shouvikg2023 (10/5): More than value for money - It is a great hotel if you are on a budget. Courteous staff, great location, good rooms and a breakfast buffet with a decent spread. Overall a satisfactory stay. Plus they have a great souvenir shop with pretty decent prices contrary to other hotel souvenir shops.
rode2411 (2/5): Bad experience - To me not worth more then 2 stars. Located on a kind of highway entering Amman. As a European did not take the risk taking a taxi and no contact with the arabic people who were the majority of guest. Pretty isolated from the evening live in Amman.

171louish (2/5): Misleading Advertising - I did not stay in this hotel but booked it for my teenager niece. I saw it advertised on Booking.com and it said "Breakfast Included". When my niece checked in, she was told by reception to make sure to have her breakfast as it was included in the reservation. The following morning my niece went and had breakfast and she was asked to pay for it. I messaged the hotel on 4 different occasions regarding this matter but no one bothered to reply. I even send them a copy of their advertisement. I contacted Booking.com who told me that breakfast was not included as per the small print despite the fact it said "Breakfast Included". They also said that breakfast is an option for extra charge. As far as I the customer is concerned, If the advert says "Breakfast is available" or its an "option" instead of "Included" then I would have known that I had to pay extra for it if I wanted it. This is misleading and false advertising by the hotel and unfortunately Booking.com seems to be OK with it. I have lost faith in the hotel and Booking.com.
265prantikm (8/5): Good Budget Hotel could do with some renovation of rooms - The hotel can be called a budget hotel. The positives are as follows:1. The Safeway outlet is within walking distance and also has a restaurant. 2. Gusti ice cream is near by around a 650 metres walk. The area also has confectionory shop, shawrama outlet, Iraqui restaurant etc. 3. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly. 4. The breakfast buffet spread is decent. However, the rooms could do with some renovation specially the bathrooms and the bathroom fittings. The lobby area and the dining area seem to have been renovated. If the rooms are renovated gradually it would be really good. They also have a nice coffee shop which serves shisha. The staff goes out of the way to help you in all possible ways.

I have a big group in thier hotel and I had informed the B shift that the bus fir group will arrive at the early morning but i was shocked that there is no park in fir our bus. The staff were very unhelpful and they start shout at the hotel lobby. This is the last time I will make a recommendation for this bad service.
808nuhas (10/5): Great hospitality - A very clean and tidy room, they had a spectacular view with great location it’s in the middle of the city near to everything great location for holiday and even for business, hospitality was great and they give great deals for families. Iam so happy that I have experienced my trip with them
pinto_11 (8/5): Good, Reasonably Priced Hotel - Clean, spacious ensuite room. Double bed with separate section for watching TV & relaxing. Fridge & AC / heater. Bathroom clean with hot water. Room was cleaned & bed-sheets changed everyday. The breakfast was satisfactory. Staff friendly & helpful. It was easy enough to catch passing taxis from the road outside the hotel.

There was no heat, But they immediately brought up extra blankets. This is not a luxury hotel but I would highly recommend it for the professionalism of the staff

vit666 (6/5): Decent hotel-but lots of street noise - This hotel was booked as part of a tour package (not picked by us). It is a very clean and well maintained hotel with decent breakfast. The staff are friendly and try their best to make pleasant stay. The hotel itself isn't in a touristic neighbourhood- so there isn't much to see if you wanted a stroll around. I have been told that Downtown is accessible via a 15 min taxi drive (traffic permitting). The main downside is the traffic outside the hotel. We stayed there on a Friday night and there was non-stop traffic in to the small hours of the morning which did make sleeping difficult (we were on the 3rd floor). Apart from that we were happy with the hotel as a stopover place for our Jordan travels

Waqar55 (8/5): Well situated - I have been staying in this hotel from long time. The hotel is in the posh area of Al-Shamesani and takes almost 45 minutes to arrive from airport. Though an old hotel but still maintaining its standards. Friendly staff and suitable for short stays with acceptable range of price per night. Suitable for group tours as the price is quite in budget range.

Kam_YNWA (8/5): Orchid Hotel, Amman - If you're looking for something cheap, clean and with great hospitality this is the place. Simple rooms , simple deco, clean and a very calm spot. Only downside is that there is only a handful of parking spots outside of e hotel. It's located not too far from the busy areas such as Jubeha, which is a 5 minute taxi ride. Most food and sheesh a places are a walking distance away. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to save a few bucks and not have their trip ruined by a poor hotel experience.

JOSE (2/5): house of horror - i would spend the night sleeping outside in the street than on that horrible place first staff become your enemies if you complaint about anything broken window, the bed sheet sheet smell like sweat, furniture that never being replace since the 1970s. Their ruin my vacation that was plan for two years and spent a lot of money going over there. After all that resume to refund money owe to me.Stay away from the orchid hotel and jordan everyone want to shake you for your money
kera1988 (10/5): Excellent, except parking - Stayed there for 2 times. Very pleasant, cozy and peaceful hotel. Great hall! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast, and menu a la carte as well. Very friendly staff. Big minus - they don't have parking, so it's not very comfortable with two little kids.
Hellooz (10/5): Amazing stay ! - Clean , great , calm , with great locations , new facilities rooms , free wifi , also what I loved at this hotel the food and in room dining , 24 hours a day 7 a week , with international and Arabic menu , the breakfast was good (continental ) and has variety of choices , airport shuttle was available (they picked me from the airport) , also friendly staff , what I liked also the free Internet service all over the hotel and a free work stations at the lobe too !
