• Manon (8/5): - Nous avons passé un beau séjour à villa éden rock. Jacques est un hôte très accueillant. Il nous a très bien renseigner sur l histoire de la martinique, sa culture et ils nous a bien conseillé sur les activités à faire à proximité. L établissement est très bien situé.
• Clarissa (5/5): Adequate but disappointing - The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome when we first got there. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The WiFi did not work unless we stood on a chair and held our phones up to the ceiling. We had to use our cell phone data, which cost us more than we expected to pay. The room was also much smaller than it looked in the photos. There was another room directly above us and when the people staying there walked around it was extremely noisy. The host also tried to get more money from us for "taxes" when we were checking out even though we had already paid the booking in full, and all the add-ons (including shuttle service, meals, etc.) were more expensive than they were to just book directly. For example, taxis are cheaper than the host's shuttle service. It was also very difficult to reach the host before we arrived (he did not respond to my booking.com messages) and so we had to phone him, which cost us a lot more than we expected to pay. We continue to receive strange automated messages from this place that don't reflect what we actually booked or used (e.g. meals). There are no personalized messages, just automated ones.
