- Roberto (4/5): - Di certo non è una struttura a 5 stelle. Sin dall'arrivo si nota l'assenza di assistenza, nessuno che gestisca le valigie (le devi portare al piano della stanza salendo le scale, due bagagli da 20+20 kg. non è piacevole). In camera per il bollitore, in una settimana non è stato mai sotituito un cucchiaino (fornito in plastica) per usare zucchero o simili. Le stesse condizioni dell' arredo sono un po' vetuste, senza cassetti o armadi per riporre gli abiti. A pagamento l'uso dei lettini sulla spiaggia privata dell'hotel. Diciamo che solo l'atmosfera tranquilla della struttura compensa i deficit deliservizi. La categoria della struttura va rivista al ribasso.
- Chrisanthy (6/5): - The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there.
- gianpaolo (10/5): - Struttura bellissima al centro di Laganas lontana dai rumori della movida notturna. Nel complesso è presente una piscina con affaccio sul mare a cui si accede con una scalinata. Cena variegata nazionale ed internazionale.per intolleranze segnalate allo chef che potrà servirvi senza problemi. Da sottolineare la grande ospitalità e cordialità dello staff ma sopratutto di Anna alla reception. Torneremo sicuramente!

- lisa (8/5): Great location - Had 10 days at this hotel second visit comfortable had to change rooms was in main building we were below resturant very noisy was woken by cooking smells and noise from upper floor. Was given a downstairs room near pool which was more ideal just. Staff cannot do enough found everyone very friendly although it's suppose to be 5 star would say more 4 star. Fancied to make coffee in room asked staff if I could have kettle they were very obliging. Beautiful island ideal location specially if you like to walk to the unspoilt beaches. Food at hotel was all buffet lots to select from and tasty Greek dishes served daily. Would definatly stay there again.

- Ayca (8/5): Family friendly hotel - The hotel is clean, quite and family friendly right by the beach although is a bit out dated and doesn't offer 5 star qualities. In my mind it is a 4 star hotel but for a family with young children is great. My only negative comment would be the Laganas area probably wasn't the best choice we did as a family as so many young, drunk and crazy kids running around but hotel was safe and away from the main road and noise which was great. Wi-fi is poor though.

The amount of young people who party all night and then make the place filthy with garbage, plus fighting and sick people from to much alcohol and drugs in the streets is disgusting! Not a place to enjoy a holiday!
- Dawn (8/5): Perfect location for the beach - Started off in the main building which was noisy, a long walk to the beach and looked out onto the car park. Had to pay for an upgrade, but then had a beautiful room overlooking the sea, quiet, very clean and comfortable beds. Food was excellent, but never had enough tables laid up and had to pay for drinks, even water. Gym was terrible, nothing worked at all!! Some staff were very friendly, but did not really feel welcome. The hotels saving grace was the most beautiful beach, you walked straight onto. The crystal clear, warm sea and very flat golden sand that kept it shallow for a long long way.
