefer warmer light.

• Emily (10/5): Ideal location and Comfortable Suites - We stayed in Suite 1. This was very roomy with all the facilities needed for an extended stay in Albany. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the Earl of Spencer pub and the main street in town. Highly recommend this accommodation.

• Jade (10/5): - We booked Suite 2 - not only was it a great price but it was the cosiest little place to stay! Spencer Suites is in the perfect location, we could walk to everything we needed and then drive to any hikes or beaches we wanted to visit. The pub next door is awesome and the hosts provide a helpful folder of information for local spots to try. Would definitely stay here again & thoroughly recommended!

• Meryl (9/5): Comfortable well-located small apartment. - The location is excellent and the accommodation good for a four night stay. Off street parking is hazardous as the gutter along the street is treacherous. Be aware that the crossover is narrow and difficult to see when leaving the property. Much better to parallel park in the street outside the building.

• Tom Z (8/5): Lovely heritage spot - Great spot walking distance to York St, very roomy, easy parking, very nice heritage vibe to the whole place with good modern bathroom additions. Comfortable bed. Very reliant on neighbouring guests being quiet to have a good time. Can hear TVs through the wall and the entry door/hall is quite loud which is a pain if people are coming back late and you're trying to sleep.

Lots of amazing hikes just under 30 min away by car. The accommodation is clean and spacious. There is everything you need for a short stay. Convenient parking and super friendly hosts. Would come again and can highly recommend.

There mould smell in the bathroom that the host was quick in trying to address it. The off street parking is very steep and the on street parking can be a bit tricky due to the pub next door and the deep gutters. No chocolates provided.

Appreciate that the doona would be appropriate for certain seasons, but for the milder nights, such as we encountered, it made sleeping difficult.

The apartment was very cosy and tastefully decorated – combining modern amenities with a nostalgic, charming style. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Check-in was quick and uncomplicated, and there’s a great pub just a short walk away. A perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Albany.

• Sandra Reibel (9/5): The location and amenities exceeded the price point and was perfectly centralised to what we needed - The unit was within walking distance to the CBD and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. The room itself was awesome, very comfortable. The only thing was the driveway, it is steep so when unloading your car it is challenging.

Breakfast facilities and warm bedding available as well as adequate parking. Old stone building with high ceilings made it difficult to heat in a cold spell. Heater struggled to cope. Bathroom was especially cold and had no heater. Large steps between rooms - more hand supports would be a benefit.
