- luigi (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room and bathroom large and comfortebole. Breakfast good and varius. The location of hotel is far from the hold part of the city but the bus stop is very close as the bus stop to arrive near the airport.

- Mateo Kenfelja (8/5): Vrlo dobro iskustvo za pristojnu cijenu. - Doručak je bio poprilično jednostavan. Jaja, hrenovke, kruh, namazi za kruh, čaj, kava, nešto od sira i salate. Jednostavan švedski stol, bilo bi bolje da je možda bilo još koji odabir mesa. Količina sadržaja. Hotel ima samo dnevni boravak/blagavaonicu u jednom. Dobro bi došla još recimo jedna prostorija da ima biljar, pikado, itd.

- SagiBP (7/5): - The room itself was absolutely perfect. Clean, modern, comfy bed. The breakfast was one of the worst we had. Really low quality and variety. Only bread, no buns. Not even a toaster for the bread. Nothing sweet AT ALL, no fruits. The lock inside our room didn't work. We complained to reception. The guy there argued with us that we don't need it because no one can open the door from outside. We said we need to feel safe and a lock is a basic thing. He argued more. Eventually he, after 24 hours, the manager arrived and fixed it for us, but it took a lot of arguing, which we didn't like.

Booking nous loue une chambre double avec un lit d a point. Hors l hôtel n en dispose pas donc nous avons du payer un supplément pour une chambre triple. Je sais pas d où le problème vient, Booking ou l hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant pour des adultes mais pour les enfants pas grand choses en sucré. Mais je n en tiens pas compte car je suis pas sur que ce soit dans leur habitude de déjeuner avec du sucré.

- Mirko (7/5): - kurzer Weg zum Bus ins Zentrum, sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft Ersatztrolle für das Toilettenpapier sollte man lieber mitbringen. Für normale Gebrauchsspuren an einem der Handtücher wurden uns 10 Euro extra berechnet.

Staff was fantastic, polite and very helpful Good location if you are staying on business purposes, close to the airport, city center is 4 km. Breakfast had little choice for 4 star hotel

- Olga (9/5): - Чисто, быстро. Отличные кровати. Большой санузел. Жаль, что отеле, позиционирующие себя на четыре звёзды, нет ни чайного набора, ни кофеварки, ни даже просто воды. Неожиданно и печально. Окна номера повышенной категории выходили на глухую стену соседнего здания на расстоянии одного метра. Завтрак тоже очень скромный.

Overall, it was a good stay, the personnel is friendly and helpful, which makes up for any shortfalls. The only thing to improve is the TV. Very limited number of channels and no news channels 😕
