• Amit (5/5): Business Trip to Chennai Trade Centre - Reasonable priced, no frill accommodation. The breakfast area is poorly managed, and there are no daily room cleaning services. It is difficult to quickly get cabs from that area.

Treebo asks for adavnce payment by sending harassing whatsapp messages, recorderd calls else they cancel despite within Booking.com payment date. 2. last minute they inform to shift your hotel from there to another one 3. No resaurant in hotel or nearby places 4. Even you book food by Zomato you have to struggle with the delivery person who asks extra money for delivery 5. In breakfast excpet south Indian food nothing avialble even fruits 6. Had very bad experience staying at TREEBO 7. TV not working - despite request they did not recharge the TV subscription

Here's why: 1. **Polite and Accommodating Staff**: The staff at Adin Residency are incredibly friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly stood out although in the beginning langauge was a barrier, they made me comfortable in no time at all. **Convenient Location**: If you're attending an event at the Chennai Trade Center, this is the place to stay. I literally walked my way to work and back for most of my stay **Serene Atmosphere**: Adin Residency is nestled in a calm neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a peaceful retreat after a busy day. **Zen-Like Room Furnishings**: The room decor is minimalist and Zen-inspired. Ample charging points for all my gadgets was a super plus point. In summary, Adin Residency offers excellent value for budget travelers. I highly recommend it for its friendly staff, convenient location, and serene surroundings. 🌿 . **Room for Improvement**: While there's no in-house cafe, I believe adding one would enhance the overall experience. A cozy spot to grab a coffee or light meal would make Adin Residency even more attractive.

The location where the property is at is a bit too left out and could freak out an older or reserved type traveller. Please consider on the bad smell coming from washrooms as well

Location - 1.5 Km to Chennai Trade Center. (CTC) Property inside pure residential area no autos etc. Ola Uber Rapido guys dont come .. The Lady arranged transport @ 200 to CTC quick and efficient. Location - difficult to get Autos to go CTC.
