Our appartment was big and clean. Nice location and hotel! There were some strange noises from upstairs during the night, not sure what was the cause, but we woke up both nights. The bathrom was clean, but the plumbing in the bathroom smelled a lot.

The quality of the accommodation was 5star , from the toiletries to the bedding everything was top quality. Thank you so much. Cost of parking 18 euros per 24 hours but very handy

La amplitud en contratar el personal, su variedad étnica, idioma e idiosincracia, lo hacen distinto y superior!!. Su aptitud con el medio ambiente es muy destacable y no deberían dar opciones. Es así el estilo y el que se aloje se debe adaptar. No es un tema de dinero !!!.
Luciano (10/5): - - Feeling that the staff cared about our needs and our stay - The studio flat mostly met our expectations - Quite convenient location near a big public parking space. Also walking distance to the centre and to the seaside - Shout-out to Stephanie and Susana for being so nice with us - Just a small misunderstanding about an issue with the flat. The problem was not entirely solved, but I think it was just a misunderstanding. Reason why we decided to let it go. - Flat lacking a dishwasher - The flat was on the grounds floor, and the windows are on a public walking path. So it can get noisy with people walking by. And it stops you from being able to freely open windows and curtains.

Amanda (10/5): This hotel was one of the loveliest stays we've experienced, in all our 75 countries travelled! - The owner met us outside as we were trying to park, and it was fabulous. Inside the gorgeous boutique hotel we were made very welcome, even offered a glass of cava (champagne) to chill out whilst our bags were taken to our room, which was ready early as well. The room was gorgeous, with lovely views. It was spacious, gorgeous bathroom and it even had Netflix, which we didn't need as it was superbly located between the beachfront and the Old Town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the beautiful Altea.

Elizabeth (10/5): - The hotel was perfect. Very quite, clean and situated away from heavy traffic and crowds.beautifully decorated, and clean. The only problem was no lift in our part of the hotel. A lot of stairs if your elderly. Also the hotel is situated up some steep hills & steps. But it did say that in the write up about it. So we did know in advance.

The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. When they learned about our engagement, they surprised us with a lovely bottle of delicious cava in our room – such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. We are very grateful for the experience and would gladly return. Highly recommended when visiting Altea!

Mooie ruime kamer met zeer goede douche In de periode dat wij geweest zou een terrasje in de zon wondere doen. De hoodkussens zijn aan de harde kant. Iets te weinig hang mogelijkheden voor periode langer dan 5 dagen. Mss verwarming voorzien i d badkamer

La habitación era un 10: cómoda, impecable y con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. El trato recibido de todo el personal ha sido atento, amable y muy cercano. Nos hemos sentido muy bien cuidados durante toda la estancia. ¡Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver pronto!

The two lads at the cocktail bar within the hotel, in the evening's, were both amazing, as well as the unique taste in the cocktails they made! Superb atmosphere! Amalia (9/5): Hotel perfecto para desconectar y que te mimen - Todo fue perfecto, la ubicación, el personal, las instalaciones, la cama, la bañera, la ducha, el pedazo desayuno. Lo tienen todo súper bien cuidado, hasta el más mínimo detalle. Hasta me llamaron un día antes para preguntarme la hora de llegada y al llegar estaba hasta el aire puesto por lo que la habitación estaba calentita. Por poner una pega, nuestra habitación era la Santorini y al estar a pie de calle se escuchaba bastante a la gente fuera.

Carolyn (10/5): For a 3 Star hotel it was excellent and better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. - The welcome on arrival and the complimentary glass of cava was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so friendly and we felt were excellent hosts. We would like to stay at this hotel again but as we are elderly would ask for a room that didn’t have such steep stairs.

Bernard (9/5): - Le deuxième soir nous avons opté pour un parking municipal gratuit à proximité. Nous avons avisé la réception. Ils ne nous ont pas avertit que le lendemain ( mardi) il y avait le Marché, et que tous les véhicules laissées sur place par mégarde seront confisqués par la police. Nous avons dû passer une heure pour récupérer le véhicule et payer 130 €. Aucun panneau en anglais sur place pour avertir les touristes étrangers. Nous aurions apprécier un avertissement de la part de l’hôtel. Peut-être le feront-ils pour leurs clients suivants? Nous allons également nous plaindre auprès de la municipalité.
