- Friedrich (5/5): - Anlage Top sauber und Kids Club super auch das Personal mega bemüht. Personal und Organisation leider nicht gut teilweise arrogant. Beim auschecken haben wir ein Taxi am Vorabend bestellt und ein Golfwagerl zum abholen von der Villa. Wir wollten am Vorabend auschecken um in der früh ausreichend Zeit zu haben, da wir bereits um 8 Uhr am Flughafen sein wollten. Auschecken war nicht möglich Computer ausgefallen und alle sehr unfreundlich. Golfwagerl kam nicht wie bestellt. An der Rezeption Diamond wo wir ausgesetzt worden sind war keiner da und keiner wollte mit uns reden oder sich des Problems annehmen. Das Taxi kam auch nicht wie vereinbart. Wir konnten nicht auschecken und hatten Angst unseren Flug zu versäumen. Dann kam das Taxi. Im Taxi wurden der Taxifahrer falsches Taxi kein Platz für uns obwohl wir am Vortag gesagt haben wie viele Gäste wir mit wie viel Koffer wir sind. Haben es trotzdem genommen sind zu 4 hinten gesessen mit Koffer am Schoss. Der Taxifahrer wurde veranslasst uns nicht am Flughafen aussteigen zu lassen wenn wir Ihn nicht € 450 für Hotelleistungen in Bar zu geben. Ich habe gesagt ich würde alles überweisen. Nein ich musste es in Bar geben. Zum Hotel, essen meist das selbe Peronal arrogant.

- Balazs (8/5): Acceptable, but only just. - The sea is particularly beautiful along this section of the coast, the themed restaurants are of an adequate standard, and the garden is well maintained. Overall, the standard of the hotel is acceptable; however, there are a few things worth being aware of before visiting. There are many families with children, so it is not a classic quiet or relaxing holiday environment. The majority of the guests are Russian. Reservations for the themed restaurants are limited to three times per week, so most meals are taken in the main restaurant, which can be somewhat crowded. In addition, some of the furniture in the rooms appears worn and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement.

- Maxim (5/5): Séjour très décevant. - Séjour très décevant. L’hôtel est majoritairement occupé par une clientèle russe : cartes et menu en russe, et le personnel s’adresse d’abord en russe avant même l’anglais, ce qui est très désagréable. Le service est quasiment inexistant : personne ne vient vous demander si vous souhaitez boire quelque chose ou si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il faut aller récupérer soi-même les serviettes de plage et s’installer seul, sans aucune assistance. Le rapport qualité/prix est nul. Le restaurant fonctionne uniquement sur réservation et affiche constamment complet ; il a fallu menacer de quitter l’hôtel pour obtenir une table, ce qui est inadmissible. Très peu d’animations proposées. Les voiturettes circulent à toute vitesse dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel, sans considération pour la sécurité des clients. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer service. Bravo Rixos Hurgada!!!!

- Olivier (2/5): - Accueil des plus désobligeants : nécessité d’avoir l’aval de la hiérarchie pour confirmer notre réservation (1 lit double). Même si la question se pose dans cette partie du monde lorsque que l’on voyage à deux hommes, un hôtel de ce standing se doit d’être bien plus diplomate et bienveillant. Nesreen a la réception a été particulièrement désagréable dans la gestion ce cette situation. Seule et unique fois que nous avons ressenti cela durant tout notre séjour en Égypte (5 hôtels + 1 croisière sur le Nil). Nous avons voyagé en Jordanie en Aveil dernier, aucuns problèmes de ce genre également. Nous ne retournons jamais dans un hôtel de la chaîne Rixos.

- Elza (8/5): - We stayed at Rixos Magawish and overall the experience was very good — the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, the infrastructure and facilities were excellent, and everything in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort was perfect. The only real highlight when it came to dining were the à la carte restaurants — the Brazilian, Salt, and Asian restaurants were outstanding and truly delivered on taste and quality. However, the biggest disappointment was the food. The buffet, especially for breakfast and lunch, was repetitive, lacked freshness, and didn’t offer enough variety. Dinner at the buffet was almost nonexistent in terms of quality and options — it felt like a myth compared to what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, considering the price we paid for a family stay, the food situation simply doesn’t live up to the standard or value of the resort. Everything else was excellent, but the food was just terribly disappointing.

