- valerie (8/5): Nice Time at Eagles nest - we had a nice time but they can get some gaming facilities for kids. The water shortage in Cape Town played a role coz kids could not use the pool.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Unethical Business Practices at this establishment - Paid up front in full, a week in advance and when I got there on the last flight for the day they had sold my room to some-one else. I was left stranded at 22h00 at night. Management nowhere to be found. Took over an hour to find new accommodation had to take what was available at three times the price. No reimbursement for the new accommodation I had to find. No Apology either.
- Toshio (2/5): like a prison cell - we left. the tiny claustrophobic room had no windows, only a sliding door which opened onto the public eating/ sitting area. so there was no air and no privacy. totally overpriced for what you get. deceptive listing photos. don't go there unless you want to suffocate and hide from the world.
- Malenhle (10/5): - This room was not suitable for family. It was an alternative as there were no other rooms available due to non confirmation of booking.
