• Nastia Nv (10/5): Определенно для тех кто любит вставать рано утром (как мы) - Чисто и комфортно для проживания, работающий телевизор с ютубом:) большой холодильник, есть газовая плита (наверное если долго проживать можно установить балон с газом и готовить) по запросу дали чайник и немного посуды, просторная душевая с необходимыми принадлежностями. Всё вопросы и просьбы решают очень быстро. Расположение удобное, 2мин до пляжа, рядом супермаркеты кафе, торговый центр. С раннего утра шум с дороги, которая рядом.

• Daniela (7/5): Top Lage! Mit sehr guenstiger Parkmoeglichkeit - Die Lage ist top, nah zum Shopping, nah zum Strand. Besser geht kaum. Grosser Kuehlschrank. Freundliches Personal (wie eigentlich immer in Bali). Der Zimmerservice erfolgte leider nicht täglich. Die Bettdecke empfand ich als etwas kratzig; hier wäre ein zusätzlicher Bezug oder ein Bedsheet angenehm gewesen. Die Suite wirkte auf mich insgesamt etwas dunkel, auch durch die eher dunklen Möbel. Etwas mehr Helligkeit und eine freundlichere Raumgestaltung würden dem Zimmer meiner Meinung nach sehr guttun.

• Shelah (9/5): - The. Local owner and staff were really helpful and picked me up from the airport at 1am. They were friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was big and clean, very comfortable. It is situated just near the main Sanur road and close to Icon. Highly recommend.
• Gudrun (6/5): Yulia 2 - Die Lage ist sehr zentral; nicht weit zum Strand und auch gleich in einer Geschäftsstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Klimaanlage war mir zu kalt, nachts hatte ich gefroren. Ich habe eine Decke bekommen und das hat Abhilfe geschafft. Nachts war es sehr laut durch den Straßenverkehr.Das ging bis nach Mitternacht. Ich habe auf Grund meiner Bitte, mir ein Zimmer weiter hinten zu geben, erst eine Zusage erhalten für den nächsten Tag. Daraus wurde leider nichts. Die Gründe wurden mir nicht gesagt. Ich habe mich erneut an das Personal gewendet. Dann hat es eine Frau bearbeitet und ich konnte dann 2 oder 3 Tage später (1.4.) in ein anderes Hotel umziehen, das dem gleichen Inhaber gehörte, ohne Zuzahlung. Dort hatte ich dann nachts Ruhe. Auch fand ich das Frühstück in Yulia 2 nicht gut. Ich war froh, dass ich es nicht mit gebucht hatte. Da hat man fürs gleiche Geld in anderen Restaurants ein größeres und viel besseres Angebot bekommen. Auch lief im Bad nach dem Duschen das Wasser ewig nicht ab.

• Maureen (9/5): Solo mature women traveller - I had often gone passed here and had eaten in the restaurant. There seem to be many mature solo women travellers. So l thought l would check the place out on a short 4 day trip. The price , location and staff sets it apart from the accommodation nearby. I had one of the superior rooms it was large, the bed was comfy and it very clean. I arrived late and l had sent a message asking if l could have Nasi Goreng and a Bintang which they arranged for me ( calling it in as the restaurant was closed ) During my stay ( l was going to a wedding ) l needed a iron, again not a problem. I found Yuli 2 so accommodating , safe, comfortable and banging for your money. I will most definitely be staying here when in Sanur. ( plus they have the best spa just 20 meters away Inspirations a must do ) That l hadn't stayed here before

• Irina (10/5): - Отличный, бюджетный отель, с исключительно удачным расположением в середине города на главной улице, рядом с пляжем. Есть дорога на пляж, не нужно проходить через торговый центр или соседние, дорогие отели. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, во всем помогали, всегда шли на встречу в просьбах, регулярная уборка раз в два дня, при отеле есть кафе со средним ценником, где можно брать питьевую воду. Во всех номерах есть горячая вода, с хорошим напором. Все очень понравилось. Немного шумно от дороги, но "беруши в уши" помогают . Рекомендую взять с собой фумигатор от комаров, в местных магазинах в продаже не нашла.

