- Emily (10/5): - This hotel was perfect for a weekend away. The location was perfect, with private parking and direct access to the beach. They even have beach chairs to use, which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was there is not a ton insulation in the floors and walls. We were next to the stairs and could clearly hear people talking and walking up and down. We could also hear the neighbors above us walking in early hours. It’s not something that would deter me from ever going back, but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would suggest a room on the top floor away from the stairs.

- Anna (10/5): - My two girlfriends and I stayed here LDW and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was renovated this year and everything was so clean and nice looking. The amenities were above and beyond as well. They supply beach towels and beach chairs which you don't see too often! The location couldn't have been better- right on the beach and a short walk to all bars/restaurants. There's also a nice pool! Even though it was a little chilly out when we were there, the pool was heated and comfortable to go in. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great too! Staff was also super friendly. Only "negative" that I've seen other people mention is the noise from other guests- the walls are def thin and you can hear people moving around, but that really wasn't an issue for us. I will 100% be staying here again!

There are comfortable furnishings throughout the property. Sounds made in adjacent rooms are audible but most guests seemed to understand this and maintain a quiet environment. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread in the morning and the social hour at 5pm was a nice bonus. 5 minute drive to heart of Rehobeth. Rooms are clean and plenty of space. Expect to see a lot of kids while there. Will stay here again.

- Vincent (10/5): - We did a 2-night getaway for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is on Dewey Beach and a 30-minute walk/7-minute drive from Rehoboth Boardwalk. The breakfast has hot food. Wine and cheese are served at 5pm.
- Anthony (8/5): An amazing oceanfront view that is priceless! - The hotel is in an amazing spot! I would definitely stay here again. Tamieka at the front desk has excellent hospitality skills. She made everyone feel comfortable and was very friendly!! The bathrooms in the rooms are extremely small. The breakfast is very thoughtful and appreciated .. I’m saying this without being mean but the egg quiche is dry and doesn’t taste very good. I vote for it to be removed from the breakfast lineup. The wine and cheese is a delight BUT the wine taste cheap. My suggestion is to serve a good moscato with the cheese. Everyone loves moscato. Lastly, the chocolate chip cookies hit the spot!! They were a good treat to receive when coming from the beach. Overall the hotel was very clean. I’m looking forward to returning after the renovations.

- Shobana (10/5): - Beautiful property on the beach. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. The sundeck was amazing and we got to see a beach sunrise. However, note that there is no elevator on this property and we were on the fourth floor. Luckily we did not have a lot of luggage.

The wine and cheese were super after the long drive getting there. Breakfast is excellent. It's not a chain so has more of a "family" atmosphere. Many good restaurants in walking distance. The beach was not crowded. We will stay here always.

We had high hopes and were seeing a concert at Bottle and Cork so this seemed like a good deal. Then we got back from the concert and chatted on the phone with a friend. Then we got a noise complaint for chatting on the phone???? So that was not great so I guess the walls are so paper thin that you can’t talk in your room. Then in the morning, we forgot to pack toothpaste and so we asked the office for some and they didn’t have any. The staff were decent but the people that stayed here were not nice. The same people that filed a noise complaint were so loud in the morning that they woke us up. We also tried to go on the balcony and the chairs were disgusting. Overall, the room was okay but it was rather expensive for one night, I should be able to talk in my room without getting penalized. Maybe work on soundproofing the rooms so that people can talk in peace. The bed was nice and the bathroom was small but doable.

- Todd (10/5): Anniversary Trip - It was a great stay from the start. We walking in to check in and snaked the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Check in was quick and easy and when got to our room they had put tulips in our room with a card wishing us happy anniversary. The room was great and the view of the ocean was perfect. - Kristen (6/5): Did not get the room I paid for - We made a reservation for 2 Queen beds and got 2 full beds. My husband and I don’t really fit in a full size bed together, but tried to make it work. I did bring it up at checkout, but just got a “ Sorry about that” from the attendant. I think she should have been explained to me before I checked in and the price of the room should have been adjusted.
- monica (10/5): A nice place to stay right on the beach! - The oceanfront view was wonderful. The location is close to nice restaurants and beach attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They warned us that the cookies would be gone quickly if you are not there when they put them out. Unfortunately we were 2 minutes early and they were all gone. Strange that they didn’t make more. Breakfast was adequate but they do not replace food as it runs out. Overall we enjoyed our peaceful stay very much.

The complimentary chocolate chip cookies at night were delicious as was the morning breakfast buffet. There are quite a few places to eat or drink within walking distance.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Fire the manager! - Service was amazing and the stay was very nice until about an hour before we were about to leave. There was a knock on our door and a manager was there accusing us of smoking in the room. We don't smoke. Then she accused us of smoking pot and burning incense. We were not. She said people had complained about us, even though we had not had any contact with other guests on our floor. It was quite disconcerting. After she finished her accusations and saw that our room had no such odor, she left without an apology. We won't be back!

If any reviews say anything about being able to hear the neighbors/ above- below- hallway- or next door I stay clear. Well this hotel was cute, despite the typical moldy beach smells and dampness you might get when you first arrive and then the A/C on, this isn’t the reason I am writing this review. I could hear footsteps/ talking/ and the players Watching Cops until 3 am above me/ at 4 am I heard someone in the hallway, clear as day, sounding like they were in my room. I give 3/5 stars for this hotel because everything else was great. Cleanliness was what I expect and bed comfort was great.

Even though there’s no elevator, the amount of steps between floors is minimal (like 5 or 6). Cleaning service was awesome and even tucked in my 5yo’s stuffed animals into the bed which was so cute! My daughter got a kick out of it (thank you Hannah!). Breakfast was convenient and delicious. Wine & cheese every night at 6pm followed by fresh choc chip cookies at 8pm. Restaurants and golf course around the corner. Beach towels and beach chairs available to use for beach days as well. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to go back ☺️
