- tello (8/5): Great location! Great for solo travellers. - I like how clean it is and close to Asakusa attractions and shopping district. The room is very clean and functional; the bed set up, the fridge, kettle, luggage storage under the bed and closet. For breakfast snacks: its free from 0600-0900 they provide bread and drinks in the main lobby. There's no full body mirror so if ever you want to do a fit check do it in the elevator. The washroom is tiny, better be prepare to elbow the walls and to maximize the space of the room, always close all the door; the washroom, the closet and store your luggage properly. The table where you can eat is right beside the futton. In my room there's only one zabuton, so the other guest have to improvise with pillows or sitting on the corner of the bed.

It was sweet that their newest girl working there would check on me when I came in after long days of train rides and getting lost. The staff communicated clearly and fairly.

At check-in, the staff didn’t clearly explain that amenities are available near the front desk, although I noticed this was explained to other guests later. They did mention that luggage storage after 1 PM costs 1,000 yen, which is different from many hotels in Japan that don’t charge for this.

The location was great the train station was literally outside of the building and close walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The view was amazing, the you open the curtains you can see the Sumida river along with the Tokyo SkyTree tower. Overall it was a great experience and I would gladly stay there again. The only thing i did not like was that this hotel does not offer breakfast, hopefully in the future that can happen and the experience would be perfect.

- Sheenajane (9/5): There was incredible attention that made our stay comfortable. - We had a problem with our flights that caused us to arrive 2 days later. We managed to call the hotel and spoke in English to hold the booking. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful. The view on the 12th floor was amazing and the hotel provided details of the expected cherry blossom full bloom dates and where to go and the Tokyo Tower colour changes. The room was small but the beds were built so that there was space to place luggage underneath. There is a lift connected to the train station that was only a few steps away from the hotel. We didn't need to struggle with our luggage. Nothing.

Personalet gjorde absolut alt for at give mig en bedre seng at ligge i. Jeg klarede mig ved at bruge de ekstra ting de gav mig til at ligge lidt bedre. Jeg fik sov når jeg skulle og kunne ikke spørge om mere! Super fed lokation også. Billederne af madrasserne burde nok opdateres. De ser ud til at være 30 cm tykke hvor de i virkeligheden kun er 10 cm. Det viste sig at være vinterdyner der nok har givet den falske fornemmelse.

- jessica (8/5): Bom, mas caro - É próximo ao metrô, no coração de Asakuza... não tem muitas coisas ao redor, na mesma quadra, mas ao mesmo tempo tudo é ben perto. As camas são confortáveis, as amenidades que o hotel oferece também são boas. O terraço é bonito também O quarto é realmente menor do que parece. Pedimos um quarto com duas camas, e nos deram um em estilo japones, entao era apenas um tablado de madeira com dois colchões bem próximos; em um mes de viagem, foi o unico lugar que eu e minha amiga tivemos que dormir juntas, quase na mesma cama... essa falta de espaço pra se estar, foi desconfortavel. A limpeza do banheiro poderia ser melhor, e as instalações também, quando fui esvaziar a banheira, a agua transbordava para todo o banheiro... Achi um exagero trocar de toalhas todos os dias também. O mundo tá acabando, e eles lavando 900 toalhas por dia... 😅 desnecessario. Deveriam deixar claro que tem essa opcao, mas deixar as pessoas se manifestarem por livre e espontanea vontade, e nao deixar tolahas na porta todos os dias. Em geral, foi uma estadia confortavel

- HARIT (8/5): one of the best spot to stay in Tokyo - location is the core .. just a few steps walking from metro exit. If you travel to/from NRT or HND .. this is one of the easiest place to stay over , coz the direct line to those airports. the bathroom was too small , smaller than most business hotel in Tokyo, especially the tub.