• Andrea (7/5): - Lage und Anlage sowie dad angeschlossene Restaurant schön und sehr zentral. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wenn man es findet. War allerdings nur 1 Nacht dort. Dusche war unbeweglich und etwas verkalkt mit in die Jahre gekommene (schwierig zu bedienende Armaturen). Das Wasser war richtig heiß und wg Armaturen schwierig zu regulieren.
• Anke (9/5): Fijn - Grote schone kamer met lekker balkon! De vogels in kooitjes. Vogels horen te vliegen daar zijn ze voor gemaakt. Als je van ze houdt, dan laat je ze vliegen en geef je ze de vrijheid. Bedankt namens de vogels🙏❤️❤️
• Anna (6/5): Helt greit om du sover hardt eller liker å feste - Ligger midt i byen som er super, og nær stranda som også er kjekt. Det er mye støy fra gata, fra kjøkken/restaurant som hører til stedet. Folk som jobber her bryr seg lite om at andre prøver å sovner eller sover på morgen. De skriker til hverandre, spiller høyt musikk…. Av 3 dager her hadde jeg bare varmt vann en av dagene. Vanne står på gulvet på badet. De holder en due i borde og kunne ikke se under mitt opphold at den fikk vann eller mat. Den prøvde desperat å komme ut 😢

Perfetto C erano lavori in corso nella camera adiacente, alla fine non ci sn stati disagi ma avrei preferito saperlo al momento della prenotazione giorni prima, nn la sera prima dell arrivo a quel punto non potevo più cancellare la prenotazione

• Adrian (8/5): Excellent location right on the the main Sanur road , side road access directly to the beach - Thankyou to Yulia 2 staff for accommodating and hospitality in the guest room for a 8 night stay . The room was cleaned every 2 days as requested. Fitted with a bathroom , a strong ceiling fan , hot water shower and a working toilet. The location was the highlight , down the road to the beach and located on the main sanur road access to restaurants and cafe's and 300m from icon mall. Would of been nice to have a mini fridge to store cold water as the room got very hot , the smell of humidity took some time to get used to but wasn't a major problem

• Madison (6/5): Just if you are young, on a budget and a heavy sleeper ! - Went there more than 10 years go. Had to stay one night in Sanur while travelling and had a bit of nostalgia so wanted to sleep there since the location is amazing, few meters from the beach, right on the main road … close to all nice restaurants Was clean okish Almost all. That’s sad. No improvements it seems since 10 years. Noise the whole time but the staff making noise themselves at 6 am ! not talking about how much they wanted to charge me for a transfer from serangan airport to the guesthouse.., I’m not a tourist and know all prices but even if I was.., come on they charged 100% more the normal taxi price !

Great value for money. If you are looking for a great base to locate yourself to be close to beach, town, and you’ll be mostly out and about then absolutely pick something like this.
• David (1/5): A fuire - L'emplacement L acceuil glacial ce qui est très rare à Bali. La chambre standard sale, chaude, bruyante.. pleine de moustiques. Pas de portes aux toilettes, rideau plein de crasse, serviettes tachées de sang. Lit supplémentaire par terre. Quand on a demandé à changer de chambre , la dame de l acceuil nous a annoncé un prix .. puis à rajouté 10 euros au moment de payer . Bref fuyez..

Ketut m'a toujours trouvé un chauffeur pour découvrir l'île de Bali. Le Personnel travailleur est vraiment sympa et accueillants, heureusement qu'ils sont là. JE NE SAIS PAS. Comme j'y suis déjà allé, je dirais peut-être la qualité breakfast. Plus la même saveur.... dommage! Tout change....

• Frances Michelle (1/5): HONESTY IS HIGHLY VALUABLE AND SUPER IMPORTANT - the place it self is fine .its close to most places money changer convenience store restaurant and cafes . the staff were good except 1 staff his name is ketut , he was DISHONEST , I paid ketut cash because yulia 2 home stay accept cash as guest arrive in the premises..I ASSURE I PAID KETUT CASH RP 768.000 more or less AUS $77 for 2 nights I arrived with my sister , in the afternoon the same day KETUT asked my sister to transfer the same amount to a bank account, BANK PERMATA and I was not aware of it till we left the home stay .. the sad part about it was I TIP KETUT AND ANOTHER STAFF FOR HELPING US LIFTING OUR LUGGAGE IN TO THE GRAB CAR. I SWEAR THIS HAPPENED AND IT IS NOT A MISTAKE . I don't recommend yulia 2 home stay for accommodation, HONESTY IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT AND IF YOU CAN'T TRUST STAFF IN THE PREMISES. WHO CAN YOU TRUST???? staff come in and out guests rooms every day while guests were out and about, i will not go near yulia 2 home stay sanur its a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and BAD VIBE for me . I hope no one else gets CHEATED in the future while staying in this premises..

