- KAWA I (8/5): - 清掃は行き届いてないところもあったがコスパから考えるといいかなあ。夕食には困った。まわりにないので最初から夕食も付けるとよいかなあ。フロントの方とかはとても親切でした。お風呂も最高でした。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff with good english help a lot. Room is very big. There are many customers. Food is good with many choice. Nearly all are japanese customers,the shuttle bus driver can only speak japanese and communicate with them, we just dont understand. Its a bit inconvenient that we need to bring own towels to the public bath and bring back again the same one for next time. In general, i will recommend this hotel.

- 初心者 (8/5): 昔懐かし野温泉旅館 - 昔は賑わっていた、という感じの温泉旅館。山中温泉全体が寂れているので、若い人には退屈かも知れない。
- Verified traveler (6/5): - 設備がお世辞にも新しいとか、綺麗とは言えなかったですが、不快になるほどでもなかったです。 スタッフは外国の方が多かったですが、コミュニケーションが取れない事はなかったので問題はなかったです。むしろ、子どもたちにとってはいろいろな国籍の方とふれ合えるいい機会と感じました。外国人スタッフの方が一生懸命な感じは好感が持てました。
- おじさん (4/5): - 部屋は臭いし、壁紙が剥がれているし、フロントのスタッフさえ日本語が通じないし、食事は4千円以上のバイキング⁉︎なのに美味しくないし、生ビールも下手くそ過ぎて、缶ビールのほうがおいしいと思います。 もう二度と利用しません。