Özellikle müşteri ilişkilerinden Hacer hanım tatilimiz boyunca bizimle birebir ilgilendi ve memnuniyetimiz için elinden gelenin fazlasını yaptı. Tatilimizin güzel geçmesinde kendisinin etkisi çok fazladır. Plajdaki street food bölümü çok başarılı ve lezzetliydi. Özellikle döner yapan Türk çalışanın ilgisi ve güleryüzü bizim için çok hoş bir detaydı. Otele ilk giriş esnasında çocuklarımızdan birinin ödemesinin eksik alındığı ve tamamlanmasının gerektiğini söyleyerek son derece yüksek bir ekstra ücret talep ettiler ve ödeme tamamlanmadan odamıza Check in yapamadık. Problemin kendilerinden değil booking den kaynaklandığını söyleyip özür dileseler dahi tatilimiz için hiç hoş bir başlangıç olmadı. Fakat sonrasında defalarca arayıp tatilin nasıl geçtğini eksik bir şey olup olmadığını teyit ettiler. Bir de çocuklar için bir Aqua park olmasını tercih ederdik.

La taille de la chambre, Les salle de bains moderne, le jus de mangue, le restaurant japonais, barbecue, brésilien 😋. l’accès direct à la plage, les mini bus, indispensable pour la taille de l’hôtel… Merci à Mahmoud du mini bus drôle et très professionnel 🤗 Qu’il n’y ai pas de piscine dans le Rixy club, pas de piscine avec au minimum petits toboggans, pas forcément d’Aqua Park, mais au moins des petites activité aquatique pour les enfants. Pour la taille de l’hôtel c’est dommage. Mais si j’ai bien compris c’est en cours …

- Y.AMINE (10/5): Un séjour de rêve, rendu parfait par le cœur de son personnel - Notre séjour au Rixos Premium Magawish a été tout simplement magnifique et luxueux. L'établissement est d'une excellence rare, et nous avons été émerveillés par la qualité de tout le service. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le personnel, qui est incroyablement professionnel, attentif et aux petits soins. Nous tenons à adresser une mention spéciale à l'équipe de la piscine et de la restauration, dont le dévouement a rendu notre séjour parfait. Un grand merci tout particulier au serveur Mostafa Wahbi, pour son excellent service et sa gentillesse. Un énorme coup de cœur va au Chef Youssef Hassan, dont l'efficacité et la bienveillance ont grandement contribué à notre sentiment de bien-être. Sa présence a fait toute la différence. Les installations sont exceptionnelles, que ce soit les piscines, la plage privée ou les restaurants, tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour de rêve. C'est un véritable paradis pour se détendre et profiter du luxe. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et avons hâte d'y retourner.

I booked and entered both of my children’s age which are 3 and 5 they said no you need to pay extra cause one of the children is above 2 ?? I entered that I didn’t surprise you and made me feel that they are doing me a favor in which they need to update their Expedia requirements .Second issue I ordered skin cream from the pharmacy the security guy at the door refused to deliver or to contact the front office and demanded me to go and retrieve it my self ALTHOUGH the guest next to me was delivered the pharmacy at the pool . Third issue my wife kids and I were sitting on the beach in a restaurant that is a chilling point and not a reservation kind of diner the guy came to me and told me it’s reserved I asked him are you asking me to leave he said yes. I’ve been to Rixos sharm 4 times and Rixos JBR and DIFC this is the by far the worst Rixos I’ve ever been to l, the staff are extremely untrained for hospitality. Worst hotel experience I have faced in a long time property rooms beach are flawless. Staff treatment guest relation guess this brand is not for you

