• Monika (9/5): Bardzo miły pobyt - Obiekt czysty i klimatyczny. Wszystko co potrzebne znajdowało się w domu. Przestrzenna kuchnia i salon umilają spędzanie tam czasu. Sypialnie z białymi pościelami dawały dodatkowy komfort czystości. Myślę że nie ma rzeczy która była by negatywna.

• Miriam (9/5): Jättetrevlig lägenhet som har allt man kan önska sig. - Vi bodde på Madeira Brezze en vecka i början av januari 2026. Vi var fem stycken som bodde i lägenheten. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta boendet. Läget är ett perfekt utgångsläge om man vill göra dagsutflykter men även om man vill gå ner till Funcial centrum, ca 10-15 minuters promenad. Det finns en parkering om man har hyrt bil samt en liten matbutik precis runt hörnet. Lägenheten hade allt man kunde önska sig och med ett väl utrustat kök och en stor terrass. Värden kom och mötte oss och lämnade över nycklarna. Ett trevligt bemötande och svarade snabbt vid frågor både innan och under vistelsen. Matbordet var lite litet så det blev lite trångt att sitta fem personer och hade nog varit svårt att få plats sex personer.

• Gemma (7/5): Good enough - Good location, nice apartment, welcome fruit and cake. Also came with toiletries. Unable to use the downstairs shower as part of the ceiling had fallen in from recent heavy rain which also led to a damp smell. Had we known of this in advance we would have stayed somewhere else. Luckily one of our party didn't come so we didn't rely on the use of the lower floor bedroom. Also as this is a residential area, dogs barking at night in the surrounding area were sometimes problematic.

The lower level had a terrible smell of mold and dampness when we arrived, After a day of airing it out, it was fixed 2. There is no internet at all on the lower level, very annoying 3. The water in the shower is warm and not hot enough to shower, We informed the owner but he did not come to fix it 4. On the upper level there is a terrible sewer smell from the shower that permeates the entire house, We informed the owner and he said it would be fixed in a few months Ask if it has been fixed before arriving
• John (9/5): Excellent stay in a classy home. - Really good stay in a lovely house only 15 minutes downhill walk from the centre of Funchal (although at least 20 minutes walk back UP the steep hill!). Clear view of the sea over rooftops from the attractive and spacious balcony. The facilities were excellent. And our hosts were helpful with great communication. A clean and classy place to stay. The very steep hill home would not be for everyone - but we were fine with it. It was good exercise! And the mosquitoes were a nuisance - but we can't really blame the place for the island's insect life.
• Eti (9/5): Wonderful apartment! Clean, comfortable and suitable for families. - The place was very comfortable and clean. The owner was so helpful and kind, it was a real pleasure. The apartment is located close to the center and 5 min drive to supermarket. Very friendly for families. We enjoyed and recommend this apartment!! Everything was great! Many tnx!

All was great, just a few very subjective issues, such as the single beds being quite firm. The property is on a steep slope and has an internal flight of stairs to be mindful of.
• Martyna (8/5): Very good - On the positive side, the fascilities were great, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The interior design was stylish. The contact with the owner was good, they provided us with all the necessary information regarding check-in and check-out. We noticed some small lizards in the apartment, which was an issue for us. Additionally, there was construction nearby, creating quite a bit of noise during the day, making it difficult to relax at times. Finally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the plumbing in the bathrooms.

• Elodie (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was really amazing! Very spacious, super clean and we felt at home from the beginning! A perfect place to enjoy Funchal and also chill at home. The patio is great to rest and enjoy the view and Madeira sunshine. This is a quiet neighborhood so you can also enjoy quiet night of rest if you go hiking the day. Thank you to the host for making this place a great home during our vacations.

• Solomiya-sofiya (10/5): Exceptional - The house was clean, bigger than expected, very nicely decorated and bright. It is also well equipped. The view from a terrace is just amazing for some nice breakfast or get together with friends!
