• Afzaal (10/5): - This was our first trip to Bosnia.We were thrilled with the Samm Seher hotel and staff,not only did they provide excellent service but went out of their way to be helpful and make us comfortable during our stay .The room was small but clean. The 24hr front desk was a blessing as we got back late most nights. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near the main attractions however it is situated on a quiet street. I would give it a 100% for being a family friendly hotel.

Гостиница небольшая, парковку надо заказывать заранее, но рядом есть городской паркинг за 1евро в час и можно попробовать в гостинице напротив стоянки такси за 8 евро в сутки. Номер небольшой. На одной из подушек была дырявая наводочка. Дали один маленький тюбик геля для душа на двое суток на троих. На ресепшн нет утюга. Завтрак на 4. Цена за номер не соответствует качеству.

Staff very helpful and could not do enough for us. The room we had was very nice and despite some daytime noise was blissfully quiet at night. There is a pleasant outdoor deck.

Hotel on busy road and staff moved us to quieter room. Walls fairly thin especially when young Japanese 'X Factor' duo next door have early 4am check out! [not hotel's fault I know]

Parking is limited so we felt we needed to use the available garage for an additional 10 euro per night. Breakfast was nice and we were happy to be able to walk to most of venues in which we were interested.

• Pei-Chi (10/5): A Lovely Place to Stay - A charming boutique hotel just off the Bascarsija. Clean and quiet with a super attentive staff, this is the right place for the short or long stay in Sarajevo. Different rooms available. Mine was an econo with two twin-beds. Taxis and trams are a short walk away, as are restaurants and small shops. I will stay again on my next trip and I recommend this hotel to all.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztrip - Kurz gesagt: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind absolut spitze, hilfsbereit und höflich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Und wurde in allen Belangen hervorragend geholfen. Das Zimmer (deluxe Kategorie) war okay. Sehr sauber, aber ein bisschen abgewohnt. Falls man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat: der Lärm vorbeifahrender Autos dringt durch. Mit Oropax habe ich aber nichts mehr gehört. Sehr gute Lage! Perfekt für eine Kurztrip.

Clean and secure, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Strong recommend for anyone wanting a short break in the Bascarsija area!

• TR (6/5): - Location to the old city was great! Easy walking distance. The hotel was basic and clean. Staff was pleasant enough but nothing extraordinary. Breakfast was basic but good enough. As we took the economy room if was quite small. Overall if the price is something you can only afford then go for it because it is clean and adequate. Otherwise I would look for something better.

Accueil chaleureux et Pdj parfait. : copieux et tres bon café ( machine Jura) Renseigne tres bien pour differentes activites et visites ( dont le bunker de Tito..) Tres bon rapprt qualite / prix Le manager prévient qu’on ne peut pas boire d’alcool et qu’on ne peut pas faire de mini fête dans son hôtel qui , par consequent, est tres calme.

Room is a good size, air con, comfortable bed, Wifi OK. There should be some hooks or rails in the bathroom on which to hang towels. Hotel manager is conscientious and acts on feedback to make each tenants stay good.

The staff could not have been more welcoming and enjoyed helping guests with enquiries or special requests. Their seemed to be a wide range of people, inc Using couples, using the hotel as a base to see Sarajevo, especially the old town, which is a few minutes’ walk away. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. There is a first floor patio with seating overlooking the local area. Recommended.

• Andreas (10/5): mysigt litet hotell i centrala Sarajevo - Hotellet ligger ganska nära till hjärtat av Sarajevos gamla stan och personalen som jobbar där är ganska snälla samt de svarade mina frågor angående staden. Rummet var rent och bekvämt medan badrummet är mindre bekvämt men det funkade ändå. Frukosten är enkelt men gott och jag kände ganska välkommen där.

• Franzi (10/5): Schönes Hotel nahe der Altstadt - Das Hotel liegt nah am Altstadtkern. Es ist sauber und wird von sehr sympathischen Menschen betrieben. Das Frühstück war super und ein guter Start in den Tag. Die BetreiberInnen waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Staff is realy helpfull and kind! Wifi is quick. The road before the Hotel is now under construction but it didn't bother us for a single moment! There is only one problem. Parking is a bit hectic now.

• Hans (6/5): Convenient location - The hotel is well located, in under 5 minutes' walk from Pigeon Square. Our first room was of a poor standard, and on request we were moved to a better room, which was satisfactory. (The previous room is apparently going to be upgraded). The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful - certainly no complaints with them. Breakfast was good - a decent buffet. With these pluses, it is possible to recommend the hotel.
• Brian Colgan (8/5): Excellent location!! - Absolutely fantastic location, 3 mins walking distance from the old town. All of the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help. The hotel management was brilliant when we had a little noise issue. There is a nice breakfast bar for the mornings and also a little balcony on the 2nd floor. We loved our time here and thank the staff for this. Highly Recommended!

• fatih (2/5): Be aware of this motel! - I booked a Deluxe (larger) room with city view from the page, and it clearly stated that the hotel provides free parking and free bottled water. However, when I checked in I was offered a parking space for 10€ or I could park the car on the street at "my own risk". Further no free bottled water was provided (which is clearly stated on the receipt I received from Hotels.com as booking confirmation). Further, I noticed that the hotel changed my room to a smaller one with no air condition and no windows! I had to argue with the hotel owner so that I can get the room I payed for. I still didn't get a room with city view. The room was not clean and we could hear all the conversations on the street and this annoying bell that went on every time a guest came to the hotel. The only good think about this (m)otel is the location. Be aware of this motel. Not recommending this at all.

• Mike (10/5): Great friendly place, close to the Bascarsija! - Right by the Bascarsija and city hall, which is where you want to be when a tourist in Sarajevo. You can walk up to the fort for views from there, or 100 metres to the main square of the Bascarsija market area. Many stores, the tram and a taxi rank are right out front. Staff was very helpful and friendly with any of my questions, and gotta say, probably the prettiest hotel desk girl in the country! Everyone was great though and Sarajevo is a great place to visit.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not where you want to stay - Not pleasant, room old and dodgy, needs lots of repair and a fresh coat of paint. Tv was faulty and male staff member was not helpful. Breakfast not great, I nearly left the hotel to check in somewhere else as I didn't feel comfortable. no coffee or tea facilities and we were supposedly in an upgraded room.TV was constantly on and off and then short circuited. Has to turn two heaters on to warm the room up.