- Faheim (10/5): Best resort indeed.👍❤️ - Everything has been excellent. Welcoming staff showed us around explaining every detail about facilities and services. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and cleansed daily. Golf cars were very helpful to transfer us to restaurants and the beach. Restaurants have been providing excellent variety of every food stuffs . Best quality of veal, meats, chicken and fish. Barbecue was everyday available at lunch and dinner. Fresh vegetables and cooked one were always available. Different types of rice, pastas were always available. Different kinds of cheese , yogurt, fruit and desserts of excellent quality were also always available. The best sandy beach I have ever seen in Hurghada , very well looked after. Very clean water , no stone hurts your feet. The staff on the beach are very devoted to make everyone happy. They collect the jellyfish daily for safety. The lifeguards were always there and rearrange the slides and matts for the swimmers and children to enjoy. Swimming pools , volleyball and activities were available. Entertainment every evening providing dancing songs and music. Gym, , tennis, sauna and jacuzzi were available.check in and out were so easy. Drinks were available everywhere in the room, on the beach, in the restaurant and lobby. Rixos is the best resort in Hurghada 👍 Not on this occasion.
- James (9/5): Wonderful stay at possibly the best all inclusive resort in Egypt - This is a really beautiful hotel and the photos of the resort do not do it justice. It is like a small village, populated with villas, hotels, pools and catering facilities. We travelled with a young family and there were lots of fun activities for the kids, but we would have had an equally great time as a couple. The hotel ensures that both families and couples can co exist in harmony with quieter spaces for adults only who may want to eat or have a cocktail without disturbance. All of the 6 ala carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive package and offer an excellent range of dining options to suit all tastes. There are also many snack options including a cake and coffee shop, ice-cream parlor serving Movenpick ice-cream, snack outlets serving burgers, kebabs, jacket potatoes and noodles. The options are limitless. We stayed in. Pool villa and if you can stretch to this, I am have to say it is bliss. 2 large double bedrooms which are almost suites in their own right, with a 15 foot ceiling, chandeliers and a patio deck leading out to a private pool. Absolutely worth the extra money, especially if travelling with kids. We would have seen more of the evening entertainment if the shows started earlier. With an 9 30 start this was a bit late for our children, who are aged 4 and 9. There is a definite towel game which goes on at the main pool and I observed guests putting down towels at 6am and then not returning until mid morning, if at all. This could be better managed by the hotel. Lastly the restaurant booking system requires forward booking to reserve a table and some restaurants were hard to get into. The booking system opens at midnight, which disadvantages those travelling with kids and it would be fairer if it opened at 8am to give all a chance to book.

- Nthabe (9/5): Stunning resort, quality food and beverages - over priced Spa and riding - The family loved the resort. It's not dated, it's clean and the staff (except the Reception, Conciege and Guest Relations teams) are super friendly, helpful and polite. Unlike many All-Inclusive resorts, this one actually offers quality food, an extensive variety and good quality drinks. No short-changing in this area. The music and entertainment is also fantastic. Definitely better than ALL resorts we have visited across the world. We also loved the horse-riding. The horse-riding stables are neat and the team is awesome. - The Reception, Conciege and Guest Relations teams are terribly sour and unhelpful (getting assistance is like requesting a favour) - The resort offers quality food, drinks and facilities. However, I think they try to make up costs and boost profits in their ADD ON services. The horse-riding stables is an over-priced and the Spa is just ridiculous in prices (and not worth it). We saw that guests in Hurgarda book spas outside the resorts and we did the same - and the treatments are awesome. Not in the 5 star spa, but the treatment is great.

They charged us extra for the second child, even though we clearly specified the number and ages of our children in the Booking.com reservation. This seems like a typical way of making extra money, and we’re very disappointed with Booking.com as well. Despite sending 2-3 emails, they simply redirected us to deal with the hotel. It feels like everyone is trying to add extra charges, leaving tourists powerless.

The variety of restaurants exceeded our expectations, with each one offering delicious food and impeccable service. There were unlimited drinks and the staff will always make sure we had what we needed. There were also plenty of activities for kids, keeping the little ones entertained throughout the day. The spa experience was nice, providing the perfect way to relax and unwind. The entire property feels thoughtfully curated, catering to both families and couples. The staff were great always very welcoming, friendly, helpful and taking well care of us! We can’t wait to return and highly recommend RIXOS Hurghada to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!

- Ahmed (10/5): Amazing vacation - It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus. The kids club was perfect my daughter like it very much and the stuff was very friendly. We need to thank Marian from the kids club . Regarding the alcart restaurant. It was amazing a big thank to Salt restaurant and youssry from Salt ,mangal restaurant (big thank to chef Reda and Mohamed) and people's. The food was superb and very tasty. You have alot of varieties and with a very good quality. Thank you Islam from turquoise restaurant.
