• Marsha (4/5): Satisfactory stay for the price; very basic. - The breakfast selection was very basic. Coffee is bad. No real protein selections. The rooms are very dated, bathrooms have black mold around the tub. I was afraid to put any of my clothes on the chairs, bed, etc as they are very dated/old/appear dirty. No blanket - just a sheet and the thin bedspread.

• Chuck (1/5): Terrible… I hope they are removed from the list of host hotels for the event!!! - It’s on the Main Street.. that’s all it has going for it Tv did not work in either room… mold around the bathtub… floors needed mopped… window had bob webs and plenty of dust to share!!

The property had quite high ratings so I was expecting better. - The property was significantly cheaper than other options with similar ratings, however, it's an old property with old furnishings so there is a tradeoff. I was surprised to be greeted with a $15 cash pet fee at check-in. This seemed quite unfair since "pet friendly" was one of my criteria and I had already booked, paid on-line and arrived at the property before I found out about the fee.

• Mark (5/5): OK for the price but very run down. - Desk clerk was polite, friendly and professional. She gave a demo on how to work the TV. Didn't even try the breakfast based on the layout in the "lobby". Property is very worn out but for the price it was expected. Linens were clean but the towels need to be replaced. Parking lot was a mess. Broken curb right in front of our door. There are not a lot of choices in Brady but we probably will not go back to this motel.

• Randy (1/5): Bad luck in Brady - The television cable box and associated coax cable connection was faulty. I alerted the front desk attendant who assured me her husband would fix the problem. He never did When we tried to check out and change hotels they told me I could not. When I asked to change rooms we were told no. Lack of everything!

• Hugo (8/5): - It’s an older motel that is keep very clean and very tidy. It doesn’t have the luxury of your name brand motels. If you’re looking for an economical price and spend a comfortable night this is the place. Our room had a king bed, refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron/board, ice vending machine, color tv, small dining table with chairs. If you need anything the owners are there to assist you.
• Samson (10/5): - I mean, this is not a 5-star hotel, but it's really great for the price your in Brady, in the middle of nowhere, and if you don't feel like spending $200 a night at the Holiday Express, you can't beat this place. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are clean, the TV works, the fridge works, and the microwave works. It's an excellent bang for your buck. I stay here every time I come to Brady.

Nothing else was good When checking in the front desk lady spent 40 minutes crunching numbers because she couldn't believe I got the deal I had then in the end she said "yes 1.32 short" mind you this was 2 rooms and it was 2am with children needing to go to bed. Oh and breakfast has to be eaten in their tiny 10x10 lobby and can't be taken to your room so the whole reason I booked this hotel was useless because my kids were asleep through breakfast. Also the breakfast is just waffles or cereal. The place is super dirty. The beds were clean thankfully but that was it. The towels were a dingy dirty color and the shower looked like it was going to fall apart if we touched it at all and was moldy. I didn't dare walk barefoot because there was a smell to the room and assumed it was coming from the carpet

• Amanda (8/5): Quaint and Clean - The hotel was very clean and maintained. The fact there was not only a good size desk but a small table for two available was nice. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was that the shower head probably needed to be updated as there was hardly any pressure. Overall a good little hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

• James (6/5): No frills... - This is a basic hotel with no frills. The room was clean but smelled of mold. My concern was that there was no smoke alarm. Overall, I would stay there again.

• Brenda (8/5): Very good - It was a good price. One of the employees banged on my door and yelled at me to turn off the water because there was a leak in another room. I was about to take a shower. I called the front desk, and the woman at the front desk told the other staff to turn the water back on until I checked out at 11 am.
• Diane (8/5): Check in took forever - The most disappointing part was the check in. It took over 20 minutes for the man to check in the ppl in front of me. Then I had the same experience. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He asked me 3 times if my reservation was for one night. When he was done he handed me the previous guest’s ID! Both myself and the other ppl had a reservation that he couldn’t even find them. The room was decent. I wouldn’t say the bed was comfortable but it wasn’t awful. The room was clean and for a good price.

He wasn't worried about the heater and kept saying bed had warm blankets. Well I want to be warm when I get up he messed with heater for a bit and got it working. Walls stained with no telling what. Sheets stained, will never go back and will try and get my money back cause management was very rude. Nothing

• Daryl (8/5): The room was great. - We did not eat breakfast as we were on a family outing at Brady Lake campground and ate together there. Noisy guests in the room next to us.
