Guest Reviews
- Judith (10/5): Amazing and beautiful lodge! - Such a beautiful place. Quiet and very comfortable and peaceful. Exceptionally breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff! Loved it! The only thing missing was a small workout facility.
- Tracy (6/5): - The property grounds and room are exceptional. We wanted a light snack at night and didn't care for the menu which had hamburgers French Fries . I asked a cheese tray and fruit platter and they made one up for us special. It was very good. The only thing about the lodge is that they have a very limited overall menu. You only get to choose the main course and it's only two options. For the first night we were there for lunch we had the beef tenderloin and it was very hard. I did not eat it. It's a beautiful setting with beautiful rooms. I think they should offer more options for lunch and dinner for the price point. If you're at all interested in getting a good meal you may want to book elsewhere.
- Nicholas (9/5): Really nice. Loved it. - it was really nice. we loved it. Food was good but I cannot give it a 10.
- Guenter (7/5): - Schöne Lodge in Arusha Überteuert- das Serena nebenan war bessere Qualität
- Meikšāns (8/5): for 350eur per nights sligtly too high a price for the service. - Very nice house/room, as it is a seperate privatee house. Privacy + jungle feeling was the best part. We were in December, and the jungle sounds were super noisy (although that is the sound of nature; some may love that). The bath didn't work in house nr.6. We couldn't fill it with water.
- Guenter (6/5): - Nice room though without a view Excessive charging of incidentals, rooms are dated and nousy
- Rami (9/5): Good hotel if you’re passing through Arusha for a day or two and want to be surrounded by nature. - Loved the greenary surrounding the rooms and the facilities. The room was very comfortable and well designed. The lake canoeing experience is the highlight and should not be missed! The swimming pool was not clean and lacks charm!

- Jean-Yves (8/5): Séjour très agréable que je conseillerais - La chambre et sa décoration le côté cosy , le coffee tour animé par Laurent était très intéressant , le lac et le personnel très sympathique

- Namita (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha.

- Ebony:) (10/5): Paradise - Everything. It was absolute luxurious perfection. N/A
- John (9/5): -
- Oleh (8/5): Nice place with great staff, but already requires renovation - - Nice hotel area in the forest.
- Nice restaurant with a terrace and lounge area.
- Very helpful and friendly staff.
- Chief Manager was very kind and allowed us to stay until 5pm in the room so that our small boy could sleep in the bed.
- Food was not superb but still good.
- Great coffee experience on the site. They plant and produce coffee at the hotel having their own small farm. - Hotel is not new. Already requires renovation and refurbishment I would say, as well as the rooms. Rooms are quite big and comfortable, however already tired. Wi-Fi was not working half of the day, however they fixed it later. Some plugs stopped working after couple of global electricity reboots.
- Pool was not so impressive and requires better maintenance.

- Mary (10/5): Our stay was totally excellent……except for internet connection - Breakfast was excellent as was the location Internet connection was not working in our room
- SHARON (10/5): -
- Julian (8/5): - The family and myself enjoyed our time at Lake Duluti, the walking safari and canoeing on the lake was a great experience and a good opportunity to visit one of the few crater lakes in the world. Most of what we had requested prior to our arrival at Lake Duluti Lodge was accommodated, however there were some hiccups and some more attention to details needed.
- Heike (10/5): -
- Doreen (8/5): -
- Gloria (10/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): - The facilities, including the lodge, furnishings and buildings were tip top, much to like. The greenery - trees, gardens great.
Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up. One staff, called Saidi was great, with impeccable service.
The entrance to the lodge is through a busy and chaotic market place: the lodge could consider an alternative entrance from lake Duluti Road. Overall awesome experience, and place is worth the stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice enough - We stayed here one night after a safari in Tanzania. Our room was very spacious and clean enough - just a little dusty here and there. Bed was very comfortable. Reception was not very friendly. Servers in restaurant are very accommodating and friendly. Dinner was very nice - breakfast definitely lacking compared to the other hotels we stayed at that had the same price point. Nice place for a night.
- Bradley (10/5): - Very nice rooms! Enhanced our stay and the scenery was fantastic!
- Paul (10/5): - After two weeks around Tanzania this was the best. The manager allowed us late check out at 4 to wait for our flight home. NO CHARGE! Very understanding.dinning was very good.
