La piscine est plutôt jolie, même si en bord de route Cet hôtel est à fuir absolument !!! - Il est en travaux donc toute la journée on entend du bruit - La piscine et la salle de sport est de l'autre côté de la route - Le personnel n'est pas vraiment aimable ni efficace (4 filles à l'accueil qui ne font rien mais aucunes ne nous aide pour les bagages) - Nous avons dû changer de chambre à cause d'une odeur dégoût Et ne parlons même pas des repas !!!! Soit buffet soit à la carte selon leurs envies, vous demandez No Spicy mais ça l'est quand même, pas de sucrée au petit déjeuner.. Il y'a de quoi dire sur cet hôtel, mais pour résumer ne perdez pas votre argent ni votre temps.

- REYES ANTONIO (4/5): Decisión errónea - Únicamente vale la pena la piscina. Nada más Lo tomamos como una opción más cómoda para estar cerca del aeropuerto el último día pero fue un error total. Lo que ves en las fotos es otros edificio separado que aún no han abierto, salvo las zonas comunes de piscina y SPA, pero el hotel real es absolutamente tétrico. Y de la comida del buffet mejor no hablar.

The rooms were a decent size, the hotel was well maintained and we had a very nice meal in their downstairs restaurant. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend and I would stay again if I were in Sri Lanka. N/A

- Janita (8/5): A great hotel, with the bonus of being so close to the airport - The hotel was super close to the airport, which was convenient for myself and my Mother as we landed quite late into Colombo. The first room that we were allocated didn't smell great, however the staff were so good and got us into another room within minutes. The room was very spacious with a nice hot shower and comfy beds. In addition the food court was good with an amazing fresh juice counter. The food court Manager was also very friendly and accommodating to our needs. n/a
- Marcin (9/5): Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny - super basen i siłownia. Miłą obsługa - Przestronny pokój, wygodne łóżko, miła obsługa, dobre wyposażenie pokoju. Zostałem tu na noc ze względu na basen i siłownię. Jedno i drugie przerosło moje oczekiwania. Jeśli wrócę na Sri Lankę i bedę szukał hotelu tranzytowego to na pewno zawitam ponownie! Zapach w pokoju trochę jak u fryzjera + papierosy, ale może tak po prostu trafiłem. Brak hasła do Wifi w siłowni, chociaż tam jest.

- Calvin (1/5): Terrible - Location, close to airport Multiple issues - We asked prior to check in and on arrival for a room not in the floor under the rooftop bar/restaurant as other reviews advised it was incredibly loud. They said they didnt have any other rooms when we checked in, and the music was blasting until gone 11pm in the evening loud enough to shake our room. This hotel is a transit hotel with a lot of people getting in late on flights or leaving early on flights, thats literally the whole purpose of the hotel yet they clearly missed the concept that people dont want heavy music blasting until late in the evening We went up to check it out at about 8pm and there was roughly 3 customers up there - no need for the music to be played this loud at all When we checked out the women on reception had a stack of receipts and said she couldn't find ours, asked me to show proof of payment and I said it was paid on check in as requested, she continued to press and ask me to show her my receipt which I didnt keep. I showed her my phone banking app to prove I've paid, and she said can I take it to write down some details, to which I refused as I would never give anyone my phone unlocked logged into my banking app to walk off where I cant see what shes doing, especially when its not my fault their own admin is so poor and they didnt have the receipt in their records Really poor experience and when we return to Sri Lanka will definitely not be staying here

- Rosa (9/5): The Rooms management, staff and Food Hall is excellent but not the Sky Lounge - I had my meals mainly from the Food Hall. The food was very tasty, clean, good price, the staff was very polite, attentive and served me very well. I have no hesitation in recommending this food outlet. I saw few (western) foreigners enjoying the food there. The service and staff in Sky Lounge was TERIBLE. I used the Sky Lounge few times while staying in the hotel from 14/05 to 22/05 and on 13/06. On the 20/5 - I went with a friend for lunch. The service was unacceptable. On 21/5 my friend and his wife joined me for lunch the service was a bit better. Then again on 13/6 my wife and I invited my sister and niece for dinner in Sky Lounge the waiter young person was not helpful at all. Did not help us to select the suitable food. We just had the main meal in there and came down to food hall to eat again. The Lounge Manager is not supervising. The waiter who serviced us was not concentrating on the service at all. The food quality in Sky Lunge is good but lack of service spoils the eating experience In the future will avoid Sky Lounge when in Sasha Seeduwa.

- Clare (9/5): It was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. - The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food options including fried eggs or omelette. The location is a little isolated, but it doesn't take long to get to the next town of Ja Ela.

The view from the outdoor balcony from my fourth floor room was pleasant. It is only a short drive from the airport so my 11:30pm check in was eaay. Nothing to report
- Will (3/5): Avoid this place at all costs ! - Gym is great and so is the pool complex which is opposite the hotel they use. The worst hotel I stayed in Sri Lanka by far, the set up of this place is good but the management and the way it is run is honestly awful. The breakfast doesn't open till 07.30 , meaning if you have a flight before 11.00 you don't get breakfast. My flight was delayed so I had breakfast in the end but The chef can't cook, the worst food both dinner and breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. He claimed fried eggs were poached, the breakfast came an hour apart and all wrong, the night before the dinner was so badly cooked I am not sure if it was a joke. The rooms are next to the road and very loud. Half the sockets in the rooms don't work. The staff in restaurant and gym were friendly but on reception very bad. Don't offer to help with luggage, didn't share wifi password, overall very unhelpful.

He just hangs up on you. - Airport shuttle : the hotel ask for 3500 LKR to drop you off at the airport, please note that Uber ask for 500 ;) - Wifi : in your room you can connect to it but it won't work, so basically no wifi in your room. There is some at the restaurant. - Soundproofing : inexistant, whether it be from the street or from the 5th floor restaurant throwing parties until midnight. You will not be able to sleep without earplugs. - Room and equipments : seems nothing has been refreshed since the opening. Everything is very worned out. - Towels : they all are either stained, or pierced, or frayed. You don't want to dry yourself with it. - Breakfast : I received my order after 30minutes wait, and I have been asked to repeat 3 times my order by 3 different waiters. Clearly not ok.