• Jordi.G (8/5): Voor een mooi en gezellig verblijf raadt ik dit iedereen aan. - We zijn opgehaald door een personeelslid van de Homestay. Vriendelijke attente jongen. De kamer was erg ruim en goed verlicht. De sfeer is typisch Balinees. De hygiëne was goed. Geen enkele keer insecten of iets dergelijks in de kamer gehad. Het ontbijt dat wij erbij hadden geboekt was simpel maar je kon kiezen uit een ruim menu. Extra erbij bestellen was geen probleem en is niet in rekening gebracht, alleen cappuccino maar dat werd ons vtv netjes verteld. Het terras was netjes met een bankje, droogrek, twee stoelen en twee tafeltjes. Je keek uit op een stukje groen wat zorgde voor wat privacy. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en niks is hun teveel. De eigenaar die daar met zijn gezin woont houdt wel van een praatje en kan mooi vertellen over vroeger. Het matras van het bed in de kamer is echt aan vervanging toe. Je licht echt op de spiralen wat niet fijn was. De airco is zo gepositioneerd dat de 1 persoon altijd in de wind van de airco ligt.

• Masayo (9/5): リーズナブルで便利で安心な宿 - とても便利な場所にある。良心的な料金で泊まれる。ビーチも街も近い。コンビニが目の前なので夜でも安心して買い物出来る、徒歩圏内に飲食店もスーパーもある。レストランも併設されている。 宿の人は皆親切で、フレンドリー。 設備は古いが、綺麗に管理されている。古い建物の良さがある。部屋は清潔に掃除されている。必要最低限の設備で、快適、安心に過ごせる。 早朝と夜は、シャワーのお湯がぬるいが、昼間は熱いお湯が出るので問題なし。

• Janusz (10/5): strongly recommend - With my wife we stayed from 17 09 ’25 till 26 09.I choose the location of this Homstay because from one side quite near to the beach –only 300 mtrs. , on the other hand just by the main street with all bars and restaurants near by .On the opposite side of the street food strore with official exchange office. No more than 200 mtrs up the street famous Casablanca bar with live music (6 days a week bands changing every day ).We took the suite which had a lot of space with small kind of lobby outside and despite that Homestay is just beside the street –very quiet inside the room .Breakfast type of standard ones -four types of eggs to be chosen toast , butter and coffee or tee. Evening time one could order some decent food from menu , drink coffee or to take a walk to the beach front promenade where a lot of decent restaurant and warungs could be found.As the matter of fact very near at the main street was a lot of fine places to eat as well.The personnel very friendly and helpful and the Owner very nice and always smiling guy. Strongly recommend for any kind of stay. nothing

• MARIA (10/5): - Πέρασα πολύ όμορφα εδώ στο άνετο φωτεινό δωμάτιο με το μπαλκόνι γεμάτο λουλούδια και όμορφη θέα. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία για ολοήμερες βόλτες, κολύμπι και φαγητό σε όμορφα παραδοσιακά μπαλινεζικα εστιατόρια ποικίλων βαλαντιων.. το Sanur είναι μια σωστή επιλογή για να μείνει κανείς μιας και συνδυάζει την κοσμοπολίτικη ζωντάνια του Μπαλί σε μια πιο ήρεμη και γλυκιά εκδοχή..το κατάλυμα του Yulia 2 homestay το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα..θα ξαναρθω

La salle de bain manque un peu de propreté, et l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement. Attention, la nuit le portail est fermé à clé ! Ce n’est indiqué nul part et nous n’en avons pas la clé, j’ai du escalader le portail pour avoir accès à ma chambre !

I had a room with AC which was nice, but I think even a fan only room would be good enough.

La vicinanza del mare aiuta. - la colazione buona. personale gentile. camera e bagno puliti. anche se la doccia non é separata dal resto del bagno, comunque il bagno era abbastanza grande. nel cortile scorrazzano i topi e vederli non é bello. Con il ventilatore si sopravvive ma c é molta umiditá, meglio scegliere una camera con l aria condizionata.

Par contre nous avions loué 2 chambres, celle du RDC était bien insonorisée, mais celle au 1er étage ne l'était pas et nous entendions beaucoup la circulation.
