It has paid parking available for 10 Swiss francs a night. I was in a room that was in am the newer wing of the hotel so the bathroom and room were in pretty good condition, and everything was clean. The included hot breakfast was a nice plus.

- Linfei (10/5): Unbeatable location - Location, location, location! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Seriously it’s just right in front of the train station. You can wear your ski boots with your ski gears walk out from the hotel’s ski room directly to catch the train in 2 mins. It’s just like a ski-in/ski-out hotel to Zermatt. The free breakfast was good while dinner lack of choices. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel if you want to ski in Zermatt, but don’t want to stay in Zermatt town (No car allowed).

Location was perfect, right next to train and bus stations. Our shortest commute to any hotel on our trip and we stayed at 5 hotels on our ten day vacation in Switzerland. This hotel is literally right next to the train and bus station. Hotel food was great, we had supper there and also the free breakfast. Breakfast was good variety, meats, cheese, bread and jams and Nutella, fruit, coffee and juice. Coop grocery store just across the street. Room was very good size, had a couch/living area and deck outside. Bathroom was a good size also. Rooms were clean, all hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Great place to stay. Had easy access to bus/train service to the Matterhorn lookouts.

Across the hotel are Coop and Migros for food and grocery shopping very convenient if you need something. Few restaurants and pizza places very close by. Hotel room and bathroom was a good size and clean. No airconditioner. At least this one has a pitcher that you can warm water to drink for tea or coffee. Easy underground parking if you have a car at 10 Swiss Franch, cheaper than other hotels.

Would highly recommend this if you are travelling by train with luggage. Also had good view in the balcony and shopping/restaurants across the street. Everything is just nearby within walkable distance. Can’t go wrong.

- Susan (10/5): Ideal spot near train station - We stayed for 1 night after arriving in Zermatt on the Glacier Express. It was so easy to find the shuttle train to Tasch and you can see the hotel as you get off the shuttle. Beautiful mountain views all around. Friendly check in, a comfortable room in the chalet with colourful traditional Swiss furniture and we were lucky to have a wonderful mountain view on the balcony. The beds were comfortable amd with the shutters fully closed, the sound if the railway was muffled. It was easy to get to a restaurant nearby or we could have had a table at the hotel. We couldn't just sit in the bar though.

The facilities are very well maintained for an older building. We spent two nights and left refreshed after three long days of travel. The staff was efficient and helpful after we had checked out we had to return as my wife had forgotten her watch. The young lady at the desk immediately went to our room and came back with it. We're traveling by train and the hotel is at the edge of the bus and train station property very convenient when dragging luggage. Our room was on the side of the hotel away from the train tracks and there's some noise from the trains leaving and arriving but we adapted to it quickly and did not disturb our rest. Overall a great stay in a beautiful place.

- Sarah (10/5): - The front staff was very friendly. It’s literally across street from rail train so very conveniently located. The property had restaurant on site, we both tried the lamb filet and was very tasty. Easy ride to Zermatt by rail 15 min.
- Lindsay (10/5): - Perfect location if you want to go skiing in Zermatt but don't want the prices of a Zermatt hotel! right next to the train station which runs up to Zermatt about every 15 minutes!

- Anil (10/5): - In just a few feet of walk to the hotel. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Rooms were bigger than many five star hotels. It excelled in everything compared to any five star hotels for the rooms.
- Sunil (10/5): - It was excellent. We were searching for the word "Modern Rooms" and the name outside does not reflect that. It would be good if the room had a mini fridge. All the same we could sit outside and enjoy the view. The proximity to the train station is a plus

- Ian (10/5): - Very nicely put together, simple rooms. Exactly what you need for a ski stay. Spacious room, clean shower and bath. Updated or recently constructed. Fantastic sound insulation, despite being right next to a train track you couldn't hear a peep.

We loved the room and had a super pleasant stay, the room was spacious, pristine, modern and comfortable, with a large balcony and a beautiful view! Very convenient to have the train station right next door, and the breakfast was delicious! Receptionist was kind and patient, and have very good service! Would recommend and hope to come back next time!
